Marilyn Hewson

Ms. Marillyn A. Hewson has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corp. She has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Lockheed Martin since January 2013; President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2012 to December 2012; Executive Vice President – Electronic Systems from January 2010 to December 2012; President, Systems Integration – Owego from September 2008 to December 2009; Executive Vice President – Global Sustainment for Aeronautics from February 2007 to August 2008; President, Lockheed Martin Logistics Services Company from January 2007 to February 2007; and President and General Manager, Kelly Aviation Center, L.P. from August 2004 to December 2007; and director of Carpenter Technology Corporation from 2002 to 2006. Ms. Hewson chairs the Board of Directors of Sandia Corporation, serves on the Association of the U.S. Army Council of Trustees and the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration Board of Visitors, and serves as a director of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont).

Bruce Tanner

Mr. Bruce L. Tanner is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed Martin Corp. He served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company since April 2006. He also served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems Business Area for four years before returning to the Aeronautics Business area where he began his career in January 1982. Beginning in 1982, he held positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Finance and Director of Financial Management. He served as Vice President, Business Management from 1997 until his promotion to the Electronic Systems Business Area in 2002.

Richard Ambrose

Mr. Richard F. Ambrose has been appointed as the Executive Vice President - Space Systems Business of Lockheed Martin Corp. effective April 1, 2013. He joined Lockheed Martin in 2000 and is currently the vice president and deputy at Space Systems. Prior to his current assignment, he led the IS&GS-National business and has held various leadership positions in Space Systems and the company's former Mission Systems and Sensors business that will prove as he moves the Space business forward. He has managed complex organizations and has worked closely with defense, intelligence, civil and commercial customers throughout his career. Ambrose holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, a master's degree in business administration from the University of Denver, and has attended the Wharton Executive Development Program.

Sondra Barbour

Ms. Sondra L. Barbour has been appointed as the Executive Vice President - Information Systems & Global Solutions of Lockheed Martin Corp. effective April 1, 2013. She was appointed to her current position as senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) in 2008. Previously she spent more than 20 years in IS&GS, where she served in program management, and as CIO and vice president of operations. In partnership with Gooden, Barbour helped define the company's new cyber security business, which offers integrated, multi-layer solutions to combat cyber threats for government and commercial customers. She has also led Lockheed Martin's Corporate Shared Services and Corporate Internal Audit, where she worked across the enterprise to deploy scalable technology and operational efficiency solutions. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and accounting from Temple University.

Dale Bennett

Mr. Dale P. Bennett is an Executive Vice President - Mission Systems and Training of Lockheed Martin Corporation, since December 31, 2012. He previously served as President, Electronic Systems Mission Systems & Sensors from August 2011 to December 30, 2012, and President, Global Training and Logistics from July 2005 to July 2011.

Orlando Carvalho

Mr. Orlando Carvalho has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Aeronautics Business Area of Lockheed Martin Corp. Since joining Aeronautics in 2011, Carvalho has been responsible for the performance of all aspects of the F-35 Lightning II program. Under his leadership, the F-35 program has delivered impressive results, including consistently exceeding the flight test plans; significantly improving on-schedule delivery of the Mission Systems and Autonomic Logistics Information System software releases; delivering 30 aircraft in 2012 while increasing affordability; and supporting the launch of training operations at Eglin AFB and the stand up of the first Marine Corps and Air Force operational F-35 bases.

Patrick Dewar

Mr. Patrick M. Dewar is Executive Vice President - Lockheed Martin International of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Prior to being named to lead LMI, Dewar was senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Throughout his 28-year career with Lockheed Martin, Dewar has held a number of leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of Corporate International Business Development, vice president of Business Development for the Electronic Systems business area, and the European program director for the Medium Extended Air Defense System (MEADS) based in Munich, Germany. Dewar has served as Chairman of the Boards of Directors for Lockheed Martin UK Holdings Limited, Lockheed Martin Espana, S.A., and Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Limited, as well as the Lockheed Martin UAE Advisory Board. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College.

