Name Description

Quji Guo

Mr. Quji Guo is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Prior to joining the company, He served as the chief strategist and the special assistant to the president of Google China from 2005 to 2008, where he was instrumental for building Google's China operation and led many of its strategic product and business initiatives, including the launch of Google Music, the first advertiser-sponsored free music download service in China, as well as certain strategic investments. Prior to joining Google China, he was a product manager with Google in the United States. In 2004, he worked for the corporate business development team at Amazon participating in the acquisition of Joyo.com, the predecessor of Amazon's China operation. From 2001 to 2003, he was a software design engineer at the headquarters of Microsoft Corporation, participating in the development of MSN, IE and Windows. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1999, his master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001, and his MBA degree from Stanford University in 2005. He is a holder of a number of patents in software and Internet technologies in the United States.

Liang Zhang

Mr. Liang Zhang is Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He is a co-founder of our company and has served as our director and executive vice president (formerly co-president) responsible for sourcing and supply chain since 2007. Mr. Zhang was also responsible for our operations from 2007 to 2009. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Zhang founded and served as the chief executive officer of Zhongrun Ltd., a supplier for large Chinese online retail companies such as Dangdang.com and Amazon China, including its predecessor Joyo.com. He was a marketing manager at Netease.com Inc. from 1999 and 2001 and a program manager at Samsung Electronics from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Nankai University in 1998.

Xin Wen

Mr. Xin Wen is Co-Founder, Executive Vice President of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He was also responsible for the technology development from 2007 to 2010. From 2005 to 2007, he was a vice president of product and business development and the board secretary of Bokee.com, a blog service provider in China, where he built the company's research and development team and user experience team. In 2003, he co-founded Blogdriver.com, one of the first blog service providers in China, and served as its chief executive officer from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Wen studied at University of Texas at Austin.

Robin Lu

Mr. Robin Lu has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd., effective May 2014. Mr. Lu has over eighteen years experience in strategic planning, corporate financial management, equity investment, and more than ten years experience in the telecommunication and internet industries. He was previously the chief financial officer of A8 Digital Music Holdings Ltd, a position held since 2011 (HKSE: 0800.HK). Mr. Lu has also worked for Anaren, Inc (Nasdaq: ANEN) as a divisioncontroller, and as an executive director for Janney & Lee Investment LLC. Mr. Lu also held various finance management positions at China Network Communication Co., Ltd. (which was acquired by China Unicom), Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: Dell) and China International Trust and Investment Corporation (currently known as CITIC Group). He is a graduate of Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Operation and Finance from Ohio State University.

Todd Li

Mr. Todd Li is Senior Vice President - Retail Efforts of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He previously held senior management positions in several renowned multi-national retail companies, including Circuit City, William-Sonoma, Gymboree, and Lane Bryant.

James Wang

Mr. James Wang is Senior Vice President - Global Fashion Platform of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Prior to LightInTheBox, James Wang worked for Ports International, a leading luxury apparel brand, as a senior executive for 24 years.

Jia Hu

Ms. Jia Hu is Vice President - Finance of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. She has been our vice president of finance since 2013. Ms. Hu served as our financial controller from 2008 to 2012. Prior to joining us, Ms. Hu worked as a senior associate in Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers for a total of five years. Ms. Hu graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China with a bachelor’s degree in international finance in 2003.

Bo Feng

Mr. Bo Feng is Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He is currently a partner at Ceyuan Ventures, which he has co-founded in 2004. Prior to that, he was the founder and had been a partner of Chengwei Ventures since 1999. Mr. Feng also served as the chief representative of ChinaVest since 1997 and vice president of Robertson, Stephens & Company since 1994. He studied at the College of Marin from 1988 to 1991. Mr. FENG brings to the board his experience with fast-growing companies in China in industries and his knowledge of Chinese regulation.

Jin-Choon Lim

Mr. Jin-Choon Lim is Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He is a founder and the managing director of GSR Ventures. Prior to founding GSR Ventures in 2005, he was involved in founding three venture-backed companies in the United States. From 1988 to 1992, he was an executive of Lotus Development Corporation and from 1983 to 1986, was an executive of the National University Hospital of Singapore. He received his bachelor's degree from National University of Singapore in 1981 and his MBA degree from Stanford University in 1988.

Ye Yuan

Mr. Ye Yuan is Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He joined Ceyuan Ventures in 2005 and has been a partner since 2009. He currently serves as a director of Letao Inc., China Medonline Inc. and Wisdom Alliance Limited. From 2003 to 2005, he worked at the audit department of KPMG (Beijing) Accounting LLP and Latitude Capital. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from University of International Business and Economics in China in 2002 and his master's degree from the University of Windsor in Canada in 2003.

Kai-Fu Lee

Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Dr. LEE has been the chairman of board of directors and chief executive officer of Innovation Works, a business creation platform and investment company focused on internet technology and cloud computing since 2009. Prior to that, Dr. LEE had served as a vice president at Google and the president of Google Greater China from 2005 to 2009. Other than Innovation Works, Dr. LEE also serves on the board of certain private companies. Dr. LEE received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Columbia University in 1983 and a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1988.

Sean Shao

Mr. Sean Shao, CPA, is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. SHAO currently serves as (i) independent director and chairman of the audit committee of: UTStarcom Holdings Corp., a provider of broadband equipment and solutions listed on the NASDAQ, since October 2012; Xueda Education Group, a China-based personalized tutoring services company listed on the NYSE, since March 2010; Yongye International, Inc., a China-based agricultural company listed on the NASDAQ, since April 2009 and China Biologic Products, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company listed on the NASDAQ, since July 2008; (ii) independent director and chairman of the compensation committee of AsiaInfo-Linkage, Inc., a Chinese telecom software solutions provider listed on the NASDAQ, since July 2010, and (iii) independent director and chairman of the nominating committee of Agria Corporation, a Chinese agricultural company listed on the NYSE, since November 2008. Mr. SHAO served as the chief financial officer of Trina Solar Limited from 2006 to 2008. In addition, he served from 2004 to 2006 as the chief financial officer of ChinaEdu Corporation, an educational service provider, and of Watchdata Technologies Ltd., a Chinese security software company. Prior to that, Mr. SHAO worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP, formerly known as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Mr. SHAO received his master's degree in health care administration from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1988 and his bachelor's degree in art from East China Normal University in 1982. Mr. SHAO is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Xiaoping Xu

Mr. Xiaoping Xu is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Since 2011, Mr. Xu has been the founder and managing partner of Zhenfund, a seed stage fund focusing on investments in technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to that, he was one of the founding partners of New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Mr. Xu received a bachelor's degree from the Central Conservatory of Music in 1983, and a master's degree from University of Saskatchewan in 1992. Mr. Xu was elected as The Angel Investor of the Year in 2011 by "Entrepreneur Magazine" Chinese edition, and is currently the Chairman of China Angel Club.
