Name Description

Andrea Agnelli

Mr. Andrea Agnelli serves as Chairman of the Board of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since May 19, 2010. He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He studied at Oxford (St. Clare’s International College) and at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He gained professional experience in a variety of positions both in Italy and abroad, including at Iveco-Ford in London; in Sales and Marketing at Piaggio; at Auchan Hypermarche in Lille; at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in London, where he gained transaction experience in the equity capital markets division; and, in the marketing department of Juventus Football Club, where he worked on brand promotion and development. In 1999, he was hired by Ferrari Idea in Lugano to promote and develop the Ferrari brand in nonautomotive areas. In November 2000, he moved to Paris and assumed responsibility for marketing at Uni Invest SA. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at Philip Morris International in Lausanne, where he initially had responsibility for marketing and sponsorships and, from December 2003, corporate communication. During 2005 and 2006, he worked in strategic development for IFIL Investments SpA. In March 2007, he founded Lamse SpA, a financial holding company of which he is Chief Executive Officer. In April 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Park Golf & Country Club I Roveri. In May 2006, he was appointed Director of IFI which, after its merger with IFIL Investments SpA, was renamed EXOR SpA. In April 2007, he became a member of the Advisory Board of the private equity fund BlueGem Capital Partners LLP. He is a member of the Federal Council of the Italian Golf Federation. He is General Partner of Giovanni Agnelli e C. S.a.p.az. He has been a Director of Fiat SpA since 30 May 2004.

Aldo Mazzia

Giuseppe Marotta

Mr. Giuseppe Marotta serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Sport Area, Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 27, 2010. Prior to his appointment he served as General Manager Sport Area of the Company as from June 1, 2010. He also serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. For more than 30 years he has been managing professional football teams. He started his career in 1978 in Varese. In 1986 he joined Monza club and afterwards he was appointed General Manager of Como and then of Ravenna. Later for five years he worked at Venezia which, after 31 years, was promoted to the A division, where the club played during the following football season, too. From August 2000 to May 2002, he served as General Manager of Atalanta; in May 2002 he was named General Manager and Board Member of U.C. Sampdoria. During that football season, he reorganized the Sampdoria football team, which was promoted to the A division. In February 2004 he was also named Chief Executive Officer of U.C. Sampdoria. Since 2005 he has been a Member of the Lega Nazionale Professionisti as well as Director of the FIGC Assistance Committee. He is also a Member of the Board of SDA Bocconi - School of Management.

Pavel Nedved

Mr. Pavel Nedved serves as Vice Chairman of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 2015. He also holds a special task within the Company related to sportive and marketing activities. He was a professional football player. In Czechoslovakia he played at Dukla and at Sparta Praga. He played 91 times for the Czech Republic national team. From 1996 he played in Italy, first at Lazio and then, from 2001 to 2009, at Juventus team. He is Vice-champion of Europe, both as club and national player, thanks to the results achieved first in 1996 with the Czech Republic and then with Juventus team, in 2003 he won the Golden ball award. In August 2009 he announced the end of his football career as a player. He is the foreign player who played for the longest period at Juventus.

Marco Re

Mr. Marco Re serves as Head of Finance, Planning and Control, Secretary and Financial Reporting Officer of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since June 2011. He graduated in Business and Economics at the Faculty of Economics within the Universita degli Studi di Torino, enrolled in the Register of Public and Chartered Accountants since 2003, and Auditor. He joined Juventus F.C. - S.p.A. in 2000, to specifically deal with contracts; in 2001, he became a member of the CFO’s staff in the domain of the activities related to Investor Relations, actively cooperating in the introduction of the Company to the stock exchange. He was appointed IR Manager in 2002 and became Finance, Company Business and IR Manager in 2005, holding the charge of Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Alberto Mignone

Mr. Alberto Mignone serves as Head of Administration of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since June 2001. He took part in refresher training courses in the accounting and business domain. At Fiat SpA from 1989 to 1991, he managed the bank accounts of treasury and funds of the Fiat Group’s companies. At Fiat Sagi Srl, from 1991 to 1997, he dealt with the management, records and financial statements of several service and holding companies of Fiat Group. He joined the Company's Administration Department in 1997 to deal with the activities related to customer accounting, provider accounting, reporting, funds and banks, tenders and investments. As Accounting Manager since 2003, he has also dealt with the General Budget and Accounting, being in charge of a working team.

Claudio Leonardi

Mr. Claudio Leonardi serves as Head of IT, Logistics and Purchasing of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since 2001. He first achieved a Scientific baccalaureate, then the one in Electronic Programmer. His career began in 1980, with an advice for Fiat Systems at the head-offices of Via Lancia in Turin. In 1985 he joined the Company as a consultant, a role that he had until 2000.

Sergio Spinelli

Mr. Sergio Spinelli serves as Head of Human Resources at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 2015. He started his career with the Industrial Association of Ascoli Piceno. After gaining valuable experience as the Head of Labor Relations of API Refinery of Ancona, arrives at Pirelli as head of the staff establishment and, in 2002, he joined the Fiat Group with the positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources Magneti Marelli. In 2011, after three years as Director of Personnel and Organization of Group Pools / AirOne, part of the Group, consolidated his professional experience in Fiat Powertrain Technologies at Mirafiori and subsequently designated HR Country Manager Russia. He graduated in Political Science in 1994 from the University of Macerata.

