Name Description
Dunkel, David David L. Dunkel is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kforce Inc the staffing services Firm formerly known as Romac International. Dunkel has been associated with Kforce for most of his professional career and has been at the helm for over 20 years. Mr. Dunkel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, both from Babson College. Previously, Dunkel worked as an accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, Boston. Prior to August 1994, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Romac-FMA, one of Kforce’s predecessors, for 14 years.
Sanders, William William L. Sanders has served as President of Kforce Inc since October 2004. Mr. Sanders also served as Kforce’s Secretary from April 1999 to February 2007. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Sanders served as Kforce’s Chief Operating Officer since December 2002 and Senior Vice President since April 1999. From April 1999 to September 2003, Mr. Sanders also served as Kforce’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sanders’ prior experience also includes serving as a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Sutter, Howard Howard W. Sutter is the Vice Chairman Kforce Inc and Vice President of mergers and acquisitions of the Company. In his role as vice president of mergers and acquisitions, Sutter oversees the identification and coordination of Kforce' s acquisition objectives. Since joining Kforce in 1982, Sutter has had various roles within the company and serves on the board of directors. Sutter's prior experience includes three years as vice president and controller of a regional airline and six years as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia. Sutter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
Cocchiaro, Richard Richard M. Cocchiaro has served as a Director of Kforce Inc since its formation in August 1994. He currently serves as Vice Chairman. Previously, Mr. Cocchiaro served as Vice President of National Accounts for Kforce from 2000 to 2004, Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Kforce.com Interactive (1999) and National Director of Strategic Solutions within Kforce’s emerging technologies group (1994-1999).

He served as Kforce’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2004 and Corporate Secretary since February 2007. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Liberatore had served as Senior Vice President since June 2000, Chief Talent Officer since September 2001 and Chief Sales Officer from September 2000 to August 2001. Kelly, David David Kelly is Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting of Kforce Inc since February 2009. He was vice president of finance, is responsible for corporate planning and finance operations. Kelly is also the chief financial officer for Kfore Government Holdings (KGH) a subsidiary of Kforce. KGH provides innovative technical solutions to federal government clients. Kelly joined Kforce in 2000 as group finance officer for the technology solutions practice. Prior to that, he held positions at companies that included Selkirk Financial Technologies and Komatsu America Corporation, where he served as treasury director and vice president, controller of one of the operating companies. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Ettore, Michael Michael Ettore is Senior Vice President and Chief Services Officer of Kforce Inc since October 2004. serves as Chief services officer and is responsible for the Kforce Technology Services organization and the Kforce Service Center organization which includes billing, credit, collections, accounts payable, marketing and communications. Ettore is also responsible for the Program Management Office, which provides oversight and coordination of enterprise level programs, projects and initiatives. In addition, he has responsibility for the Kforce Talent organization. Ettore joined Kforce in 1999 and has served as the Vice President – Leadership Development and Vice President – Operations. Prior to joining Kforce, Ettore served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, retiring in 1998 after 24 years of service. Hackman, Jeffrey Jeffrey B. Hackman is Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Kforce Inc since February 2009. Prior to his appointment as Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Hackman served as the SEC Reporting Director from October 2007 to February 2009. Prior to joining Kforce, Mr. Hackman was employed by Grant Thornton LLP as an audit senior manager beginning in September 2002.
Blackman, Michael Michael R. Blackman has been appointed as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Kforce Inc. Michael R. Blackman had been Senior Vice President of Investor Relations of Kforce Inc since 1999. He joined Kforce in 1992. Previously at Kforce, Mr. Blackman served as Director of Selection and as a Senior Consultant in the Health & Life Sciences division. While there, Mr. Blackman attained membership in the Firm's exclusive President's Club in recognition of superior performance and client service. Before joining the Firm in January 1992, Mr. Blackman was a sole practitioner and also served with a regional, boutique, retained search firm. Mr. Blackman acquired his initial staffing industry experience with Barton Sans International, New York, where he worked with an internationally renowned clientele across a diverse industry spectrum. Mr. Blackman is a graduate of Johnson College.
Tunstall, A. Gordon A. Gordon Tunstall has served as a Director of Kforce Inc since October 1995. He is the founder of, and for more than 25 years has served as President of, Tunstall Consulting, Inc., a provider of strategic consulting and financial planning services. Mr. Tunstall previously served as a director for JLM Industries, Inc., Orthodontics Center of America, Inc. and Discount Auto Parts, Inc.
Carey, W. W. R. Carey, Jr., has served as a Director of Kforce Inc since October 1995. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Resource Development, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia based sales and marketing consulting and training firm which began in 1981 and assists some of America’s largest firms in design, development, and implementation of strategic and tactical product marketing. Mr. Allred has served as President of A.R.G., Inc., a provider of temporary and permanent physicians located in the Kansas City area since January 1994. Moneymaker, Patrick Patrick D. Moneymaker has been appointed to the board of Directors of Kforce Inc. Prior to assuming his role as CEO of Kforce Government Holdings Inc., Mr. Moneymaker served as CEO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corp (OSEC), a privately held company based in Carlsbad, CA prior to OSEC's sale in May, 2006. OSEC provided a full spectrum of engineering services for the Dept of Defense that includes software development, C4I systems integration and program management. From 1968-1998, Mr. Moneymaker was an officer in the United States Navy, ultimately achieving the rank of Rear Admiral. His service included the premier assignment as leader of the elite Blue Angels flying team. Mr. Moneymaker served on Kforce's board of directors from June, 2005, until September 30, 2006, when he resigned to become CEO of Kforce Government Holdings Inc. Mr. Moneymaker was an officer in the United States Navy, ultimately achieving the rank of Rear Admiral. Prior to rising to the rank of Rear Admiral, he served as Navy Director of Space and Information Warfare and served at U.S. Strategic Command and as commander at the Naval Space Command.
