Reid Hoffman |
Mr. Reid G. Hoffman is Chairman of the Board of LinkedIn Corp., since December 2010. He has also been a Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm, since November 2009. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer from March 2003 to February 2007 and from December 2008 to June 2009. Mr. Hoffman also served as President, Products from February 2007 to December 2008, and as Executive Chair from June 2009 to November 2009. Prior to LinkedIn, Mr. Hoffman was executive vice president of PayPal Inc., an online payment company, from January 2000 to October 2002. Mr. Hoffman serves on the board of directors for Zynga Inc., a public social gaming company, as well as several private companies and non-profit organizations, including Do Something, Edmodo, Endeavor, Kiva.org, Mozilla Corporation, shopkick, Start Up America and Wrapp. In 2012, Mr. Hoffman also joined the board of directors of the Exploratorium, a non-profit science discovery center in San Francisco, California. Mr. Jeffrey Weiner is Chief Executive Officer, Director of LinkedIn Corp. Mr. Weiner served as interim President from December 2008 to June 2009. Mr. Steven J. Sordello is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of LinkedIn Corp. Prior to LinkedIn, Mr. Sordello served as Chief Financial Officer of two NASDAQ publicly traded companies. He was Chief Financial Officer of TiVo, Inc., a manufacturer of digital video recorders, from August 2006 to July 2007, where he was part of the management team that helped lead TiVo to its first quarter of profitability. Prior to TiVo, Mr. Sordello served in several roles, including as Chief Financial Officer at Ask Jeeves, Inc., an Internet search engine company, from May 1999 to October 2005 when it was acquired by IAC/InterActiveCorp.
