William Cunningham |
Dr. William H. Cunningham, Ph.D., is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Lincoln National Corp. Mr. Cunningham also serves on the Compensation, Corporate Governance and Finance Committees. Mr. Cunningham has been a professor with The University of Texas since 2000. Prior to that he served as Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer of The University of Texas System from September 1992 to July 2000. He served as President of The University of Texas at Austin from 1985-1992 and was Dean of the Red McCombs School of Business from 1983-1985. He has also served on many public commissions and boards including The University of Texas Investment Management Company Board of Directors, the Houston Area Research Council Board of Directors, the Southwest Research Institute, and the Economic Advisory Committee of the United States Department of Commerce. |

Mr. Dennis R. Glass is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Lincoln National Corp. An experienced and seasoned executive, Mr. Glass has served as President since 2006, and CEO since 2007.
