Name Description
Yuryev, Mikhail Mr. Yuryev is the Chairman of the Board and Director of Kola Mining Corp since June 1, 2008. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Cvetmetholding Ltd., an investment company specializing in mining projects in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. During the last several years he held the position of the Chairman of the board of directors of the Joint Stock Company Eurofinance Group, an investment company with a diversified portfolio of projects from various industries. Prior thereto, Mr. Yuryev was the Chairman of the Board of the Investment and Industrial Group Eurasia, an investment company with projects in the construction, energy and finance sectors.
Tskhovrebov, Victor Mr. Tskhovrebov is the President, Chief Executive Officer of Kola Mining Corporation. Prior to joining Kola Mining, Mr. Victor Tskhovrebov was an independent consultant specializing in infrastructure projects and M&A in Russia. He has eight years of experience as an investment director, investment associate and equity analyst with JSC "Sovfracht" (a Russian transportation company), Alfa Capital Partners (Private equity fund) and Renaissance Capital. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from North Caucasus Mining and Metals Institute, 2000.

Goldsobel, Robert Mr. Goldsobel has been appointed to the Board of Kola Mining Corp. Mr. Goldsobel started working in the London Metal Exchange in 1970. He was a ring dealer and was first employed by the most important copper trading house at that time Anglo Chemical and Ore. Robert was first associated with the Tin Industry in 1977 while working with Philip Brothers specialising in trade with former CIS countries. He was a member of the LME tin committee from 1983 until 2002 and was part of the steering committee that returned tin trading to the LME in 1987. He has been associated with all areas of tin production and consumption both in Russia and world-wide for more than 30 years. He is a director of Czvetmetholdings where he has advised on the acquisition and development of various tin assets in Russia.
