In the not for profit sector, he has sat on the audit committee of Federation CJA (Montréal) since 2004, and has chaired since 208 the audit committee of Procure, a Québec-wide prostate cancer education and research foundation. |

Mr. Max Mendelsohn is Independent Director of Le Chateau Inc. He holds a B.A. from McGill University which he obtained in 1962 and an L.L.L. from the Université de Montréal which he obtained in 1965. Mr. Mendelsohn received the Governor General’s medal for highest academic standing upon graduating from the Université de Montréal. Mr. Mendelsohn is a partner, and the former Chair of the Board of Partners, of the law firm McMillan LLP.
