Mauricio Rolim Amaro

 Mr. Mauricio Rolim Amaro has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of LATAM Airlines Group SA since June 22, 2012. He graduated in Aviation Administration and Business Administration from Broward Community College. Has held various positions in the TAM Group and served as a professional pilot at TAM Linhas Aereas SA and TAM Aviacao Executiva SA. Mr. Amaro has been a member of the Board of TAM SA since 2004, and vice-chairman of the Board since April 2007. He is also an executive officer at TAM Empreendimentos e Participacoes SA and chairman of the boards of Multiplus SA (subsidiary of TAM SA) and of TAM Aviacao Executiva e Taxi Aereo SA.

Enrique Cueto Plaza

 Mr. Enrique Cueto Plaza has served as Chief Executive Officer of LATAM Airlines Group SA since June 22, 2012. Previously, he has acted as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Lan Airlines SA since 1994. From 1993 till 1994, he served as Member of the Board of Directors of Lan Airlines SA. From 1983 to 1993, Mr. Cueto Plaza acted as Chief Executive Officer of Fast Air. He has also been Chairman of Inversiones Lan SA y Filiales and Inmobiliaria Aeronautica SA. Alejandro de la Fuente Goic

 Mr. Alejandro de la Fuente Goic has served as Group Chief Financial Officer of LATAM Airlines Group SA since August 2012. He previously served as CFO since July 1995. He joined LAN Airlines in April 1995 after serving as finance manager at Chiquita Frupac Ltd., a subsidiary of Chiquita Brands Inc. Mr. de la Fuente is an agronomist, with an economy and agricultural economics master’s degree at the Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA from Adolfo Ibanez University.

Marco Antonio Bologna

 Mr. Marco Antonio Bologna is TAM Chief Executive Officer at LATAM Airlines Group SA since February 2012. He joined TAM in March 2001, when he was appointed Vice-President for Finance and Management, and Market Relations Director. From 2004 to 2007 he served as President of TAM Linhas Aereas, and in March 2009 he took over as President of TAM Aviacao Executiva and Taxi Aereo SA. Since April 30, 2010 he has chaired the holding company TAM SA, which brings together TAM Linhas Aereas, TAM Airlines (formerly TAM Mercosur), with headquarters in Asuncion, Paraguay, Multiplus Fidelidade, and the maintenance unit TAM MRO.

Ignacio Cueto Plaza

 Mr. Ignacio Cueto Plaza is LAN Airlines Chief Executive Officer, at LATAM Airlines Group SA since 2012. His career in the air industry spans more than 25 years. In 1985 he was appointed Vice-President for Sales at Fast Air Carrier. He later took on a leadership role in the company’s commercial and services areas in the North American market. In 1997 he joined the board at LAN, and also took over as General Manager at LAN CARGO. He was made responsible for General Management of Passenger Services at LAN in 1999, and in 2005 became General Manager of the company as a whole - a position that he held through to the finalization of the merger with TAM. He also spearheaded the creation of LAN Airlines subsidiaries in a number of South American countries, and forged key alliances with other airlines.

 Mr. Armando Valdivieso Montes serves as Senior Vice President Spanish Speaking Countries and Chief Operating Officer at LATAM Airlines Group SA since 2012. He has been chief executive officer for passengers at LAN Airlines since 2006, after serving as chief executive officer for cargo from 1997 to 2005. From 1995 to 1997, he was chief operating officer of Fast Air and, from 1991 to 1994, served as Fast Air’s vice-president in the United States, based in Miami. Enrique Elsaca Hirmas

 Mr. Enrique Elsaca Hirmas has served as Senior Vice President of Operations of LATAM Airlines Group SA since October 2008. He was Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning of the Company between 2004 and 2008. He also was Manager of Real Estate and Development of Cencosud. From 1997 to 1999, he worked at Booz Allen and Hamilton in Latin America. From 1991 to 1995, he held various positions in Esso Chile, a subsidiary of Exxon. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ponitificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Roberto Alvo Milosawlewitsch

 Mr. Roberto Alvo Milosawlewitsch has served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development of LATAM Airlines Group SA since 2008. He acted as Chief Financial Officer of Lan Argentina between 2005 and 2008, Vice President of Development of Lan Airlines between 2003 and 2005 and Vice President of Treasury of the Company between 2001 and 2003. Before 2001, he held various positions at Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile SA. He is Civil Engineer and holds an MBA degree from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Cristian Toro Canas

