Name Description

Neal Keating

Mr. Neal J. Keating serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Kaman Corp. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer as well as a Director of the company effective September 17, 2007. Effective January 1, 2008, he was elected to the offices of President and Chief Executive Officer and effective March 1, 2008 he was appointed to the additional position of Chairman. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Keating served as Chief Operating Officer at Hughes Supply, an industrial distributor that was acquired by Home Depot in 2006. Prior to that, he held senior positions at GKN Aerospace, an aerospace subsidiary of GKN, plc, and Rockwell Collins Commercial Systems, as well as serving as a board member of GKN plc and Agusta-Westland.

William Denninger

Mr. William C. Denninger is no longer Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Kaman Corp., effective June 30, 2013. He joined the company as Senior Vice President – Finance on November 17, 2008 and was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective December 1, 2008. Effective February 20, 2012, was elected Executive Vice President of Kaman Corporation. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Denninger served for eight years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barnes Group, Inc., a $1.0 billion global industrial products manufacturer and distributor. He also served on that company's board of directors.

Steven Smidler

Mr. Steven J. Smidler serves as Executive Vice President of Kaman Corp. He assumed the role of President of Kaman Industrial Technologies on September 1, 2010, after joining the company in December 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kaman Industrial Technologies. Effective February 20, 2012, was elected Executive Vice President of Kaman Corporation. Mr. Smidler joined the company from Lenze Americas Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, with responsibility for marketing, sales, finance, business systems and product technology for the Americas. Mr. Smidler was also a member of the management committee of the Lenze Group, Germany, and held the position of President and Treasurer for Lenze Americas and served as Treasurer and a Board member for the Lenze ACTech production company. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Americas Sales Operations at Eaton Corporation, with responsibility for product, service and system sales for critical power applications and at Rockwell Automation, Inc., serving in a number of progressively responsible positions, and departing as Vice President, Marketing of the Global Manufacturing Group.

Gregory Steiner

Mr. Gregory L. Steiner serves as Executive Vice President of Kaman Corp. He joined the company as President of Kaman Aerospace Group, Inc., with overall responsibility for the company's Aerospace segment, effective July 7, 2008. Effective February 20, 2012, was elected Executive Vice President of Kaman Corporation. Since 2005, Mr. Steiner was employed at GE Aviation-Systems, serving first as Vice President and General Manager, Military Mission Systems and then as Vice President, Systems for GE Aviation-Systems, responsible for systems integration. Prior to that, he served as Group Vice President at Curtiss-Wright Controls, Inc., with responsibility for four aerospace and industrial electronics businesses located in the U.S. and United Kingdom and at Rockwell Collins, Inc., serving in a number of progressively responsible positions, and departing as Vice President and General Manager of Passenger Systems.

Ronald Galla

Mr. Ronald M. Galla serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Kaman Corp. Mr. Galla has been director of the company's Management Information Systems since 1984.

Shawn Lisle

Mr. Shawn G. Lisle serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Kaman Corp. Mr. Lisle currently is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the Company. Mr. Lisle joined the Company on October 10, 2011, as Associate General Counsel, and was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel on February 21, 2012. From February 2000 to September 2006, Mr. Lisle was an attorney with the law firm Porter, Wright, Morris and Arthur LLP in Columbus, OH, where his practice was concentrated on employee benefits, banking and financial transactions, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights and civil litigation. He also previously worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C. from April 1998 to February 2000. Mr. Lisle also previously served as a judge advocate officer in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Pearl Harbor, HI and Ft. Meade, MD, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and as a reservist in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH, attaining the rank of Major. He graduated from Westminster College in 1989 with a degree in economics and obtained his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1993. Mr. Lisle also has a master of laws degree in taxation from Capital University Law School.

Gregory Troy

Mr. Gregory T. Troy serves as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Kaman Corp. He joined the company as Senior Vice President – Human Resources in March 2012. On February 19, 2013, he was appointed to the additional position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Troy served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Force Protection, Inc. from April 2011 to March 2012 , where he was an active member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Force Protection, Mr. Troy served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Modine Manufacturing Company from February 2006 to April 2011, providing global human resources leadership in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Mr. Troy also previously worked in OMNOVA Solutions Inc., Bosch Corporation, and Mobil Corporation, after serving as a Transportation Officer in the United States Army.

John Tedone

Mr. John J. Tedone serves as Vice President - Finance, Chief Accounting Officer of Kaman Corp. From April 2006 to April 2007, he served as Vice President, Internal Audit and prior to that as Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit.

Eileen Kraus

Ms. Eileen S. Kraus serves as Lead Independent Director of Kaman Corp. She has been a Director since 1995 and currently serves as the board’s Lead Independent Director. She is the retired Chairman of Fleet Bank Connecticut and is a director of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Rogers Corporation. Ms. Kraus provides the Board with broad financial and operational management experience in the banking industry, having served in several positions at Fleet Bank, N.A. and its predecessors over approximately a twenty-year period. Her industry experience provides the Board with additional perspective on the banking and financial industries, marketing and acquisitions. She also has board organizational leadership experience with manufacturing companies, including membership on the Corporate Governance Committee of the boards of Stanley Black & Decker and Rogers Corporation; at Rogers Corporation she is Chairman of that committee. Brian Barents

General Brian E. Barents serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. He is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Aerospace Corp. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Learjet, Inc. He is also a director of CAE, Inc., and during the past five years was a director at Hawker Beechcraft, Nordam Corp. and Aerion Corp. His professional background provides the Board with additional perspectives about the aerospace industry from both commercial and defense-related standpoints as well as regarding marketing and sales trends, acquisitions and international markets.

