Sergey Chemezov

 Mr. Sergey Viktorovich Chemezov holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at KAMAZ OAO. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, since 2007, he has occupied the post of General Director of Rostekhnologii-State Corporation. Previously, he served as General Director of Rosoboroneksport FGUP from 2004 to 2007. Between 2001 and 2004, he was also First Deputy General Director at the same company. Mr. Chemezov gained a Doctorate degree in Economic Sciences from Baikal State University of Economics and Law in 1975. He is a Member of Russian Academy of Sciences.

Sergey Kogogin

 Mr. Sergey Anatolevich Kogogin has held the position of General Director at KAMAZ OAO since April 26, 2002. Additionally, he occupies the posts of Chairman of the Company's Management Board and since June 30, 1999 he has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors. He started his labor activity as a milling machine operator at Kazan Engine Plant in 1976. From 1982 to 1985, he worked as an engineer at the Era enterprise. Then, from 1985 to 1990, he was Senior Engineer, Head of Office, Deputy Master Mechanic, and Trade Committee Chairman of Zelenodolsk Engineering Plant. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Kogogin headed Zelenodolsk Engineering Plant; and he headed Administration of Zelenodolsk Region from 1994 to 1999. Then he was appointed Deputy Prime-Minister – Minister of Economy and Industry of the RT. From 2004 to 2009, he was State Council Deputy of the RT. Since January 2006, he has been Chairman of Board of Non-profit Partnership Association of Russian Automakers (OAR). Mr. Sergey Anatolevich Kogogin graduated from the Physics Department of Kazan State University (currently Kazan Federal University) where his specialty was Radio Physics and Electronics, in 1982. During 1985 and 1990, he also graduated from Bank School studying and working at the same time.

Akhat Urmanov

 Mr. Akhat Faritovich Urmanov has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at KAMAZ OAO since 2009. Between 2006 and 2009, he acted as Deputy General Director of Sales and Services at the Company. Previously, he was also Director of the Finance Department of the Deputy General Director’s Block at KAMAZ OAO between 2003 and 2004 and Adviser to the Company’s General Director between 2002 and 2006.  Ms. Elena Mikhaylovna Milinova has served as Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance - Chief Financial Officer at KAMAZ OAO since September 2011. Additionally, she occupies the post of Member of the Company's Management Board. She has been working at KAMAZ OAO since 2007. Her functions include management of the economy and finance, property, insurance activities of KAMAZ OAO Group of Companies. In 2000, Ms. Milinova graduated from the Academy of Business and Banking in Tolyatti (currently Togliatti Academy of Management).

Irek Gumerov

 Mr. Irek Florovich Gumerov has held the position of Deputy General Director - Director of Development at KAMAZ OAO since 2006. Between 2002 and 2007 he also held the post of General Director at KAMAZinstrumentspetsmash OAO.