Richard Edwards

Mr. Richard H. Edwards is an Executive Vice President - Missiles and Fire Control of Lockheed Martin Corporation, since December 31, 2012. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Program and Technology Integration, Electronic Systems Missiles and Fire Control from June 2012 to December 30, 2012, and Vice President Tactical Missiles and Combat Maneuver Systems, Electronic Systems Missiles and Fire Control from July 2005 to June 2012.

Maryanne Lavan

Ms. Maryanne R. Lavan is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Ms. Lavan has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since June 2010 and Corporate Secretary since September 2010. She previously served as Vice President – Internal Audit from February 2007 to June 2010, and Vice President – Ethics and Business Conduct from October 2003 to February 2007.

Brian Colan

Mr. Brian P. Colan is appointed as Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President, Controller of the Company effective August 18, 2014. Mr. Colan’s previous positions with Lockheed Martin were as Vice President and Controller, Missiles and Fire Control, and prior to that as Vice President and Controller for Electronic Systems. In each of those roles, he was responsible for financial accounting and internal controls, reporting, financial planning and analysis, and government accounting and compliance. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Colan served as Vice President, Finance, Land Armaments Operating Group at British Aerospace Systems in Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Colan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Francis University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Kenneth R. Possenriede is Vice President, Treasurer of Lockheed Martin Corp. He previously served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Electronic Systems from July 2008 to June 2011 and as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Space Systems from September 2007 to June 2008.

Greg Psihas

Mr. Greg Psihas has been appointed as Vice President - Corporate Development of Lockheed Martin Corporation., effective Oct 17, 2014. Psihas will be responsible for leading the Corporation's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integration activities, as well as divestitures, joint and strategic ventures, technology commercialization and emerging technology fund investments. Most recently, Psihas served as the Corporate Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Applied Materials, the largest semiconductor capital equipment company, where he led approximately $7 billion in acquisitions, in addition to the company's recently announced $28 billion all-stock merger with Tokyo Electron. Prior to Applied Materials, Psihas held several positions of increasing responsibility with Eaton Corporation and Shell Oil Company. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Notre Dame and his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.

Douglas McCorkindale

Mr. Douglas H. McCorkindale is Lead Independent Director of Lockheed Martin Corporation. He is Chairman of Gannett Co., Inc. (“Gannett”) from 2001 until his retirement in June 2006. Chief Executive Officer of Gannett from June 2000 to 2005; President of Gannett from 1997 to 2005; Vice Chairman of Gannett from 1984 to January 2001; Chief Financial Officer of Gannett from 1979 to 1997; Chief Administrative Officer of Gannett from 1985 to 1997; director of Continental Airlines, Inc. from 1993 to 2010; and currently serves as a director or trustee of approximately 60 fund portfolios in the Prudential Fund Complex, the boards of which meet concurrently and function as a single board.

Daniel Akerson

Mr. Daniel F. Akerson is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Akerson was Chief Executive Officer of General Motors Company (“General Motors”) from September 1, 2010 until his retirement in January 2014 and was also Chairman of General Motors from January 2011 until January 2014. Prior to joining General Motors, Mr. Akerson was a Managing Director of The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”), a private equity firm, serving as the Head of Global Buyout from July 2009 until August 2010 and as Co-Head of U.S. Buyout from 2003 to 2009. Prior to joining Carlyle, he served as chairman, chief executive officer, or president of several major companies, including XO Communications, Inc. from 1993 to 1995, Nextel Communications, Inc. from 1996 to 1999, General Instrument Corporation from 1993 to 1995, and MCI Communications Corporation from 1983 to 1993. Mr. Akerson served as a director of American Express Company from 1995 to 2012, AOL Time Warner Inc. (now doing business as Time Warner, Inc.) from 1997 to 2003, and General Motors from 2009 to 2014. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1970 and earned a master’s of science degree in economics from the London School of Economics.

Nolan Archibald

Mr. Nolan D. Archibald is an Independent Director of Lockheed Martin Corporation. He is Executive Chairman of the Board of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since March 2010. Previously, Mr. Archibald was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Black & Decker Corporation from 1986 to March 2010; President of The Black & Decker Corporation from 1985 to 2010; and Chief Operating Officer of The Black & Decker Corporation from 1985 to 1986.
