Name Description

John Robins

Mr. John E. Robins serves as Chairman of the Board of Kaminak Gold Corporation. Mr. Robins obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of British Columbia in 1984. Mr. Robins is and has been a director, Chairman of the Board, senior officer and/or audit committee member of a number of public resource issuers since 1992. Mr. Robins previously served as a director and was a member of the audit committee of Grayd Resource Corp., Brilliant Resources Inc., and Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. As such, he has been actively engaged in all aspects of financial reporting, accounting issues, and corporate governance of public issuers.

Eira Thomas

Ms. Eira M. Thomas serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation. She has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer effective March 1, 2013 and Director of the Company effective February 6, 2013. She is a Canadian geologist whose career in the mining industry spans more than 20 years. She served as a geologist with Aber Resources Ltd. (now Harry Winston Diamond Corporation) from 1992 to 1997, the field exploration team that discovered the Diavik Diamond Project pipes in the Northwest Territories in 1994 and 1995. She was promoted to Vice-President Exploration for Aber in 1997, a post she held for two years, and served on the Board of Directors from 1998 to 2006. Ms. Thomas is currently a director of a number of other public companies and organizations, including Suncor Energy Inc., Dundee Precious Metals Inc., Strongbow Exploration Inc., Lucara Diamond Corp., the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), the University of Toronto (U of T) Alumni Association, the Lassonde Advisory Board of the U of T, and she is a member of the U of T President's Internal Advisory Council. Previously, Ms. Thomas held the positions of President of Navigator Exploration Corporation, CEO and Director of Stornoway Ventures Limited, and President, CEO and Director of Stornoway Diamond Corporation. In March 2008, she was one of only four Canadians that year to be named to the "Young Global Leaders", by the World Economic Forum. Ms. Thomas graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1990.

Jonathan Singh

Mr. Jonathan Singh serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Kaminak Gold Corporation. Mr. Singh is a member of the Association of Certified General Accountants of BC and Canada and has over 17 years of experience in the various areas of tax, financial reporting, internal audit and treasury, for both publicly traded resource companies and public practice accounting firms. Previously, Mr. Singh held various financial roles in the mineral resource industry, including serving as corporate controller for Magma Energy Corp. (a predecessor to Alterra Power Corp. (TSX:AXY)) and Silver Standard Resources Inc. (TSX:SSO)(NASDAQ:SSRI), as well as working in the tax group for KPMG. Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of Calgary.

Ms. Brenda R. Nowak is Corporate Secretary of Kaminak Gold Corporation. She has been Corporate Secretary since January 2007 of International Northair Mines Ltd. and New Dimension Resources Ltd.; also Corporate Secretary of North Arrow Minerals Inc., Kivalliq Energy Corporation, and West Melville Metals Inc.; formerly Corporate Secretary of Troon Ventures Ltd., Bluestone Resources Inc., Stornoway Diamond Corporation, Capstone Mining Corp., Creston Moly Corp. and Tenajon Resources Ltd. (now Mercator Minerals Ltd.).

Richard Hall

Mr. Richard J. Hall serves as Lead Independent Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation. He brings over 35 years of mining, exploration and development experience and presently serves as a director of IAMGOLD. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northgate Minerals Corporation, when Northgate was acquired by AuRico Gold, and as Chairman of Grayd Resource Corporation, when Grayd was acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. He also served as a director and Chairman of the Special Committee of Creston Moly Corp. during its acquisition by Mercator Minerals Ltd. From 1999 to 2008, he served as President and CEO of Metallica Resources Inc., where he was involved in all aspects of the company's development, including the financing, construction and commissioning of the Cerro San Pedro gold-silver mine in Mexico. In August 2008, Metallica was part of a $1.6 billion merger with Peak Gold Ltd. and New Gold Inc. to form what is now New Gold Inc. Previous to his tenure at Metallica, Mr. Hall held senior management positions with Dayton Mining Corporation and Pegasus Gold Corporation. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Geology and an MBA from Eastern Washington University. He has also completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Minnesota.

Bradley Blacketor

Mr. Bradley J. Blacketor, CPA, is an Independent Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation. He has over 30 years of management and financial experience and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gold Resource Corporation. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Bear Creek Mining Corporation, and as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for Metallica Resources Inc. for 11 years. Prior to Metallica and Bear Creek, Mr. Blacketor served as Chief Financial Officer of MinCorp Ltd., and held senior management positions with Pincock, Allen & Holt, Inc. and Touche Ross & Co. Mr. Blacketor is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado, holding an M.B.A. from Colorado State University and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

D. Bruce Mcleod

Mr. D. Bruce McLeod is an Independent Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation. He is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years of mine experience focusing on project development, strategic planning and merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Mcleod was a co-recipient of the 2009 Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC) E.A. Scholz Award for excellence in mine development. As part of the Sherwood Copper Corp. team, he was acknowledged for his leadership in advancing the Minto copper-gold-silver mine in the Yukon to production. Mr. McLeod is currently the President, CEO & Director of Creston Moly Corp. and Troon Ventures Ltd., and sits as an independent board member of several listed companies including Capstone Mining Corp. He was a co-founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation and founder and Executive Chairman of Sherwood Copper Corp., which in 2008 completed a business combination with Capstone Mining Corp. His professional associations include chair of the TSXV Exchange's Local Advisory Committee, a member in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of BC. Mr. McLeod also sits a Co-Chair of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Securities Committee and is involved with several non-profit groups including Science World, as a member of its board of directors.

Mr. James R. Paterson is an Independent Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation. Mr. Paterson has been a member of the Board of Directors of Kivalliq Energy Corp. since the Company's inception and also serves as the Company's CEO. Jim has over 14 years of corporate experience with several North American publicly traded companies, participating in acquisitions, joint-ventures, spin-outs, reverse transactions and IPO's. Since January 2010, Jim has been involved as an executive or as an active director of companies which have raised in excess of $125 million in equity financings. Jim founded, was President & CEO, and Director of Corsa Capital Ltd. - a company which acquired and capitalized coal mining assets in the USA. He also serves as a director of Kaminak Gold Corporation, Niblack Mineral Development Inc., and Indicator Minerals Inc. - all mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
