Name Description

Bernhard Bruscha

Mr. Bernhard Bruscha is Independent Chairman of the Board of Lantronix, Inc., since May 14, 2012. Mr. Bruscha served as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors from June 1989 to May 2002. Mr. Bruscha is a serial entrepreneur and started his career in the 1970s, as one of three founding partners in a computer networking software company and for 20 years has founded, grown and sold or merged several technology and other companies. Since May 2002, Mr. Bruscha has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of transtec AG, a computer systems manufacturer and direct computer reseller, and he has also been an active designer of software systems. Mr. Bruscha is also Managing Director of TL Investment GmbH and Managing Director of technovest alpha GmbH located in Tübingen, Germany.

Jeffrey Benck

Mr. Jeffrey W. Benck is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Before joining the Company, Mr. Benck served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director, of Emulex Corporation, a global supplier of advanced networking, monitoring and management solutions, from July 2013 to May 2015, when Emulex was acquired by Avago Technologies. Mr. Benck joined Emulex in May 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was subsequently appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2010. Prior to joining Emulex, Mr. Benck was President and Chief Operating Officer of QLogic Corporation, a supplier of storage networking solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Benck worked for International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation, a global leader in information technology and services, for 18 years, in his last role serving as Vice President of xSeries BladeCenter and Retail Store Solutions development. Mr. Benck holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jeremy Whitaker

Mr. Jeremy R. Whitaker is Chief Financial Officer of Lantronix, Inc. Mr. Whitaker returns to the Company after serving briefly as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Mindspeed Technologies (NASDAQ:MSPD), a supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications. Prior to Mindspeed, Mr. Whitaker served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for the Company from August 2005 to January 2011, where he was responsible for managing all worldwide finance and accounting functions. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Whitaker held vice president and director level finance and accounting positions with two publicly-traded companies, as well as having served as an Audit Manager during his six years at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Whitaker earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University Fullerton and a master’s degree, also in accountancy, from University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Sanjeev Datla

Mr. Sanjeev K. Datla is Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Lantronix, Datla served as CEO and founder of Moxtreme Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based startup technology company focused on the development of a cloud-based application-defined IoT and virtualized real-time messaging platform. From August 2010 to August 2013, he served as vice president of cloud initiatives for Emulex Corporation. Earlier, he was part of the founding management team of ServerEngines, an enterprise networking company that was acquired by Emulex. Datla previously served in senior technology development roles at Broadcom Corporation, ServerWorks Corporation and NEC Electronics. He earned a Masters in Technology degree in electronics design and technology with distinction from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from Osmania University.

Michael Fink

Mr. Michael A. Fink is Vice President - Operations of LANTRONIX, INC. From April 2010 to February 2012, Mr. Fink served as Director of Operations for Networking and Communication Products for Inphi, an analog semiconductor company. From July 2008 to March 2010, Mr. Fink was Executive Director of Product and Test Engineering at Sierra Monolithics, a supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. Mr. Fink also served as Executive Director of Product and Test Engineering at Mindspeed from October 2005 to July 2008. Prior to that he held management positions at Peregrine Semiconductor and Analog Devices. Mr. Fink earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Kurt Scheuerman

Mr. Kurt E. Scheuerman is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of LANTRONIX, INC. Prior to joining Lantronix, Mr. Scheuerman served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of DDi Corp., a publicly-held printed circuit board manufacturer, from October 2005 to July 2012. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Scheuerman was an associate with the international law firm of Paul Hastings LLP, where his practice emphasized corporate finance, securities regulation and other transactional work. Prior to that, he practiced corporate and transactional law as an associate in two regional law firms and served a clerkship with the Oregon Supreme Court. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon, where he graduated Order of the Coif.

Robert Robinson

Mr. Robert O. Robinson is Vice President- Worldwide Sales of LANTRONIX, INC. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Robinson served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Marketing for GlobalTRACK, a wireless M2M provider. He was Vice President of Sales at Crossbow Technology (now a division of Moog), a supplier of low-cost smart sensor technology, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, he held various sales and general management positions with technology companies, including D-Link, Arrow Electronics and Ingram Micro. Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and management from Pepperdine University.

Kevin Yoder

Mr. Kevin Yoder is Vice President - Worldwide Sales of the company. effective March 7th 2016. He served as vice president of sales for the Americas region at Avago Technologies (now Broadcom Limited), where he was responsible for driving more than $1.3 billion in annual revenues. Prior to joining Avago, Yoder was vice president of worldwide sales for XMOS, a start-up semiconductor company. Earlier, he held sales leadership positions at Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, and CoWare. Yoder earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Notre Dame University.

