Joseph Pyne |
Mr. Joseph H. Pyne has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Kirby Corp., effective April 23, 2013. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He served the Company as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2010 to April 2011 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to April 2010, Executive Vice President from 1992 to 1995 and as President of Kirby Inland Marine from 1984 to November 1999. He has served the Company as a Director since 1988. He also served in various operating and administrative capacities with Kirby Inland Marine from 1978 to 1984, including Executive Vice President from January to June 1984. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Northrop Services, Inc. and served as an officer in the Navy. |
David Grzebinski |
Mr. David W. Grzebinski is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Kirby Corp. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Tulane University and a degree in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida.
