Name Description
Wiesendahl, Reinhold Mr. Reinhold Wiesendahl is serving as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jerico Explorations Inc. He has been active in the mining, manufacturing, and marketing sectors in the Yukon and British Columbia. He became a certified general accountant and has been a member in good standing of the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia since June 1984. From March 1980 to March 1989 Mr. Wiesendahl was the controller of Sea West Engines Ltd., an importer and distributor of various generator and marine propulsion systems. From April 1992 to August 1996, Mr. Wiesendahl was the Chief Financial Officer of Grand Touring RV Mfrs. Inc., a production and marketing company he founded with his eldest son in July of 1989. From September 1996 to April 2002, Mr. Wiesendahl was employed as Chief Financial Officer of Volvo Penta Canada Inc., a global manufacturer of engines and complete power systems for both marine and industrial applications. Since his retirement from Volvo Penta in May 2002, Mr. Wiesendahl has been a self-employed accountant. Since May 2006, Mr. Wiesendahl has been a director and the Chief Financial Officer, on a part-time contractual basis, of Hothead Games Inc., a producer and marketer of interactive electronic media games and entertainment in Vancouver. He was a director and the President of Crossroads Explorations Inc., a junior mining issuer from its incorporation on September 2, 2003 to April 12, 2007, when the issuer completed a reverse take over transaction pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Egger, Pamela Ms. Pamela Egger has been appointed as Director of Jerico Explorations Inc. Ms. Egger is a corporate finance and securities lawyer, having practised in Vancouver since 1997. She was senior legal counsel with the British Columbia Securities Commission from 2001 to 2006 and is currently corporate counsel with Swift Power Corp., a private company developing run-of-river hydro power projects within and outside British Columbia. She is Director and VP Corporate Affairs, since January 2008, Swift Power Corp., a Vancouver, BC based, TSX Venture Exchange listed company that is developing run-of-river hydro power projects within British Columbia; selfemployed consultant with exchange listed junior start-up companies, since August 2007; Corporate finance/securities lawyer in Vancouver in several full service and boutique law firms (1997 to August 2007); Legal Associate, Davis & Co. LLP, a full service Vancouver law firm (November 2006 to August 2007); Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Finance, British Columbia Securities Commission (September 2001 to November 2006).
Hallam, Frank Mr. Frank R. Hallam has been Independent Director of Jerico Explorations Inc. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University of Burnaby, British Columbia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and has been a chartered accountant and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since March of 1993. Mr. Hallam was a senior associate with Coopers & Lybrand, a public accounting firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, from July 1990 to May 1994. From May 1994 to October 2002, Mr. Hallam was a director and the Chief Financial Officer of Tan Range Exploration Corporation of Vancouver, British Columbia, a natural resource company listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) engaged in the acquisition of interests in and the exploration of natural resource properties, whose general area of interest was exploration of gold properties in East Africa. Since October 2002, Mr. Hallam has been the Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Group Metals Ltd. in Vancouver, British Columbia, a mining company listed on the TSX and the American Stock Exchange (the “AMEX”), focused on the exploration and development of platinum and palladium projects in Canada and South Africa. He has also been a director of Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (and its predecessor companies) since 1983. Mr. Hallam has been the Chief Financial Officer of Callinan Mines Ltd., a mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in the Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, since December 2003, and has, since 2003, been the Chief Financial Officer of MAG Silver Corp. a silver exploration company listed on the TSX and the AMEX, focused on projects located within the Mexican Silver Belt.
Jones, R. Michael Mr. R. Michael Jones has been Independent Director of Jerico Explorations Inc. since 2004. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1985 with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree and has been a professional engineer in the Province of Ontario since 1990. From February 1992 to September 1997, Mr. Jones was the President (and a director from February 1992 to June 2000) of Cathedral Gold Corporation, a natural resource company listed on the TSX engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of precious metal properties, and from September 1997 to September 1999, he was the Vice President, Corporate Development of Aber Resources Ltd. (now Aber Diamond Corporation), a Canadian diamond marketing company listed on the TSX. Since December 1999, Mr. Jones has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Group Metals Ltd., a mining company in Vancouver, British Columbia, listed on the TSX and the AMEX, focused on the exploration and development of platinum and palladium projects in Canada and South Africa. Since 2003, Mr. Jones has also been a director of MAG Silver Corp., a silver exploration company listed on the TSX and the AMEX, focused on projects located within the Mexican Silver Belt.
