Sidney Kimmel |
Mr. Sidney Kimmel is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of The Jones Group Inc. Mr. Kimmel founded the Jones Apparel Division of W.R. Grace & Co. in 1970. Mr. Kimmel served as executive Chairman from 1975 to December 31, 2010 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1975 to May 2002. Effective January 1, 2011, Mr. Kimmel ceased to be executive Chairman and became non-executive Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Jones, Mr. Kimmel was employed by W.R. Grace & Co. and was President of Villager, Inc., a sportswear company. |

Mr. Wesley R. Card serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of The Jones Group Inc. Mr. Card has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 2007.