Riccardo Abrate

Mr. Riccardo Abrate serves as Head of Real Estate of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since 2009. He graduated in Civil Engineering - Transportation Domain at Politecnico di Torino. After a long professional experience with Co.Ge Recchi SpA Company, in Turin, and Ferrocement - Recchi SpA Company, in Rome, in July 1999 he began working for the Societa Italiana per Condotte d’Acqua SpA (Italian Company for Water Pipelines) in Rome, for which he managed, in Turin, the works for City Railway Link and other related works. From July 2001 until the end of 2007, he was in the Executive Committee for Torino 2006 XX Winter Olympic Games, filling the post of Infrastructures Director.

Claudio Albanese

Mr. Claudio Albanese serves as Head of Communication and External Relations of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since July 2010. He is graduated in Law. For 15 years he operated in the world of consulting for communication strategies, focusing on corporate activities, financial, sporting and crisis management. After an experience in the Ski Federation Press Office for Alpine Skiing World Championships of Sestriere, he joined Bonaparte 48, a communications agency where he held the posts of Senior Account, and Director. In June 2006 he helped creating Carlobruno&Associates, a communication strategies consulting agency, of which he became Partner and Chief Executive Officer.

Stefano Bertola

Mr. Stefano Bertola serves as Head of Public Affairs at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since December 2013. After graduating in Business and Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Torino in 1992, he worked within the M&A Department of SAI Insurance Group, later merged into UnipolSAI. After a short experience in the venture capital business, in 2001 he joined EXOR Group as Head of Consolidated Reporting and would take on increasing responsibilities during his six years there. In 2005 he entered the Juventus Board and one year later was appointed Head of Planning, Control and Special Projects. He would move to the United States in 2011 to earn an MBA in Sport Management and get acquainted with American professional sports. During his time across the Atlantic, he held the position of Juventus US Representative for International Expansion and in 2012 he returned to the club’s headquarters in Turin to become a consultant for Special Projects. A year later, he was appointed Head of Public Affairs.

Luigi Bocchio

Mr. Luigi Bocchio serves as Internal Audit Senior Manager at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since November 2012. He graduated with a first-class honors degree in Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Torino. He became a Certified Accountant in 1984 and was admitted to the list of Auditors in 1995. After 10 years in a leading company of auditors where he was a Senior Manager in the finance, insurance and manufacturing field, in 1995 he became a senior manager at Ifil S.p.A, now owned by Exor S.p.A, where he was involved in a number of major takeovers, sales, mergers, joint-ventures, capital increases and loan issues, and was a member of the Board of Directors in some of the Group’s companies.

Alessandra Borelli

Ms. Alessandra Borelli serves as Head of Internal Audit of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since April 2008. She has also served as Member of the Supervisory Body of the Company since October 2009. She graduated in Business Administration from the Universita degli Studi di Torino. She took part to different vocational training courses achieving a graduate degree in Technical Reviewer of Budgets and Business Processes. She worked for eight years in an auditing firm where she served as Manager for the compliance testing process with respect to the contractual rules and regulations.

Francesco Gianello

Mr. Francesco Gianello serves as Head of Stadium of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. During his professional experience, he worked in trade and public relations field, with special reference to foreign market. In December 1998 he started to work for the Company as Youth Dept. Secretary. He covered this role until Juventus Head Offices were moved to Corso Galileo Ferraris and Sports Secretariat was set up, in which he operated up to become Manager of it. He graduated in Foreign and Modern Languages and Literatures at the Universita degli Studi di Torino.

Federico Palomba

Mr. Federico Palomba serves as Co-Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Marketing and Digital of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since 2011. He graduated in Political Science before obtaining a Masters in Business Administration and Information Communication Technology. He has experience in New Media (e-commerce, web and social networks), gained through a number of positions in multinational companies: Web and E-commerce for Ferrari Auto Spa, Senior Account Manager for Google Italia and Content & Marketing Manager (Corriere della Sera.it) for RCS Digital.

Giorgio Ricci

Mr. Giorgio Ricci serves Co-Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Global Partnerships and Corporate Revenues at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since March 2015. Previously, he served as Head of Partnerships of Juventus FC SpA from 2009 until 2013. He graduated in Marketing from Universita degli Studi di Pavia. He began his marketing career in 2001 as Brand Manager with Milan-based company Egidio Galbani Spa, then a part of multi-national organization Danone. He joined the Company as a Product Manager in 2003 to work on the new stadium project. In 2007, he became Marketing Manager, responsible for the entire marketing division.

