Peterson, Joel Mr. Joel C. Peterson is Chairman of the Board of Jetblue Airways Corporation and has served in this capacity since May 2008, and has been a member of the company Board of Directors since June 1999. Mr. Peterson is the founding partner of Peterson Partners, LLP, a private equity capital firm that he founded in 1995. From 1973 to 1991, Mr. Peterson served in several positions at Trammell Crow Company, a commercial real estate service company, including Chief Executive Officer from 1988 to 1991 and Chief Financial Officer from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Peterson currently serves as a director of Franklin Covey Co. and has taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business since 1992.
Barger, David Mr. David Barger is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jetblue Airways Corporation. He has served in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer since May 2007 and in the capacity of President since June 2009. He is also a member of the company Board of Directors. He previously served as the company's President from August 1998 to September 2007 and Chief Operating Officer from August 1998 to March 2007. Barnes, Edward Mr. Edward A. Barnes is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of JetBlue Airways Corporation, a position he has held since November 2007. Mr. Barnes joined in October 2006 as Vice President, Cost Management and Financial Analysis, and more recently served as Vice President, Finance. Maruster, Robert Mr. Robert Maruster is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Jetblue Airways Corporation and has served in this capacity since June 2009. Mr. Maruster joined JetBlue in 2005 as Vice President, Operations Planning, after a 12-year career with Delta Air Lines in a variety of increasingly responsible leadership positions in the carrier’s Marketing and Customer Service departments, culminating in being responsible for all operations at Delta’s hub in Atlanta as Vice President, Airport Customer Service at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
