Name Description

Dennis Baker

Mr. Dennis W. Baker serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of General Employment Enterprises Inc. From April 1975 to April 2006, Mr. Baker held various positions with CF Industries Holdings, Inc., a fertilizer manufacturing and distribution company, and most recently served as Treasurer from March 1988 to April 2007, when he retired. During this time, he also held the following titles at CF Industries Holdings, Inc.: Assistant Treasurer, Director of Financial Planning and Budgeting, Manager of Financial Planning, Manager of Budgets and Capital Expenditure Control, Capital Expenditure Control Analyst and Financial Analyst. On May 1, 2011, Mr. Baker was elected to the Board of Directors of CIS World, Inc. Mr. Baker is Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. The Company believes that Mr. Baker is qualified to sit on the board of directors because of his extensive management experience.

Andrew Norstrud

Mr. Andrew J. Norstrud is Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Norstrud joined General Employment Enterprises, Inc. in March of 2013. Prior to his employment with General Employment Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Norstrud was a consultant at Norco Accounting and Consulting where he concentrated his services on assisting companies with mergers and acquisitions and SEC filing requirements. Mr. Norstrud also served as Chief Financial Officer for Jagged Peak Inc. and Segmentz Inc. In both companies he played an instrumental role in achieving the Company’s strategic goals by pursuing and attaining growth initiatives, building an exceptional financial team, implementing a new accounting system, raising necessary financing and implementing the structure required of public companies. At Segmentz Inc. he also concentrated on completing and integrating strategic acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Norstrud worked for both Grant Thornton LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has extensive experience with young, rapid growth public companies. Mr. Norstrud earned a Master of Accounting with a systems emphasis from the University of Florida and is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Francis Elenio

Mr. Francis J. Elenio is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Elenio has been a financial and accounting professional for over 25 years; 15 of which he has served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of executive management. Mr. Elenio has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for SignalPoint Holding Corp., a privately-owned telecommunications company, Wilshire Enterprises, Inc., a real estate investment company, as well as GoAmerica, Inc. and RoomLinX, Inc., both publicly-traded entities. Mr. Elenio has also acted as Managing Director of Reeff Consulting, LLC, a financial and business advisory firm providing outsourced financial and consulting services for start-up to mid-sized companies. Mr. Elenio was a strategic and financial advisor to Premier Wealth Management, Inc., a wealth management company located in Lugano, Switzerland that managed in excess of $500 million. Mr. Elenio began his career with Ernst & Young LLP (then Ernst & Whinney) in the entrepreneurial services area where he worked directly with small to mid-size emerging growth companies, and then with KTI, Inc., a waste recycling company, where he was Corporate Controller and ultimately, Vice President of Finance. After successfully transitioning KTI’s financial operations to Maine, Mr. Elenio joined Bogen Communications, Inc. as Controller in 1997. Mr. Elenio holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, Mr. Elenio is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University where he teaches Finance at the graduate and undergraduate level. Mr. Elenio has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Xplore Technologies Corp., a company engaged in the development, integration and marketing of rugged wireless computers, and Communications Intelligence Corporation, a leading supplier of electronic signature solutions for the financial industry.

Michael Schroering

Mr. Michael K. Schroering serves as Director of General Employment Enterprises Inc.Mr. Schroering joined the Company as a director in November 2012 and become the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in December 2012. Mr. Schroering resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer on November 3, 2013, but remains a director. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President of The Schroering Company which he founded in 1993. The Schroering Company is a Louisville-based commercial real estate firm specializing in consulting services, site procurement, owner and tenant representation for the sale/leasing of office and industrial space. Other companies under his leadership have been active in real estate development through GlobalPort United, LLC which owns interest in several million square feet of big box warehouse space. Mr. Schroering received a B.A. in Business Administration in Finance and Management from Loyola University (1979) and went to the University of Louisville School of law (1979 – 1981).

Jack Zwick

Mr. Jack I. Zwick CPA, has been appointed as Director of General Employment Enterprises, Inc., with effect from May 20, 2014. Jack Zwick’s firm, Zwick & Banyai, PLLC, is the Detroit office of IAPA which has member firms throughout the world. He began his career in public accounting in 1958 in Detroit where he worked with local firms in New York and Detroit until 1969 at which point he joined the international accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Zwick is a former managing partner of Laventhol & Horwath's metropolitan Detroit office. The firm was the seventh largest firm in the country. He holds CPA certificates in Michigan and New York. He was promoted to partner at Laventhol & Horwath in 1973. Mr. Zwick became the managing partner of the Detroit office in 1982. He was also an executive director with Grant Thornton (an International CPA firm). Mr. Zwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Taxation (a specialty within the MBA program) from Wayne State University. He has also taken many applied mathematics and economic courses in graduate school. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants; and past Chair of the City of Southfield Zoning Board of Appeal.

Thomas Williams

Mr. Thomas C. Williams serves as Independent Director of General Employment Enterprises Inc., since July 9, 2009. Since 2005, Mr. Williams has served as acting Vice Chairman of Capital Management of Bermuda (previously Travelers of Bermuda), a company providing pension benefits for expatriates who have worked outside the U.S. and accrued benefits towards their retirement which are not covered by their domestic pension plans. Mr. Williams served as the Chief Executive Officer of Innova Insurance Ltd., a Bermuda based insurer, which provides extension risk to the Capital Markets on life insurance related assets from 2005 to 2009 when it was acquired. The Company believes that Mr. Williams is qualified to sit on the board of directors because of his significant management experience.
