He joined the Company early in 2006 when the Company acquired Openera Technologies, an IMS handset applications provider, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to2006. Prior to Openera from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Hughes was President and Chief Executive Officer of SnowShore Networks, an IP media server company acquired by Brooktrout in 2004. |
