Name Description

Joel Peterson

Mr. Joel C. Peterson is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Jetblue Airways Corporation. Mr. Peterson is the founding partner of Peterson Partners, LLP, a private equity firm he founded in 1995. He is also the founding partner of Peterson Ventures, which manages a portfolio of small, early-stage investments and Whitman I Peterson, a real estate investment fund founded in 2008. From 1973 through 1990, Mr. Peterson served in several positions at Trammell Crow Company, a commercial real estate development company, including Chief Executive Officer from 1988 through 1990 and Chief Financial Officer from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Peterson has taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business since 1992 where he is the Robert L. Joss Consulting Professor of Management and has served as a director for the Center for Leadership Development and Research and on the Advisory Council to the School. As well, he is an overseer for the Hoover Institution, a policy think tank at Stanford, and serves on the board of Ladder Capital Finance and Franklin Covey. As a private equity investor and former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a commercial real estate company, Mr. Peterson’s qualifications and experience include knowledge of real estate, customer service, talent management and leadership development.

Frank Sica

Mr. Frank V. Sica is an Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of JetBlue Airways Corporation. Mr. Sica has served as a Managing Partner at Tailwind Capital, a private equity firm, since 2006. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Sica was a Senior Advisor to Soros Private Funds Management. During that period Mr. Sica was also President of Menemsha Capital Partners, Ltd., a private investment firm. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Sica was President of Soros Private Funds Management LLC, which oversaw the direct real estate and private equity investment activities of Soros. Mr. Sica is a director of CSG Systems International, Inc., Safe Bulkers, Inc. and Kohl’s Corporation. Within the past five years, Mr. Sica also served as a director of Emmis Communications Corp. and NorthStar Realty Finance Corporation.

Mark Powers

Mr. Mark D. Powers is Chief Financial Officer of JetBlue Airways Corporation. Mr. Powers the company in July 2006 as Treasurer and Vice President, Corporate Finance. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Treasurer in 2007. Prior to joining JetBlue, Mr. Powers was an independent advisor to several aviation-related companies and has held a number of positions in both the finance and legal departments of Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and General Electric's jet engine unit.

James Hnat

Mike Elliott has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President - People , highlighting and elevating the importance of JetBlue's culture to its success. Robin Hayes

Mr. Robin Hayes is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of JetBlue Airways Corp., effective February 16, 2015. Mr. Hayes has been appointed as President, effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Hayes currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for the airline. Prior to Mr. Hayes’ promotion, JetBlue’s CEO Dave Barger held the roles of both CEO and President. Mr. Hayes joined JetBlue as Chief Commercial Officer in August 2008 after a long career at British Airways, culminating in the position of Executive Vice President for The Americas. As Chief Commercial Officer at JetBlue, Mr. Hayes has been responsible for the airline’s revenue, network, sales, marketing and communications strategy, as well inflight service and customer support (reservations). In addition to continuing to oversee those commercial activities as President, his responsibilities will expand to include operations. Mr. Hayes is a graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. He received a BSc and Masters in Engineering from the university.

Jens Bischof

Mr. Jens Bischof is Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation. He has been a Member of the Lufthansa German Airlines Board since April 2011. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Lufthansa German Airlines. His areas of responsibility within the Board are Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Product Development, Loyalty Program and International Operations. Mr. Bischof has been with Deutsche Lufthansa AG since 1990. Mr. Thomas Winkelmann serves as Director of Jetblue Airways Corp. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Germanwings GmbH since September 2006. Previously, he served as Vice-President of the Americas for Lufthansa German Airlines. Mr. Winkelmann has held senior management positions for Lufthansa in the United States since 1998. He started as Manager of Area Management Latin America and the Caribbean. Since September 2000, as Vice-President of the Americas based in New York, Mr. Winkelmann has been responsible for the entire Lufthansa organization in North and South America. He served as president and CEO of the Jones Apparel Group from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Boneparth is a director of Kohl’s Corporation. She has been a Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, a strategic and advisory firm in the field of technology and data communications solutions, since 2003. Ann Rhoades

Ms. Ann Rhoades is an Independent Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation. Ms. Rhoades has served as the President of PeopleInk, Inc., a human resources consulting firm, since its inception in 1999. From 1999 through 2002, Ms. Rhoades served as JetBlue’s Executive Vice President, People.
