Bernhard Bruscha |
Mr. Bernhard Bruscha is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Lantronix, Inc., since May 14, 2012. Mr. Bruscha served as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors from June 1989 to May 2002. Mr. Bruscha is a serial entrepreneur and started his career in the 1970s, as one of three founding partners in a computer networking software company and for 20 years has founded, grown and sold or merged several technology and other companies. Since May 2002, Mr. Bruscha has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of transtec AG, a computer systems manufacturer and direct computer reseller, and he has also been an active designer of software systems. Mr. Bruscha is also Managing Director of TL Investment GmbH and Managing Director of technovest alpha GmbH located in Tübingen, Germany. |

Mr. Kurt F. Busch is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Lantronix, Inc. He has been appointed as Director of the company, effective November 12, 2012. Prior to joining Lantronix, he served in senior leadership positions at Mindspeed Technologies, a supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and general manager for the company’s high performance analog division. Since 1990, Busch has worked in the networking communications industry. His experience includes business development roles at Analog Devices as well as roles in engineering, sales, marketing and general management at Digital Equipment Corporation, Intel, and two start-ups. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering and a bachelor’s degree in biological science from the University of California at Irvine. In 1998, Busch completed an MBA from Santa Clara University. |
Jeremy Whitaker |
Mr. Jeremy Whitaker is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of Lantronix, Inc., since September 26, 2011. Mr. Whitaker returns to the Company after serving briefly as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Mindspeed Technologies (NASDAQ:MSPD), a supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications. Prior to Mindspeed, Mr. Whitaker served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for the Company from August 2005 to January 2011, where he was responsible for managing all worldwide finance and accounting functions. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Whitaker held vice president and director level finance and accounting positions with two publicly-traded companies, as well as having served as an Audit Manager during his six years at Ernst & Young LLP. Bruce Edwards |
Mr. Bruce C. Edwards has been Director of Lantronix Inc. effective November 12, 2012. He currently serves as a director of Semtech Corporation, a supplier of analog and mixed signal semiconductor products and Emulex Corporation, a premier global provider of advanced storage networking infrastructure solutions. In February 1996, he joined Powerwave Technologies Inc., a designer, manufacturer and supplier of advance coverage and capacity solutions for the wireless communications industry, as CEO, president and a director. In February 2005, Edwards became executive chairman and retired from Powerwave in November 2007. During his 12 years at Powerwave, revenues grew from $36 million to $780 million. Prior to Powerwave, Edwards was executive vice president, chief financial officer and director of AST Research Inc., a personal computer company. In his new role, Edwards was elected by the board to serve as Compensation Committee chair and as a member of the board's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. |
Paul Folino |
Mr. Paul F. Folino is Independent Director of Lantronix, Inc., since June 7, 2012. He currently serves as a director of Emulex Corporation, a premier global provider of advanced storage networking infrastructure solutions. From September 2006 to November 2011, Mr. Folino served as Emulex Corporation’s Executive Chairman of the Board. From May 1993 to September 2006, he served as Chief Executive Officer and from 2002 to 2006, he served as Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Emulex Corporation, Mr. Folino served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas-Conrad Corporation, a manufacturer of local area networking products from 1991 to 1993. He also serves as a director of Microsemi Corporation, a Nasdaq listed designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and high reliability discrete semiconductors, and of CoreLogic, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. Mr. Folino has a B.A. degree from Central Washington State University and an M.B.A. from Seattle University. |

Mr. Hoshi Printer is an Independent Director of Lantronix, Inc., since December 15, 2010. Mr. Printer’s background includes four decades of relevant general and financial management experience, including serving as chief financial officer for several technology companies including Autobytel, an online automotive marketplace, Peerless Systems Corporation, an embedded imaging systems company, Neuron Data, developers of high-end, client-server, object- and web-oriented tools, Soane Technologies, an ophthalmic and bioscience business, and Catalytica, developers of environmental technology. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Printer has been a Chief Financial Officer consultant, including with Private Access, Inc., a technology company, from January 2010 to December 2010, with Trustin Technology LLC, a supply chain management solution provider, from April 2007 through February 2008, with Avamar Technologies, Inc., a provider of enterprise data protection software, from January 2006 through January 2007, and with Path 1 Network Technologies, a broadcaster of television over IP (and now a division of IP Video Networks, Inc.), from May 2005 through October 2005. Mr. Printer has also served as the divisional Vice President of Finance for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Printer serves on the board of Forum for Corporate Directors (FCD) (2007 to present), a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing boardroom performance, was the President of Software Council of Southern California in 2004, and on the Board of business college of California State University, Fullerton, from 2002 to 2004. He has not been on the board of any other public company or any company registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the past five years. |
