Name Description

Robert Pirooz

Mr. Robert P. Pirooz is Chairman of the Board, Secretary of Lumina Copper Corp. Mr. Pirooz studied commerce at Dalhousie University and received a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1989. Mr. Pirooz practiced law in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia from May 1990 to February 1998 primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial and securities law. His other directorships includes: Anfield Nickel Corp. (TSX-V-ANF). Mr. Pirooz served as General Counsel, Vice-President and Secretary of Pan American Silver Corp (TSX; NASDAQ) from April 1998 to October 2000 and from October 2000 to December 2002 was General Counsel and Vice President of the BCR Group of Companies. Mr. Pirooz is currently a lawyer and business consultant providing services to of clients and serving a variety of posts within his clients' companies, including serving as General Counsel of Pan American Silver Corp (PAS) since Jan 2003. Mr. Pirooz is also on the Board of Directors for PAS.

David Strang

Mr. David Strang is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Lumina Copper Corp. He has been Director since February 19, 2009. His other directorships includes: Anfield Nickel Corp. (TSX-V-ANF), Highbury Projects Inc. (TSX-V-HPI). Mr. Strang is a graduate of Stanford University, BSc, Applied Earth Sciences. Mr. Strang was previously CEO & President of Global Copper Corp (Sold to TeckCominco), Vice President, Corporate Development for Northern Peru Copper Corp (sold to China Minmetals/Jiangxi Copper), CEO & President of Lumina Resources Corp (Sold to Western Copper Corp) and President of Regalito Copper Corp (sold to Pan Pacific).

Martin Rip

Mr. Martin Rip is Chief Financial Officer of Lumina Copper Corp. Mr. Rip is a Chartered Accountant with experience in the mineral resource sector and joins Lumina having served previously as Chief Financial Officer for a Canadian resource company.

Mr. Marshall Koval is Vice President - Corporate Development of Lumina Copper Corp. Formerly, President & CEO of Northern Peru Copper and President of Pincock Allen & Holt and Northwest Mining Assoc, and has also served in various positions for mining and consulting companies including Golder Associates, BHP/Utah International, Inco, Meridian Minerals, and Inspiration Consolidated Copper. His experience ranges from mineral exploration, feasibility study and permitting, to finance, mine development, operation and closure. His recent focus has been providing management consulting support on feasibility study, finance, M&A, privatization and stock listing projects. Environmental work includes, advising mining companies and banks on environmental management, permitting and compliance, remediation and closure. He has worked in both North and South America, Europe and Australia. Mr. Koval is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a B.Sc. Geology, and is a registered P. Geo, of Washington and North Carolina.

John Youle

John Wright

Mr. John H. Wright is Lead Independent Director of Lumina Copper Corp. Mr. Wright, of Vancouver, BC, is a Metallurgical Engineer and Honours graduate of Queens University in Ontario. Mr. Wright was a director and former President and Chief Operating Officer of Pan American Silver Corp. Mr. Wright was also a director of Northern Peru Copper Corp. and Regalito Copper Corp. Previously, he spent 10 years with Teck Cominco where he worked at the Trail Smelter operations and later participated in the management of the feasibility studies, marketing and mine construction at the Afton, Highmont, Bull Moose and David Bell Mines. Mr. Wright was a member of the audit committee for both Northern Peru Copper Corp. and Regalito Copper Corp. and has at least seven years experience of direct involvement with audit committee positions.

Ross Cory

Mr. Ross Cory is Independent Director of Lumina Copper Corp., since May 12, 2008. Mr. Cory, of Vancouver, BC, has more than 18 years of investment banking experience with a focus on the mining industry and industrial growth companies. Mr. Cory is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Sciences and an MBA in Finance and International Business. Mr. Cory began his career in investment banking with Richardson Greenshields of Canada in 1987 and in 1989 was a founding partner of Goepel Shields & Partners Inc. which became Raymond James Ltd. in 2001. Mr. Cory served in his position with Raymond James Ltd. until his retirement. Mr. Cory is also a director of Eldorado Gold Corporation and was a director of Northern Peru Copper Corp. and Regalito Copper Corp.

Donald Shumka

Mr. Donald Myron Shumka is Independent Director of Lumina Copper Corp., since January 20, 2009. Mr. Shumka, of Vancouver, BC, is Managing Director of Walden Management Ltd., a firm providing financial consulting services to a variety of clients. Mr. Shumka received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. From 1966 to 1979 he worked in a variety of positions in the forestry industry, from 1979 to 1989 he was Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and from 1989 to 2004 he headed the Forest Products Group for two Canadian investment banks. Mr. Shumka has been active in the not for profit sector and is currently Chair of the Emily Carr University Foundation. Mr. Shumka is also a director of Eldorado Gold Corporation, Paladin Energy Ltd., Alterra Power Corp. and Anfield Nickel Corp. and was a director of Northern Peru Copper Corp.
