Rory Cowan |
Mr. Rory J. Cowan is Chairman of the Board of LoJack Corporation. Mr. Cowan has served as a Independent director of the Company since February 2007. He is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., a publicly held company which he founded in 1996. Prior to founding Lionbridge, Mr. Cowan was Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee for R.R. Donnelley & Sons. He was also Chief Executive Officer of Stream International, Inc., a division of R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Mr. Cowan also serves on the Board of Directors of Sielox, Inc., a publicly held company that markets video and imaging products to the security market. |

Mr. Randy L. Ortiz is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Lojack Corporation. Mr. Ortiz has been a director of the Company since November 2011. From 2002 until his retirement in 2010, Mr. Ortiz held a variety of senior executive positions at Ford Motor Company. He served as Executive Director and General Manager of Ford’s Worldwide Export Operations from 2002 to 2005, General Manager of Sales for Ford’s Customer Service Division in 2006, and General Manager of Ford and Lincoln-Mercury Sales from 2007 until March of 2010. Mr. Ortiz is an auto industry veteran who at Ford Motor Company led a team that increased Ford and Lincoln-Mercury market share for the first time in 14 years. He also played a key leadership role in restoring Ford’s North American Business Unit to profitability, and led the consolidation and rationalization of Ford’s dealer network. Mr. Ortiz was with Ford Motor Company from 1982 to his retirement from the organization in 2010. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Regional Sales, Service and Parts Manager for the Ford Motor Co. in Boston, where as the top executive in New England he led a team responsible for more than $2 billion in annual sales. From 2005 to 2010 Dewsnap was Ford's Los Angeles Regional Sales Manager. In that role he developed and implemented a strategic turnaround that significantly improved sales performance, customer loyalty, dealer satisfaction and dealer profitability. In addition, Dewsnap has served as Ford's VP/District Manager in Puerto Rico and Marketing Manager for the Middle East District for Ford's Worldwide Direct Market Operations. |

David Shea |
Mr. David J. Shea is Independent Director of LoJack Corporation. Shea, who joined Bowne in 1998, was named Chairman and CEO in January 2007. During the next four years, he led the company through a transformative process that included implementing new market strategies, streamlining operations through the divestiture of non-core assets, introducing new products, forging new joint ventures, enhancing liquidity and completing a number of strategic acquisitions. In November 2010, he oversaw the sale of Bowne to RR Donnelley, generating a 67% premium for shareholders. Shea currently serves on the board of privately held Document Technologies, Inc., a technology services company owned by the New York private equity firm Harvest Partners LP. Shea joined Bowne as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Technology, and later became Senior Vice President and CEO for Bowne Business Solutions and Bowne Enterprise Solutions.