Fabio Tucci

Mr. Fabio Tucci serves as Head of Legal Services and Risk Management at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since January 2013. In 2003 he earned the title suitable for registration to 'Roll of Lawyers. He served as Legal Advisor at Andersen Legal (Arthur Andersen), Head of Legal Affairs and Deputy Risk Manager for TOROC (the Organising Committee for the XX Olympic Winter Games - Torino 2006), from 2006 to 2012 he held the position of General Counsel and Risk Manager World Group. He graduated in Law from the Universita di Torino in 1997, a post-graduate specialization in preparation for careers in the diplomatic and consular BIT of Turin.

Silvio Vigato

Mr. Silvio Vigato serves as Co-Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Brand, Licensing and Retail at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since 2016. He is Head of Brand, Licensing and Retail at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since 2015. He gained experience of study in Colorado, his first job in Italy is in Ferrari, where he worked on marketing, brand management and market analysis from 1998 to 2000 and where he returned in 2002 as Licensing Manager, Head of International Communications and PR and Licensing and Sponsorship Manager. He has teaching experience at the University of Bologna, it adds to the experience as Licensing Manager for the Ferrero group, from 2006 to 2008. Following the appointment as head of marketing and communication strategies for groups Bonfiglioli and Bormioli Rocco and finally, experience as co-founder and CMO of startups Ship & Duck. He graduated in Business Administration from University of Bologna.

Dr. Enrico Vellano serves as Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 26, 2012. He is Member of the Executive Committee within the Company. He graduated in Economics from Universita degli Studi di Torino. In 1992 he started his professional career at Arthur Andersen. In 1995 he joined SAI Assicurazioni where he specialized in the management of equities and bonds portfolios. In 1997 he started his working experience at IFIL Finanziaria di Partecipazioni SpA, where in 2006 he was named Chief Financial Officer of EXOR SpA, the company born from the merger of IFIL SpA into IFI SpA. He is in Board Member of Emittenti Titoli SpA and Almacantar.

Maurizio Arrivabene

Mr. Maurizio Arrivabene serves as Independent Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 26, 2012. He is Member of Control and Risks Committee and of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee within the Company. After 20 years work experience in Italy and abroad in Marketing and Promotions, in 1997 he joined Philip Morris EU, in Lausanne, first as Manager Event Marketing and then as Director and Vice President. In 2007 he was appointed Vice Chairman of Marlboro Global Communication & Promotions for Philip Morris International and since 2011 he has been serving as Vice Chairman Consumer Channel Strategy and Event Manager. Since 2010 he has been a member of F1 Commission, representing F1 sponsors. Since 2011 he has been also a member of the Sport Business Academy (SDA Bocconi School of Management and RCS Sport), in the Advisory Team Program.

Giulia Bongiorno

Ms. Giulia Bongiorno serves as Independent Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 26, 2012. In 1995 she joined the Defence Andreotti in Palermo and Perugia trials. She mainly worked on criminal law. She is specialist in planning and updating organization and management models. She also works on sport law and legal actions in front of sports justice bodies. She run as an independent candidate for Alleanza Nazionale party and in 2006 she was elected to the Chamber of Deputies: during the XV Legislature she was a member of the Commission for Justice and of the Judicial Council. In 2008 she was reelected to the Chamber of Deputies (XVI Legislature): she is the President of the Commission for Justice, a member of the Parliament Committee for charges against MPs and a member of the Board of Appeal (judicial body of the Chamber). In 2007, together with Michelle Hunziker, she created the Foundation Doppia Difesa, with the purpose of helping women who are victims of violence, abuse of power and discriminations, both at home and at work.

Paolo Garimberti

Mr. Paolo Garimberti serves as Independent Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 26, 2012. He is Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee within the Company. He graduated with honors in Law from Universita degli Studi di Genova with a thesis project in constitutional law. He started his career as journalist at the age of 20, during his studies, at Corriere Mercantile of Genova. During his career, he held various positions at La Stampa, where he has worked for 17 years, at La Repubblica as Assistant Editor and at Espresso Group. From 1988 to 1993, he was an analyst of International politics for Tg3. In November 1993 he was appointed Director of Tg2, where he worked for one year. He was also visiting professor of Comparative Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Genova in the academic year 1992-1993. On March 25, 2009 he was appointed Chairman of Rai, holding this position until July 2012. Since December 16, 2011 he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Euronews. Since May 16, 2012 he has been also Chairman of Juventus Museum.

Assia Grazioli-Venier

Ms. Assia Grazioli-Venier serves as Independent Director at Juventus Football Club S.p.A. since October 26, 2012. She is Member of the Control and Risks Committee within the Company. She holds a Bachelors degree with Honors from Columbia University in New York City (Barnard College). She completed her studies attending the Emerging Leaders Program, a study-program in General Management for young entrepreneurs, at the London Business School. Throughout her career she has held various positions in different business areas: new media, marketing, and music. She founded Flypaper, a brand and management agency for music and new media strategy. She is Business Development Director of ATC Management and The MMF (Music Managers Forum), where she is also a member of the executive committee. Since 2008 she has worked with several technology companies, media and fashion brands on strategy and commercial innovation, and is a consultant to Spotify. In 2007 she headed Ministry of Sound Radio, and created and launched Ministry of Sound TV. She is on the committee of the NSPCC Art Ball (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) and is an avid promoter of youth and the arts.
