Name Description

W. Yandell Rogers

Mr. W. Yandell Rogers, III, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Quicksilver Resources Inc., since May 15, 2013. He has served on the Board since March 1999. Since 2008, Mr. Rogers has served as Chief Executive Officer of Lewiston Atlas Ltd., a privately-owned holding company with investments in service, manufacturing and oil and gas interests since 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Priest River Ltd., a privately-owned holding company, from 2002 to 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Ridgway’s, Inc., a provider of reprographics to the engineering and construction industries, from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Rogers also served as a director of BreitBurn GP, LLC from April 2010 to December 2011.

Glenn Darden

Mr. Glenn F. Darden is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc. Prior to that time, he served with Mercury for 18 years, the last five as Executive Vice President. Mr. Darden previously worked as a geologist for Mitchell Energy Company LP (subsequently merged with Devon Energy). He served as a director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Gas Services LP (formerly known as Quicksilver Gas Services LP), from March 2007 to October 2010.

John Regan

Mr. John C. Regan is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Quicksilver Resources Inc. Mr. Regan is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of combined public accounting, corporate finance and financial reporting experience. Mr. Regan joined the Company from Flowserve Corporation where he held various management positions of increasing responsibility from 2002 to 2007, including Vice President of Finance for the Flow Control Division and Director of Financial Reporting. He was also a senior manager specializing in the energy industry in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was employed from 1994 to 2002.

Mr. Stan G. Page is Senior Vice President - U.S. Operations of Quicksilver Resources Inc. Mr. Page joined the Company from BP America (formerly known as Amoco Production Company) where he held various management positions of increasing responsibility from 1979 to 2007, including Operations Center Manager for East Texas Operations from 2005 to 2007.

Anne Self

Ms. Anne Darden Self is Vice President - Human Resources, Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc. She is also currently President of Mercury, where she has worked since 1992. From 1988 to 1991, she was employed by Banc PLUS Savings Association in Houston, Texas, initially as Marketing Director and for three years thereafter as Vice President of Human Resources. She worked from 1987 to 1988 as an Executive for NW Ayer Advertising Agency. Prior to 1987, she spent several years in real estate management.

Chris Mundy

Mr. Chris M. Mundy is Vice President - Chief Reservoir Engineer of Quicksilver Resources Inc. He served as the Senior Director - Engineering from January 2010 to August 2010, Director - Engineering from May 2009 to January 2010 and Manager, Engineering from October 2008 to May 2009. Mr. Mundy previously served as Manager, Corporate Projects for Quicksilver Resources Canada Inc. where he led Horseshoe Canyon Asset development program and was responsible for project planning and budgeting from September 2004 to September 2006. Prior to re-joining the Company in 2008, Mr. Mundy served as Manager, Engineering at Twin Butte Energy where he was responsible for corporate reserves and numerous acquisition and divestiture evaluations from September 2006 to October 2008. Mr. Mundy is a professional engineer with more than 15 years of oil and gas experience.

John Rushford

Mr. John David Rushford is Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Quicksilver Resources Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Quicksilver Resources Inc. He is a Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of oil and gas experience in project development and business unit management. Mr. Rushford joined the Company from Cenovus Energy Inc. where he served as the Vice President of Business Services supporting Cenovus' business unit operations from 2005 to 2010. Prior to Cenovus he had more than 15 years of increasingly senior management positions at PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. and EnCana Corp., including Vice President of the Chinook Business Unit that commercialized coalbed methane in Canada and as Vice President of the Fort Nelson Business Unit.

Thomas Darden

Mr. Thomas F. Darden, Ph.D., is Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Darden was previously employed by Mercury Exploration Company for 22 years in various executive level positions. He served as a director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Gas Services LP (formerly known as Quicksilver Gas Services LP), from July 2007 to September 2011.

Michael McGovern

Mr. Michael Y. McGovern has been appointed as Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc., effective March 27, 2013. He serves as Executive Advisor to Cadent Energy Partners, LLC, a private equity firm investing in the energy industry. McGovern also serves on the boards of directors of GeoMet, Inc., Long Run Exploration, Ltd., Array Holdings, Inc., Sonneborn, Inc. and Cactus Wellhead, LLC. He served as a director of Tronox, Inc., a publicly traded producer of titanium dioxide, from April 2008 to January 2011. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pioneer Companies, Inc. from 2002 to 2007, two years of which he also served as the Chairman. He has been involved in the energy industry since 1975, primarily as the Chief Executive Officer of the following public companies: Pioneer Companies, Inc., Coho Energy, Inc., Edisto Resources Corporation, Convest Energy, Ironstone Group, Inc. (formerly OXOCO, Inc.) and American National Petroleum Company. McGovern received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana.

W. Byron Dunn

Mr. W. Byron Dunn is Independent Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc., since October 2007. Mr. Dunn has been a Principal of Tubular Synergy Group L.P., a wholesale marketer of steel tubular products, since February 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Dunn served with Lone Star Steel Company, a subsidiary of Lone Star Technologies, Inc., for 32 years, including as President and Chief Executive Officer from August 1997 until retiring in June 2007. He has served as a director of Enerflex Ltd., a Canadian oil and gas services company, since June 2011.

Mr. Steven M. Morris is Independent Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc., since March 1999. Mr. Morris is a Certified Public Accountant and has served as President of Morris & Company, a private investment firm, since 1992.

Mark Warner

Mr. Mark J. Warner is Independent Director of Quicksilver Resources Inc., since March 1999. Mr. Warner serves as Managing Director of Natural Resource Investments for The University of Texas Investment Management Company and has served in other capacities since November 2007. Mr. Warner served as the Director of Corporate Development of PointOne, a telecommunications company, from April 2004 to November 2007.
