Name Description

James Puplava

 Mr. James J. Puplava has been appointed as Independent Chairman of the Board of Kimber Resources Inc., with effect from April 18, 2013. He is a Board member since May 28, 2004. Mr. Puplava is a certified financial planner. For the past 24 years Mr. Puplava has been the President of Puplava Financial Services Inc. an investment advisory and money management firm in San Diego California. Mr. Puplava is also President of Puplava Securities Inc. a Broker-Dealer and Member of NASD/SIPC.

Gordon Cummings

 Mr. Gordon Cummings is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Kimber Resources Inc. Mr. Cummings is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of finance and management experience. From early 2000 until March 2006 Mr. Cummings was an officer of the Horizons Funds Group, initially as Chief Financial Officer and then subsequently Chief Executive Officer and Director. Horizons Funds is a Canadian group distributing public alternative investment funds. Mr. Cummings was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kimber in July 2006 and was subsequently appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective November 1, 2007.

Lyn Davies

 Dr. Lyn B. Davies is Chief Financial Officer of Kimber Resources Inc. Mr. Davies is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of finance experience, including senior finance roles with Canadian public listed companies, and public accounting experience with KPMG LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Davies has served as Chief Financial Officer of Kimber since November 2007. Between June 2005 and November 2007 Mr. Davies was a finance and accounting consultant.

Renee Brickner

 Ms. Renee Brickner is Vice President - Investor Relations of Kimber Resources Inc., effective November 28, 2011. Ms. Brickner has over 12 years experience in the resource industry. Her experience includes exploration geology, investor relations, corporate compliance and development, international corporate and investor support and technical review. From June 2006 to November 2011 Ms. Brickner was Manager of Corporate Communication – North America with Crescent Gold Limited.

David Hembree

 Mr. David R. Hembree is Vice President - Exploration of Kimber Resources Inc., since July 31, 2012. Mr. Hembree is a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Oregon. Mr. Hembree has over 30 years of experience in the mineral resource industry including experience in exploration, development and production including open pit and underground operations.

Keith Barron

 Dr. Keith M. Barron, B.Sc., Ph.D. Geol. is Director of Kimber Resources Inc. Dr. Barron is a geologist with over 30 years of exploration experience on all the continents except Antarctica, and in a wide variety of commodities including gold, uranium, base metals and diamonds. He holds a B.Sc. in geology from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Barron is the President, CEO and Director of Aurania Resources Ltd, Director of Firestone Ventures Inc., Director and founder of U3O8 Corp and was co-founder of Aurelian Resources Inc. with a 13.7 million ounce gold discovery (Fruta del Norte) made in 2006 - a company acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. In 2008, he was awarded the PDAC's Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award for his role in the discovery of the Fruta del Norte gold deposit and he was also jointly named the Northern Miner's Mining Man of the Year 2008. Dr. Barron served as a director of Kimber in 2006 and 2007.

Leanne Baker

 Dr. Leanne M. Baker, Ph.D., serves as Independent Director of Kimber Resources Inc. Dr. Baker is managing director of Investor Resources LLC and President of Sutter Gold Mining Inc. Dr. Baker has been providing consulting services for the mining and financial services industries since January 2002. Prior to that, she was an equity research analyst and managing director with Salomon Smith Barney from 1990 to 2001.

R. Dennis Bergen

 Mr. R. Dennis Bergen is Independent Director of Kimber Resources Inc. Mr. Bergen graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1972 with a diploma in mining technology and from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with a B.A.Sc. (Mineral Engineering). He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia (P. Eng.) and has over 30 years of experience in engineering, supervisory and management positions in the mining industry. He has held a number of senior management positions, including Vice President Operations for Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. from May 1997 until December 2003. His experience includes project and corporate evaluation as related to potential and acquisitions as well as budgeting for projects and operating mines and reporting against budgets for projects and operating mines.
