 Mr. Cheng Yong Kwang has been President Commissioner of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk since 1993. He is an associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. Obtained fellowship from The Institute since 1996. Started his career in 1981 with Amalgamated Steel Mills Bhd., Malaysia and had since been holding various positions in the Lion Group of Companies. Mr. Cheng has more than 25 years of experience in finance and treasury operation, both in the manufacturing and property development sectors.

Yong Kim Cheng

 Y. Bhg. Datuk Cheng Yong Kim has been President Director of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk since 1983. He also serves as Director of Lion Corporation Bhd., Silverstone Corporation Bhd., Megasteel Sdn. Bhd. And Likom de Mexico S.A. de C.V., Managing Director of Lion Industries Corporation Bhd. and Lion Diversified Holdings Bhd. and President Commissioner of PT Lion Superior Electrodes. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Singapore.

Tai Pong Lim

 Mr. Lim Tai Pong has been Director of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk since 1988. He graduated from Al. Masriyah English School in Penang and Goon Institute in Kuala Lumpur.

Krisant Sophiaan

 Ir. H. Krisant Sophiaan has been Director of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk since 1993. He has served as Director of PT Singa Purwakarta Jaya. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Belorussian Polytechnical Institute, Minsk, Russia.

 Mr. Tjoe (Lawer Supendi) Tjoe Peng has been Director of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk isnce 1999. He also serves as President Director of PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk. and PT Singa Purwakarta Jaya, Commissioner of PT Logam Menara Murni and Director of PT Bantrunk Murni Indonesia. Bhd., PT Lion Intimung Malinau, PT Lion Superior Electrodes and PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk. He holds a Master of Business Administration from North Texas University and diploma of Education and Bachelor of Science from University of Malaya.

Joseph Tjandradjaja

 Mr. Joseph Tjandradjaja is an Independent Commissioner of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk. He was appointed to the Board in 2001. He studied a degree in Economics education at Universitas Parahyangan, Bandung and further studied at Universitas Negeri Lampung.
