Name Description

Aleksandra Magaczewska

 Ms. Aleksandra Magaczewska serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at KGHM Polska Miedz SA. She was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board on January 19, 2012. She is also Member of the Company’s Strategy Committee. In addition to her duties at the Company, she serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PERN Przyjazn SA. She served on various posts at Ministry of the Economy from February 16, 2000 to October 23, 2006 including Clerk to Chief Specialist in the Departments of Industrial Restructurisation, Energy Security, Energy, Supervised and Subordinate Entities and from October 24, 2006 to December 31, 2011 as Deputy Director of the Department of Industry, followed by Director of the Department of Mining. She serves also at Ministry of the State Treasury as Counsellor to the Minister, Directing the work of the Restructurisation Department. She graduated in Law from Uniwersytet Slaski.

Herbert Wirth

 Mr. Herbert Wirth has been Chairman of the Management Board at KGHM Polska Miedz SA since July 20, 2009. From June 15, 2009 till July 20, 2009, he was Acting Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. GmbH Freiberg in Germany from 1992 to 1993. He was also Teacher of Mathematics in Primary School in Wroclaw from 1009 till 1992. He graduated from Akademia Gorniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanislawa Staszica with the title of Master of Geology (1981) and also completed there his doctoral studies in Technical Sciences from the same university (Doctor of Science degree). He completed postgraduate studies in Management in market economy at the Uniwersytet Wroclawski, Faculty of Law and Administration, Environmental Protection Law at the same university, Department of Law and Administration and Project Management in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI) at George Washington University.

Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk

 Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk has served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at KGHM Polska Miedz SA since January 19, 2012. He is also Member of the Company’s Strategy and Audit Committees. In addition, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board for Strategy and Development at Emitel since January 2012 and Member of the Supervisory Board of Polish Energy Partners SA (since January 2007) and CP Energia (since April 2011). Prior to joining Emitel, he worked in the Swiss investment bank Credit Suisse in Poland, involved in the media and metals sectors in Central Eastern Europe. Following this, he worked for DB Securities SA where he served as Director, Deputy Head of the Research Department (to April 2008) and Equity Analyst for Central Eastern Europe (to September 2007). he held various directorial positions in the TP SA Group including Member of the Management Board of Emitel (to June 2010), Director, Head of the Strategic Projects Department in the TP SA Group (from October 2009 to June 2010), Director of Strategy and Business Development in the TP SA Group (to October 2009) and Advisor to the CEO of TP SA for Strategy (to October 2008). He served also at Superviosry Boards of Graal SA (from June 2006 to September 2010), Wirtualna Polska (from November 2008 to July 2010), TP Edukacja i Wypoczynek (from November 2008 to July 2010), 4fun Media SA (from May 2007 to September 2008), TP Emitel SA (from November 2008 to February 2010). Dorota Wloch

 Ms. Dorota Wloch has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board for Development at KGHM Polska Miedz SA since June 27, 2012. In her career, from 2002 to 2012 she served at Office of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedz SA on various posts, including General Director of the Investment and Development, Managing Director of Investment, Director of the Investment Department.  Mr. Adam Sawicki serves as Vice Chairman of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs at KGHM Polska Miedz SA. Ireneusz Piecuch

 Mr. Ireneusz Piecuch serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedz SA as of April 25, 2012. He also serves as Member of the Company's Compensation and Strategy Committees. Since 2010, he has worked for CMS Cameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta Sp. k. as Partner and Regional Coordinator for Telecommunications Practice in Central and Eastern Europe.