Daryl Miller

Mr. Daryl R. Miller is Vice President- Engineering of LANTRONIX, INC. Mr. Miller served as our Interim Vice President of Engineering from October 2007 to March 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Miller served as Director and a Senior Director within the Engineering Department. Before joining Lantronix, Mr. Miller spent 14 years at Tektronix and held several positions within the Microprocessor Development and Computer Graphics/Networking divisions, and as Worldwide Director of Service and Support for Network Computing Devices (NCD). Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in business information systems and Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated Dean’s Scholar and Beta Gamma Sigma.

Bruce Edwards

Mr. Bruce C. Edwards has been Independent Director of Lantronix Inc. effective November 12, 2012. He currently serves as a director of Semtech Corporation, a supplier of analog and mixed signal semiconductor products and Emulex Corporation, a premier global provider of advanced storage networking infrastructure solutions. In February 1996, he joined Powerwave Technologies Inc., a designer, manufacturer and supplier of advance coverage and capacity solutions for the wireless communications industry, as CEO, president and a director. In February 2005, Edwards became executive chairman and retired from Powerwave in November 2007. During his 12 years at Powerwave, revenues grew from $36 million to $780 million. Prior to Powerwave, Edwards was executive vice president, chief financial officer and director of AST Research Inc., a personal computer company. In his new role, Edwards was elected by the board to serve as Compensation Committee chair and as a member of the board's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.

Paul Folino

Mr. Paul F. Folino is Independent Director of Lantronix, Inc., since June 7, 2012. He currently serves as a director of Emulex Corporation, a premier global provider of advanced storage networking infrastructure solutions. From September 2006 to November 2011, Mr. Folino served as Emulex Corporation’s Executive Chairman of the Board. From May 1993 to September 2006, he served as Chief Executive Officer and from 2002 to 2006, he served as Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Emulex Corporation, Mr. Folino served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas-Conrad Corporation, a manufacturer of local area networking products from 1991 to 1993. He also serves as a director of Microsemi Corporation, a Nasdaq listed designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and high reliability discrete semiconductors, and of CoreLogic, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. Mr. Folino has a B.A. degree from Central Washington State University and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.

Martin Hale

Mr. Martin M. Hale, Jr. is Independent Director of the Company. He is the founder, CEO and portfolio manager of Hale Capital Partners, a New York-based private growth equity fund. He currently serves as a director for FalconStor Software, a software-defined storage solutions provider. He has previously served as a director of several other public technology companies, including Adept Technology, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent vision-guided and autonomous robotic solutions (acquired by Omron Corporation); Telanetix, Inc., a cloud-based telecommunications service provider (acquired by Intermedia.net); and Paradigm Solutions, a cybersecurity solutions provider (acquired by CACI International, Inc.). Before founding Hale Capital Partners in 2007, he was a managing director and member of the founding team of Pequot Ventures, where he was responsible for helping to manage seven funds with approximately $2 billion in assets under management. He earned a bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Yale University.

Hoshi Printer

Mr. Hoshi Printer is an Independent Director of Lantronix, Inc., since December 15, 2010. Mr. Printer’s background includes four decades of relevant general and financial management experience, including serving as chief financial officer for several technology companies including Autobytel, an online automotive marketplace, Peerless Systems Corporation, an embedded imaging systems company, Neuron Data, developers of high-end, client-server, object- and web-oriented tools, Soane Technologies, an ophthalmic and bioscience business, and Catalytica, developers of environmental technology. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Printer was a chief financial officer consultant. His clients included Private Access, Inc., a technology company; Avamar Technologies, Inc., a provider of enterprise data storage software; and Path 1 Network Technologies, a provider of television over IP technology to broadcasters. Mr. Printer also served as the divisional Vice President of Finance for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Printer serves on the board of the Forum for Corporate Directors, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing boardroom performance, and on the board of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”). Mr. Printer served as the President of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Chapter of the NACD, as President of the Software Council of Southern California, and on the board of the business college of California State University, Fullerton. Mr. Printer also serves on the Board of Advisors at Information Management Resources, Inc. (IMRI), headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, a company that provides technology, cyber security, and engineering services to federal government agencies and commercial clients. Mr. Printer holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
