Wham, Alan Mr. Alan Wham was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Life Pharmacy Limited effective September 21, 2009. He is CEO of Pharmacybrands and assumes responsibilities for the new combined organisation following the merger. He has led Pharmacybrands for the last five years and has been instrumental in the success of the franchise business, the investment in Pharmacies, integrating the organisations following the merger of Unichem and Amcal, as well as rationalising the retail brands to achieve cost synergies and top line growth. Prior to joining Pharmacybrands, he has had a career in the Health Care and Pharmaceutical Industry. He has led pharmaceutical business's covering Asia Pacific and Africa, the UK and New Zealand spanning a 15 year career with 3M.
Wilson, Craig Mr. Craig Wilson is Chief Financial Officer of Life Pharmacy Limited. Mr Wilson joins Life pharmacy Limited from Pharmacybrands Limited where he has held the position of CFO since October 2005. Previously Craig has held several management positions in finance and marketing with J Sainsbury PLC over a period of ten years. Craig holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts.

Vuksich, Mark Mr. Mark Vuksich, MPS, is Non-Executive Director of Life Pharmacy Ltd., has been a registered pharmacist for 43 years and is a Shareholder and Director of the pharmacy company that operates Life Pharmacy St Lukes and Unichem St Lukes, and has a management role overseeing both pharmacies. Mr. Vuksich is the Chairman of the former LPL and was a founding member of the former LPL involved in the creation of the Life Pharmacy brand. Prior to this he was a founding member and General Manager of Unichem Chemists Limited (now renamed Pharmacybrands Limited) and Chairman of the Unichem Board for 12 years.

Bolland, John Mr. John B. Bolland is Non-Executive Director of Life Pharmacy Limited. Mr Bolland has been an alternate director for Andrew Bagnall since August 2007. John has had a career that includes 14 years at Ernst & Young including partner level responsibility in Corporate Finance and Audit & Business Advisory. Prior to that John has held a senior role for an international reinsurance broker based in London. John’s current focus is on developing emerging growth based companies. Davidson, Andrew Mr. Andrew Davidson is Independent Director of Life Pharmacy Ltd., has had more than 30 years’ experience in local and international food retailing. Mr. Davidson is currently a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Ventures Limited, a multi-faceted food marketing company operating in international markets. Prior to this current role, Mr. Davidson was Deputy Director of Westfield New Zealand where he was responsible for the management of 11 shopping centres and a commercial property portfolio which had over 1,200 retail tenants. Mr. Davidson was previously Chief Executive Officer of Woolworths New Zealand Limited from 1998 to 2002. Woolworths was New Zealand’s third largest grocery retailer with turnover of $1.5 billion and over 10,000 employees and Mr. Davidson played a key part in the $690 million sale of the Woolworths business to Foodland Australia Limited. During this time he was also a member of The Dairy Farm International operating committee, one of Asia’s largest retailers. Mr. Davidson has been on a number of industry boards and is a founding board member and trustee of The Kids Help Line Foundation.
Rushbrook, Keith Mr. Keith Rushbrook has been appointed as an Independent Director of Life Pharmacy Limited on 21 September 2009. He is currently the independent Director on the Pharmacybrands board. Keith is a retired partner of the international accounting firm KPMG, having been in public practice with that firm for 27 years. During that time he was Partner in Charge of the Audit Practice, Chairman of the Auckland Office and led the Auckland Consulting Practice prior to its sale to Bearing Point. He is a fellow Member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been among other things Chairman of its Audit Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Accounting Research and Standards Board, Chairman of the Working party that developed the Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting in NZ and is currently Chairman of Advanced Business Education Limited, a subsidiary of the Institute. He was also Manager of the Accounting Standards Review Board during the period of implementation of NZIFRS.