E. Reeves Callaway

Mr. E. Reeves Callaway III, serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. He is the Founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Callaway Companies, an engineering services firm which is involved in the high technology composites industry and has presence in Europe and the U.S. With this background, Mr. Callaway provides the Board with senior executive insight into the conduct of global operations, the composites business, and marketing and sales trends.

Karen Garrison

Ms. Karen M. Garrison serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. She retired as President of Pitney Bowes Business Services, a manufacturer of postal equipment/software and service provider, in 2004. She is a director of Standard Parking Corporation and Tenet Healthcare and during the past five years was a director at North Fork Bank. These positions demonstrate Ms. Garrison’s senior executive roles which provide operational insight to the Board, particularly from acquisition, human resources, information technology, government contracting and distribution perspectives. Ms. Garrison also brings to the Board experience in finance and accounting, from her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rollins College and Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology to progressively senior roles as Controller, Worldwide Controller, Vice President — Finance and Chief Financial Officer over a ten-year period during her tenure at Pitney Bowes and its subsidiary, Dictaphone Corporation. This experience was important to the Board in connection with her initial election as a means to provide additional depth of capability to the Finance and/or Audit Committees.

A. William Higgins

Mr. A. William Higgins serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. He is Chairman, CEO and President of CIRCOR International, Inc., a global diversified manufacturing company that designs, manufactures, and supplies valves, related products and services to OEMs, processors, manufacturers, the military, and utilities that rely on fluid-control to accomplish their missions. Prior to March 2008, he held the offices of President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CIRCOR. Prior to joining CIRCOR in 2005, Mr. Higgins spent thirteen years in a variety of senior management positions with Honeywell International and Allied Signal. Leslie Controls, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CIRCOR and an entity for which Mr. Higgins serves as a director and vice president, filed for bankruptcy in July 2010 attributable to asbestos litigation involving Leslie Controls. Mr. Higgins’ professional background provides the board with additional perspective on talent development, international operations and global strategic development, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes, the defense industry, acquisitions, and both distribution and aerospace markets.

Scott Kuechle

Mr. Scott E. Kuechle serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. Mr. Kuechle served as the Chief Financial Officer of Goodrich Corporation, one of the worldwide suppliers of aerospace components, systems and services to the commercial and general aviation airplane market, from August 2005 until his retirement in July 2012. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer, he also served as Vice President and Controller from 2004-2005 and Vice President and Treasurer from 1998-2004 and in various other financial leadership roles during his 29-year tenure with Goodrich. He also serves as a Director of Esterline Corporation, a specialty manufacturer serving the global aerospace and defense markets, and Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc., a provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry.

George Minnich

Mr. George E. Minnich serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT Corporation. Prior to that, he served for twelve years in several senior finance positions at United Technologies Corporation, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Otis Elevator Company and of Carrier Corporation. As a Certified Public Accountant, he also held various increasingly senior positions with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (then Price Waterhouse) from 1971 to 1993, culminating in Audit Partner from 1984 to 1993. He is a director of AGCO Corporation and Belden Corporation. Mr. Minnich also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College.

Thomas Rabaut

Mr. Thomas W. Rabaut serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. Mr. Rabaut has served as a Senior Advisor to The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm, since January 2007. From June 2005 to January 2007, he was President of the Land & Armaments Operating Group of BAE Systems. From January 1994 to June 2005, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Defense Industries, Inc., which was acquired by BAE Systems in 2005. He is a director of Cytec Industries, Inc., a premier supplier of advanced composite products. These positions demonstrate Mr. Rabaut’s history of senior executive leadership in the defense and aerospace industries. At Carlyle, Mr. Rabaut also serves in the chairman role at Radio Holdings, the owner of ARINC, a Carlyle portfolio company that provides communication and information technology products and services to government and industry. Early in his career, Mr. Rabaut was also associated with FMC Corporation, a predecessor of United Defense Industries in a variety of increasingly senior operations roles. His professional and board experience provide the Board with additional perspectives about the aerospace industry, defense markets, international markets, acquisitions from both commercial and defense-related standpoints, as well as market and sales trends.

Richard Swift

Mr. Richard J. Swift serves as an Independent Director of Kaman Corp. He is former Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Foster Wheeler Ltd., a provider of design, engineering, construction, and other services. He is a director of Ingersoll-Rand Company, Ltd., Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated, Hubbell Incorporated and CVS Caremark Corporation. Mr. Swift brings to the Board broad operations management experience in a career with Foster Wheeler, Ltd. that spanned almost thirty years and involved increasingly senior executive leadership positions culminating in his role as Chairman and CEO for seven years. Mr. Swift also has finance experience with a Masters of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and service in the role of Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council for about five years. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer. In addition, he has audit committee and/or compensation committee membership experience on the boards of Ingersoll-Rand Company, Ltd. Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated, Hubbell Incorporated, and CVS Caremark Corporation.