Between 1997 and 2003 Mr. del Real Sota held various positions in Unilever, including Human Resource Manager for Chile, Training and Recruitment Manager and Management Development Manager for Latin America.  Mr. Pablo Querol has served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs of LATAM Airlines Group SA since May 2011. Since 2004 he acted as Corporate Affairs Manager in LAN Argentina. Between 1995 and 2004, he was Editor of the newspaper La Nacion and Consultant to numerous companies related to the tourism and real estate industry. Since 2007 he has served as Director of the Argentinean Chamber of Tourism and Destination Argentina, an entity that promotes tourism. He is also Permanent Member of the Professional Council of Public Relations in Argentina, the Chilean-Argentinean Chamber and Founding Partner of the Buenos Aires Convention and Visitor Bureau. Damian Scokin

 Mr. Damian Scokin is the Senior Vice President International Passenger Operations at LATAM Airlines Group SA. He joined LATAM Airlines in 2005. Prior to this position Mr. Scokin was responsible for LAN International business and CEO of LAN Argentina, where he led the start up and development of LAN´s new subsidiary in Argentina. Prior to joining LAN, he developed a career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for 11 years. During his consulting experience Mr. Scokin worked in the United States, Great Britain, Chile, Brazil, Peru and Argentina in a variety of projects. In 2000 Mr. Scokin was elected Partner of the Firm and in 2003 he became Location Manager of the Buenos Aires office. Mr. Scokin obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1995, after graduating as Bachelor in Economics (1991) and Industrial Engineer (1992) at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Cristian Ureta Larrain

 Mr. Cristian Ureta Larrain has served as Senior Vice President of Cargo at LATAM Airlines Group SA since 2005. He is an engineering graduate of the Universidad Catolica de Chile and of Stanford University’s Special Executive Program. Between 2002 and 2005, he served as vice-president for production at LAN Cargo and, from 1998 to 2002 as its vice-president for planning and development. He was previously general director and commercial director at MAS Air and service manager at Fast Air.

She is a Chemical Engineer graduate of USP and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, Harvard University. Previously, he has participated in several companies boards, including Andina (until 2012) and AES Gener SA (until 2001).

Carlos Alberto Heller Solari

 Mr. Carlos Alberto Heller Solari has served as Director of LATAM Airlines Group SA since May 2010. He has experience in the retail, transports and agriculture sectors. He is Vice President of Bethia (holding company and owner of Axxion), Chairman of Axxion S.A., Club Hipico de Santiago, Sotraser SA and Agricola Ancali. He also participates as a board of directors’ member of SACI Falabella SA, Falabella Retail SA, Sodimac SA and Titanium SA.

Georges Antoine de Bourguignon Arndt

 Mr. Georges Antoine de Bourguignon Arndt was appointed Independent Director of LATAM Airlines Group SA on September 4, 2012. From 1994 to date he is a partner and co-founder of Asset Chile SA, Chile's investment bank. Currently Director of the company Sal Lobos, Chilean subsidiary of the German group K+S, and is chairman of La Polar, a Chilean retail firm. Juan Gerardo Jofre Miranda

 Mr. Juan Gerardo Jofre Miranda has served as Independent Director of LATAM Airlines Group SA since May 2010. He is chairman of the board of Codelco and a member of the board of Air Life Chile SA as well as president of the Fundacion Saber Mas and a member of investment council of the Santander real estate funds. From 2005 to 2009, he was a member of the boards of Endesa Chile SA, Vina San Pedro Tarapaca S.A., D&S S.A., Construmart S.A., Inmobiliaria Titanium S.A. and Inmobiliaria Parque del Sendero S.A. Francisco Luzon Lopez

 Mr. Francisco Luzon Lopez was appointed Independent Director of LATAM Airlines Group SA on September 4, 2012. Currently he serves as advisor of the Inter-American Development Bank (BID) and Leader-Guest Professor of the School of Business China-Europe (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Between 1999-2012 He served as Executive Vice President for Latin America of Banco Santander. In this period, he was also Worldwide Vice President of Universia SA. Between 1991 and 1996 he was Chairman and CEO of Argentaria Bank Group. Previously, in late 1987, was appointed Director and General Manager of Banco Vizcaya and in 1988 Counselor and General Director Banking Group BBV. During his career he has held positions on the boards of several companies most recently participating in the council of the global textile company Inditex-Zara from 1997 until 2012. Mr. Francisco Luzon Lopez holds a Bachelor in Business and Economics from Euskal Herriko Unibertsitateko.
