Name Description

Quji Guo

Mr. Quji Guo is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Prior to joining the company, He served as the chief strategist and the special assistant to the president of Google China from 2005 to 2008, where he was instrumental for building Google's China operation and led many of its strategic product and business initiatives, including the launch of Google Music, the first advertiser-sponsored free music download service in China, as well as certain strategic investments. Prior to joining Google China, he was a product manager with Google in the United States. In 2004, he worked for the corporate business development team at Amazon participating in the acquisition of Joyo.com, the predecessor of Amazon's China operation. From 2001 to 2003, he was a software design engineer at the headquarters of Microsoft Corporation, participating in the development of MSN, IE and Windows. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1999, his master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001, and his MBA degree from Stanford University in 2005. He is a holder of a number of patents in software and Internet technologies in the United States.

Xin Wen

Mr. Xin Wen is Co-Founder, Executive Vice President of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. He was also responsible for the technology development from 2007 to 2010. From 2005 to 2007, he was a vice president of product and business development and the board secretary of Bokee.com, a blog service provider in China, where he built the company's research and development team and user experience team. In 2003, he co-founded Blogdriver.com, one of the first blog service providers in China, and served as its chief executive officer from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Wen studied at University of Texas at Austin.

Robin Lu

Mr. Robin Lu has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd., effective May 2014. Mr. Lu has over eighteen years experience in strategic planning, corporate financial management, equity investment, and more than ten years experience in the telecommunication and internet industries. He was previously the chief financial officer of A8 Digital Music Holdings Ltd, a position held since 2011 (HKSE: 0800.HK). Mr. Lu has also worked for Anaren, Inc (Nasdaq: ANEN) as a divisioncontroller, and as an executive director for Janney & Lee Investment LLC. Mr. Lu also held various finance management positions at China Network Communication Co., Ltd. (which was acquired by China Unicom), Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: Dell) and China International Trust and Investment Corporation (currently known as CITIC Group). He is a graduate of Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Operation and Finance from Ohio State University.

Hillman Huang

Mr. Hillman Huang is Senior Vice President of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang will continue to oversee Mini LightInTheBox's business development and procurement strategy. Mr. Huang most recently served as the Company's Vice President. Prior to joining the Company in 2014, Mr. Huang worked with Decathlon (currently known as Oxylane Group) from 2007 to 2013, where he served as a purchasing director, office manager and general manager of its Wuhan unit, and general manager of its Guangzhou unit.

Bin Shi

Mr. Bin Shi is Chief Technology Officer of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. Shi will continue to manage and implement the Company's technology and research & development strategy. Mr. Shi joined the Company in 2009 as the Senior Vice President of Technology. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shi was the Chief Architect of myspace.cn.

Zhentao Wang

Mr. Zhentao Wang is Director of the Company. Mr. Zhentao Wang is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of Aokang. He founded Yongjia County Aolin Shoe Factory, the predecessor of Aokang, in 1988. Mr. Wang received his EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2006 and also an EMBA degree from the HEC School of Management in France in 2007. Mr. Wang has received numerous accolades and awards in China , including the National Labor Day Award in 2002, China's Industry Leader of Private Industrial Enterprises in 2003, and the Outstanding Person of China's Economic Development in 2006.

Zhi Yan

Mr. Zhi Yan is Director of the company. He is the founder, chief executive officer and co-chairman of the board of directors of Zall Development. Mr. Yan has more than 10 years of experience in the space of commercial property and wholesale shopping mall industries, along with more than 19 years of general business management experiences. Mr. Yan received a master's degree in business administration for senior executives from Wuhan University inFebruary 2008and an executive master of business administration degree at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Management in 2013 .

Gang Yu

Dr. Gang Yu is Director of the company. He is an executive director and co-chairman of the board of directors of Zall Development. Dr. Yu has extensive experience in E-commerce and operation and logistics management and has previous served in various positions at multi-national corporations such as Dell Inc. and Amazon.com. Dr. Yu obtained his bachelor degree in science fromWuhanUniversity in 1982 and his master degree in science fromCornell Universityin 1985. Dr. Yu received his PhD from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvaniain 1990.

Xiongping Yu

Mr. Xiongping Yu is Director of the Company. He is a leading shoe and leather product company inChina, which specializes in R&D, manufacturing, distribution and retail sales of shoes and leather, and was previously the chief financial officer of Aokang Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Yu received a bachelor's degree from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics.

Kai-Fu Lee

Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Dr. LEE has been the chairman of board of directors and chief executive officer of Innovation Works, a business creation platform and investment company focused on internet technology and cloud computing since 2009. Prior to that, Dr. LEE had served as a vice president at Google and the president of Google Greater China from 2005 to 2009. Other than Innovation Works, Dr. LEE also serves on the board of certain private companies. Dr. LEE received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Columbia University in 1983 and a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1988.

Sean Shao

Mr. Sean Shao, CPA, is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. SHAO currently serves as (i) independent director and chairman of the audit committee of: UTStarcom Holdings Corp., a provider of broadband equipment and solutions listed on the NASDAQ, since October 2012; Xueda Education Group, a China-based personalized tutoring services company listed on the NYSE, since March 2010; Yongye International, Inc., a China-based agricultural company listed on the NASDAQ, since April 2009 and China Biologic Products, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company listed on the NASDAQ, since July 2008; (ii) independent director and chairman of the compensation committee of AsiaInfo-Linkage, Inc., a Chinese telecom software solutions provider listed on the NASDAQ, since July 2010, and (iii) independent director and chairman of the nominating committee of Agria Corporation, a Chinese agricultural company listed on the NYSE, since November 2008. Mr. SHAO served as the chief financial officer of Trina Solar Limited from 2006 to 2008. In addition, he served from 2004 to 2006 as the chief financial officer of ChinaEdu Corporation, an educational service provider, and of Watchdata Technologies Ltd., a Chinese security software company. Prior to that, Mr. SHAO worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP, formerly known as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Mr. SHAO received his master's degree in health care administration from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1988 and his bachelor's degree in art from East China Normal University in 1982. Xiaoping Xu

Mr. Xiaoping Xu is an Independent Director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Since 2011, Mr. Xu has been the founder and managing partner of Zhenfund, a seed stage fund focusing on investments in technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to that, he was one of the founding partners of New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Mr. Xu received a bachelor's degree from the Central Conservatory of Music in 1983, and a master's degree from University of Saskatchewan in 1992. Mr. Xu was elected as The Angel Investor of the Year in 2011 by "Entrepreneur Magazine" Chinese edition, and is currently the Chairman of China Angel Club.
