Nurzhan Baydauletov

 Mr. Nurzhan Talipovich Baydauletov holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kazakhtelekom AO. He is a Representative of FNB Samruk Kazyna AO. He has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since May 8, 2012. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, since 2011, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at NK KTZh AO. Since 2008, he has held the same post at Air Astana AO. Since 2008, he has also been Managing Director at Fond natsional'nogo blagosostoyaniya Samruk-Kazyna AO. In 2011, he was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Samruk Kazyna Kontrakt TOO. From 2007 to 2010, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Remontnaya korporatisya Kamkor TOO. Mr. Nurzhan Talipovich Baydauletov graduated from Moscow Institute of Railway Transport (currently Moscow State University of Railway Engineering), with a specialization in Process Management of Railway Transportation, on June 1986.

 Mr. Daryn Shylbynovich Tuyakov has been Member of the Management Board at Kazakhtelekom AO since July 24, 2009. Mr. Askar Alibekovich Eserkegenov graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 1987, with a specialization in Radio Communication and in 2004 he gained an MBA degree in Corporate Management from The International Academy of Business (IAB).

Batyr Makhanbetazhiev

 Mr. Batyr Apenovich Makhanbetazhiev serves as Member of the Management Board at Kazakhtelekom AO. Since June 2010, he has acted as the Company’s Chief Director for Strategic Management. Prior to that, in March 2010, he was appointed Chief Administrative Director of the Company. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, he occupies the post of Member of the Board of Directors at Altel AO.  Mr. Adilbek Gazizovich Sarsenov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Kazakhtelekom AO since September 20, 2010. He is as a Representative of Bodam B.V.  Mr. Ermek Kabievich Okaev has held the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Kazakhtelekom AO since May 29, 2006. Additionally to his current duties at the company, since 1992, he has acted as General Director at Izdatel'skiy Dom Biko TOO.
