| Roberts, Andy | Andy Roberts was appointed as a non-executive director to Kewill Plc in April 1997 and was appointed nonexecutive chairman of Kewill Plc in April 1998. He held several senior management positions within ICL between 1982 and 1993 and then served as chief executive of Data Sciences plc between 1993 and 1997. Following the turnaround at Data Sciences the company was acquired by IBM in March 1996. In 1997 he served as president of Intellect and remains active in support of the Association. He is a non-executive director of several software related companies. |
| Nichols, Paul | Paul Nichols is Kewill Plc's Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director. He received an Economics honours degree from Brunel University in 1978. In his early years in the IT industry, Paul held sales and business management positions in ICL and Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1994 he joined Data Sciences Ltd (DSL) as Executive General Manager for the Commercial and Financial Services business. In 1997 DSL was acquired by IBM and Paul became a Director of IBM Global Services in EMEA with responsibility for the Banking and Financial Services industry. In 1999 Paul was appointed as President and CEO of Logica Inc., the North American subsidiary of Logica plc. Paul joined Kewill as CEO in August 2002. |
| Bach, Karen | Karen Bach has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Kewill plc with effect from 17 August 2009. Karen joins Kewill from Advanced Computer Software Plc where she was CFO. Karen was closely involved in the development of ACS over the last year from a shell company into a substantial software and services business in the health care sector. Her focus included the acquisition and integration of two key businesses. Prior to this Karen was CFO of IXEurope Plc, a datacentre services provider which listed on AIM in April 2006 and was acquired by Equinix in September 2007 for circa £270m. In Karen's four years with IXEurope, the business grew rapidly from £11m to over £60m revenue, from negative EBITDA to over £20m and from eight to 15 sites in Europe. Karen's previous positions include Finance Director of EDS France and various international roles at MCI WorldCom and General Motors, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in 1995. |
| Gawthorne, J. Richard | J. Richard Gawthorne is Non-Executive Director of Kewill Plc was appointed to the board on 17 July 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Maths with Statistics from Bath University in 1972 and then qualified at Coopers & Lybrand before moving on to various roles in the industry. Between 1988 and 1993 Richard held finance director positions at Prudential Life and Pensions and at Prudential Corporate Pensions and then a chief executive role at Pegasus Assurance Group. Until recently he was chairman of the private company MatrixMicroscience Ltd and previously served as a nonexecutive director of the software company Smartstream Technologies Ltd and with 3i plc. | Alexander, Charles | Charles Alexander was appointed a Senior Non-Executive Independent Director of Kewill Plc in April 2001. Charles is currently MD and Head of Origination and Client Coverage, NE Asia for Standard Chartered Bank, based in Hong Kong. Prior to this he was Managing Director and Head of Asia Corporate Finance Group at Lehman Brothers Asia Limited, and previously Co-head of Lehman Brothers European M&A based in London whereby he advised several of the Firm’s clients on transactions in the communications industry. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Charles worked with JP Morgan from 1987 to 1998. Prior to moving into investment banking, Charles worked for McKinsey & Company in London and Tokyo from 1982 to 1987 and for the Boston Consulting Group in Boston from 1980 to 1982.
