Adesh Gupta

 Shri. Adesh Kumar Gupta is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Shoes Ltd. He is a Mechanical Engineer, after specializing in the applications of Polyurethane in Footwear, joined Liberty in 1983. He pioneered the use of PU technology in footwear manufacturing in India. He also put in place a road map for Liberty’s growth in the international market and aggressively marketed the brand. With a series of diversification initiatives Adesh has nurtured the company into a multi product conglomerate. Adesh has won many prestigious awards and is a key functionary of CII besides being the Chairman of IMC, ITI, Karnal.

Shammi Bansal

 Shri. Shammi Bansal is Executive Director of Liberty Shoes Ltd. He is a recognized name in the leather and footwear industry of India. A man of incisive thinking and progressive ideas, he was responsible for promoting the use of E.P. Polymers in the Indian footwear industry. Today, he is credited with many firsts in the field of footwear and leather technology. Besides initiating the practice of blending T.P.E. (Thermo Plastic Electromers) with P.V.C. for the first time in India in 1997 and the Injection E.V.A. compound for the first time in Asia, he also pioneered Injection Moulding technology for sandals.  Shri. Sunil Bansal is Executive Director of Liberty Shoes Ltd. He has been acting as Director with the Company since 1990. Even as he oversees the export of the Liberty products to these fashion destinations, Sunil patiently updates himself on trends the world over.
