Name Description

Terence Adderley

Mr. Terence E. Adderley is Executive Chairman of the Board of Kelly Services, Inc. He has had a distinguished fifty-five year career in the staffing industry with executive management experience including many years as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. He has served as a director of publicly held companies and numerous civic and community organizations. Mr. Adderley brings to the Board a keen sense of the staffing industry, economic and labor trends and fiscal conservatism. He is a member of the Company’s founding family and represents its interests as the controlling stockholder.

Carl Camden

Mr. Carl T. Camden is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Kelly Services, Inc. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2006 and prior thereto as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Camden has significant experience and expertise in labor markets and labor economics, marketing and leadership. He serves as a Director of Temp Holdings, Co., Ltd. (“THD”), which is one of the largest staffing firms in Japan and the Asia Pacific market. He led the Company through one of the most difficult economic periods in its history and has strategically positioned the Company to emerge as a leader in workforce solutions.

Patricia Little

Ms. Patricia A. Little is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Kelly Services, Inc., since July 1, 2008. She served as officer of the Company since July 2008. Served in various key finance positions at Ford Motor Company from 1984 to 2008, most recently as general auditor (2006 – 2008).

George Corona

Mr. George S. Corona is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Kelly Services, Inc., since January 1, 2009. He has responsibility for all of Kelly's regions and operating units, including the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and the Outsourcing & Consulting Group. Mr. Corona joined Kelly in 1994 and has held various operations and leadership roles, most recently executive vice president-Americas. Peter Quigley

Mr. Peter W. Quigley is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Assistant Secretary of Kelly Services, Inc. Mr. Quigley joined Kelly Services in 2002 as Vice President, Contracts Administration and was appointed Associate General Counsel in 2005. He was promoted to his current role in 2008, and has been responsible for managing and expanding Kelly's relationships with its global clients. Prior to joining Kelly, Quigley served more than 10 years in private practice and corporate attorney roles. He was Corporate Counsel for Lucent Technologies' Mergers and Acquisitions Group, New Ventures Group, and Mobility Segment; and served as senior attorney at AT&T, where he represented the company in international joint ventures and alliances, investments, and restructuring.

Natalia Shuman

Ms. Natalia Shuman has been appointed as Senior Vice President, General Manager, EMEA and APAC of Kelly Services Inc., with effect from September 6, 2013. Ms. Shuman's career with Kelly Services spans all three regions of the Company through a variety of progressive leadership positions. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for launching Kelly's recruitment business in the Moscow market. Several years later, Ms. Shuman moved to New York to launch Kelly's Wall Street office and manage several branches in the New York area. In 2005, she joined Kelly's global client relationships team, where she was responsible for developing and executing solutions for Fortune 100 clients. Since 2008, Ms. Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programs for Kelly. For the past two years, Ms. Shuman has been serving as both Vice President of Global Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of Kelly's North Asia joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions. Ms. Shuman completed a dual Global Executive MBA program through Columbia University and the London Business School, and graduated with distinction from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, Russia, with a B.S. in Finance.

Ms. Carol M. Adderley is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc. Ms. Adderley holds advanced degrees in the humanities and is a published author.

Jane Dutton

Ms. Jane. E. Dutton is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since February 2004. She is an expert in the field of organization behavior and has researched and published numerous works on best practices related to engagement, commitment and productivity of employees. Her understanding of factors contributing to organizational excellence provides the Board with a vital perspective on the Company’s mission to be the world’s best workforce solutions company.

Terrence Larkin

Mr. Terrence B. Larkin is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since 2010. He is an attorney with thirty years experience in a business law practice. He is currently a member of the senior management team of a global manufacturing company with responsibility for legal affairs, internal audit, and global business development for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He brings to the Board a unique combination of complex problem solving skills and global experience which should well serve the stockholders as the Company continues its transition to a global workforce solutions company.

Conrad Mallett

Mr. Conrad L. Mallett, Jr., is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since February 17, 2011. Mr. Mallet, president and chief executive officer of Sinai-Grace Hospital, joined Sinai-Grace hospital in 2003 as executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Previously, Mr. Mallett served as the City of Detroit’s first chief operating officer, and eight years as a member of the Michigan Supreme Court. Mr. Mallett earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California at Los Angeles. He earned a master’s degree in Public Administration and jurist doctorate degree from UCLA concurrently. In addition, Mr. Mallett holds an MBA from Oakland University.

Leslie Murphy

Ms. Leslie A. Murphy is an Independent Director of the Kelly Services, Inc., since February 2008. She is a certified public accountant, former chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and former Group Managing Partner of a major independent registered public accounting firm. The Board has determined that Ms. Murphy qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert” within the meaning of applicable SEC regulations and has the leadership skills to chair the Audit Committee. Her analytical capability, understanding of the economics and strategic elements of business and her expertise in enterprise risk management are especially valuable to the Board.

Toshio Saburi

Mr. Toshio Saburi is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since May 2010. Toshio Saburi is the Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors of THD, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. THD and the Company entered into a strategic alliance in 2010 as a result of which Mr. Saburi was designated to serve as THD’s representative on the Company’s Board of Directors. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, a joint venture between THD and the Company in North Asia. He is a certified public accountant and is responsible for THD’s financial operations, compliance and overseas operations. Mr. Saburi’s financial expertise and knowledge of Asian markets is especially valuable to the Board and management as the Company expands in the Asia Pacific market.

B. Joseph White

Mr. B. Joseph White is an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since 1995. He is President Emeritus and the James F. Towey Professor of Business and Leadership, University of Illinois (2009 —present); Trustee, Equity Residential, Inc. (Chairman, Corporate Governance Committee; Member, Compensation Committee). Formerly: President, University of Illinois (2005 — 2009).
