Joel Peterson |
Mr. Joel C. Peterson is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Jetblue Airways Corporation. Mr. Peterson is the founding partner of Peterson Partners, LLP, a private equity firm he founded in 1995. He is also the founding partner of Peterson Ventures, which manages a portfolio of small, early-stage investments and Whitman | Peterson, a real estate investment fund founded in 2008. From 1973 through 1990, Mr. Peterson served in several positions at Trammell Crow Company, a commercial real estate development company, including Chief Executive Officer from 1988 through 1990 and Chief Financial Officer from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Peterson has taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business since 1992 where he is the Robert L. Joss Consulting Professor of Management and has served as a director for the Center for Leadership Development and Research and on the Advisory Council to the School. As well, he is an overseer for the Hoover Institution, a policy think tank at Stanford, and serves on the board of Ladder Capital Finance and Franklin Covey. |
David Barger |
Mr. David Barger is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since May 2007 and President since June 2009. He previously served as President from August 1998 until September 2007, and as Chief Operating Officer from August 1998 until March 2007. Mr. Barger is a member of the team that founded JetBlue. Mr. Frank V. Sica is an Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of JetBlue Airways Corporation. Mr. Sica has served as a Managing Partner at Tailwind Capital, a private equity firm, since 2006.
