Name Description

David Cohen

 Mr. David Cohen serves as Independent Chairman of LNG Energy Ltd., since November 26, 2007. Mr. Cohen is currently the Chairman of Eastern Platinum Ltd. and was the formerly the Chairman and CEO of Gold Wheaton Corp. and the President and CEO of Northern Orion Resources Inc. He has over twenty years of international experience, including operating and management positions with DeBeers, Anglo American and Fluor engineers. He is a Professional Chemical Engineer and holds an MBA.

David Nelson

 Mr. David Nelson has been appointeed as President, Chief Executive Officer of LNG Energy Ltd with effect from July 2, 2012. Mr. Nelson is a Geological Engineer with over 32 years of geological, engineering, and commercial experience in the energy industry, focusing the last 20 years on European and Central Asian oil and gas provinces. Prior to joining LNG, Mr. Nelson served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Direct Petroleum Exploration and as Business Development Engineering Manager for TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd.

Danny Lee

 Mr. Danny Lee is Chief Financial Officer of LNG Energy Ltd. Mr. Lee is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in the resource sector including experience with public company regulatory compliance, international tax planning, systems conversions, treasury management, human resources and financial database management. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Transeuro Energy Corp. from 2005 to 2008 which has operations in Papua New Guinea, Ukraine, Armenia and Canada. He holds a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia and articled with Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver, Canada.

Trevor Tjostheim

 Mr. Trevor Tjostheim has been appionted as Vice President - Operations of LNG Energy Ltd., with effect from July 1, 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He worked for Petro-Canada for 9 years in various roles, the most recent specializing in design and program completion, workover and intervention operations in Syria. He has also held management roles for Daylight Energy and Codeco Energy Group providing project management and technical experience for completion and workover projects in Canada, the USA and Papua New Guinea. Trevor received a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta.

Weldon Beauchamp

 Dr. Weldon Beauchamp has been appionted as Vice President - Exploration of LNG Energy Ltd., with effect from June 1, 2011. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He worked for Sun International for 10 years, as a production geologist and an exploration geologist in the U.S., North Sea/Europe, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Additionally, he worked for ARCO as a senior geophysicist in the Middle East, Africa, and South America, most recently as the New Venture Manager for TransAtlantic Petroleum in Morocco, Turkey and Romania. He received a B.A. degree in geology from New England College, a M.S. degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Cornell University. He is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Texas at Dallas.

David Afseth

 Mr. David Afseth is a Director of LNG Energy Ltd. He has resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 2, 2012. Mr. Afseth has over 30 years of experience in oil and gas drilling, completion and construction. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Afseth managed Burlington Resources Canada's drilling program and was instrumental in various acquisitions during that period. Prior to that, Mr. Afseth served as Drilling & Completions Manager with Poco Petroleums until they were acquired by Burlington Resources Canada, when Mr. Afseth then served as VP, Drilling & Completions. From 1984 to 1993, he managed various drilling programs in the field with Shell Canada, Canada Northwest Energy and Columbia Oil and Gas. Mr. Afseth was appointed Vice President, Operations on December 15, 2007 and President of the Company on March 28, 2008.

Richard Green

 Mr. Richard G. Green serves as Independent Director of LNG Energy Ltd., since August 10, 2006. Mr. Green brings in excess of 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to the Company. Mr. Green was CEO, President and director of Saxon Oil Company Ltd. (TSX.V: SXN) from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice-President of LaRoche Petroleum Consultants, Ltd., a private Texas oil and gas consulting corporation. He began his career with Shell Oil Company in 1973 and from 1980 to 1986 worked for several independent oil companies prior to founding his own exploration and production firm from 1986 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Green was Vice-President Geology for Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. Mr. Green has domestic and international experience in geology, petrophysics and engineering and graduated with a B.S. in Geology from Kansas State University. He is a member of numerous professional societies and is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist and Registered Geoscientist - Kansas and Texas. He is an honorary life member of the Dallas Geological Society, is a past-president of the Division of Professional Affairs of AAPG, and received the Distinguished Service Award from AAPG in 2005.

Paul Larkin

 Mr. Paul A. Larkin serves as Independent Director of LNG Energy Ltd. Mr. Larkin brings in excess of 38 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets to the Company. Mr. Larkin is currently President of New Dawn Holdings Ltd., an independent consulting firm providing administration and financial advisory services to a number of private and public companies. Mr. Larkin is also the CEO and President of Tyner Resources Ltd., President and Director of Gstaad Capital Corp., and a director and audit committee member of LNG Energy Ltd., U.S. Geothermal Inc., Westbridge Energy Corporation and Condor Resources Inc., all public resource companies. From 1972 to 1984, Mr. Larkin held various corporate finance positions in the Canadian Banking system. Mr. Larkin has also served as an audit, compensation and executive committee member for a number of other public companies
