Awad Mehech, Jorge Mr. Jorge Awad Mehech serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lan Airlines S.A. He has held this post since July 2001. He also serves as Member of the Directors Committee of the Company. Before that, he acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from 1994 to October 2000. Mr. Awad Mehech also serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Chile, Envases del Pacifico S.A., Edyce S.A., Universidad de Talca as well as ICARE (Instituto Chileno de Administracion Racional de Empresas), a Chilean organization seeking to promote private enterprise. Mr. Awad Mehec once held the position of Senior Vice President of Fast Air from 1979 to 1993. He holds a degree in Business Engineering.
Cueto Plaza, Enrique Mr. Enrique Cueto Plaza has served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Lan Airlines S.A. He has been Chief Executive Officer since 1994.
