Name Description

Daniel Bernard

Mr. Daniel Bernard is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Kingfisher Plc. He Joined the Board as Deputy Chairman in May 2006 before being appointed Chairman on 3 June 2009. He is President of Provestis, his own investment company, and since January 2010 has been Chairman of MAF Retail Group, Dubai. He has also been Senior Advisor of TowerBrook Capital Partners since October 2010. He is a non-executive director of Capgemini. He is also Honorary Chairman of the HEC Business School Foundation in Paris and a member of the Advisory Board of HEC.

Veronique Laury

Ms. Veronique Laury has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Kingfisher Plc., effective 8 December 2014. Ms. Véronique Laury is a highly experienced international retailer who has worked in the home improvement sector for 26 years in France and in the UK. She joined Kingfisher in 2003 and in her 11 years with the business she has held several key roles including Chief Executive of Castorama France, Group commercial director, commercial director of B&Q UK & Ireland. Previously she spent 15 years at Leroy Merlin in various commercial roles. She was named Chief Executive Officer on 8 December 2014.

Mr. Michael Loeve is Chief Executive - B&Q UK & Ireland of the Company. Michael is an experienced retailer, with 12 years’ experience in senior roles across retail operations, supply chain, IT and strategy. He has a strong track record of leading successful business transformation, through focusing on customer needs whilst remaining close to the operations. Michael joins B&Q from Coop Danmark, Denmark’s leading retailer with around 1,200 stores, where he is Group Retail Director. In his current role he is responsible for five retail formats, including Irma, Kvickly and Fakta, where he has unlocked performance by running the business in a more unified way across multiple formats. He was previously Managing Director of SuperBrugsen, part of Coop Danmark and one of the largest retail chains in the country with 250 stores. Key career dates: 2014- present; Coop Danmark, Group Retail Director 2011-2014, SuperBrugsen, Managing Director (part of Coop Denmark) 2009-2011; Copenhagen Airports, Vice President, Operations. 2001-2009, Coop Danmark, various senior roles, including Supply Chain Director.

She was previously Director, UK Hardlines where she was responsible for home, garden and DIY product ranges. Prior to joining Amazon Ms Parekh held roles at TomTom (wireless products) and in management consultancy in the United States. Ms. Parekh is also a non-executive director of Rightmove plc, Intu Properties plc and Be Heard Group plc (a digital marketing company).

Andrew Bonfield

Mr. Andrew R.J. Bonfield is Non-Executive Independent Director of Kingfisher Plc, since February 2010. He is Finance Director of National Grid plc. He is also a committee member of the Hundred Group of Finance Directors. Andrew brings significant current finance experience to the Kingfisher Board. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Cadbury plc and prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2002 to 2007, Finance Director of BG Group plc from 2001 to 2002 and Chief Financial Officer of SmithKline Beecham Plc from 1999 to 2000 during an 11 year period with the pharmaceuticals group.

Mark Seligman

Mark provides substantial expertise to the Kingfisher Board in the field of finance. He was a senior adviser at Credit Suisse. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and spent over 30 years in the City, including senior roles at SG Warburg, BZW and Credit Suisse First Boston. At Credit Suisse he was Deputy Chairman Europe from 1999 to 2005 and later Chairman UK Investment Banking from 2003 to 2005.
