Name Description

Andrew Maloney

 Mr. Andrew W. Maloney has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of Themac Resources Group Ltd., effective February 15, 2013. He is Managing Director of Tulla Group, the family investment office of the Maloney's. Tulla Group is the shareholder in THEMAC with its investment focus on the resources sector. Prior to his Managing Director role at Tulla Group, Andrew Maloney was an Executive at The MAC Services Group, Australia's integrated mining accommodation provider. During his 10 years at The MAC Services Group, he was instrumental in that company's growth, its public listing on the ASX in 2007 and then the ultimate sale of the company in 2010 for $651m to the NYSE listed Oil States International Inc. While at The MAC Services Group, Andrew Maloney also served as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He has held numerous roles in the development and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from the University of Technology in Sydney and has also completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration at IE in Madrid, which is currently ranked as Europe's top business school.

Stuart Crawford

 Mr. Stuart Crawford has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of THEMAC Resources Group Ltd with from July 23, 2012. Mr. Crawford brings over 18 years of investment banking and accounting experience with a range of global investment banks, underpinned by the discipline of chartered accounting and legal qualifications, to Themac. He is presently the financial controller of the Tulla Group, a group associated with the company's majority shareholder, and in the past he held several senior positions with investment banking institutions. Mr. Crawford holds graduate degrees in commerce and law from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a master of business administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of New South Wales).

Kevin Maloney

 Mr. Kevin William Maloney is Director of Themac Resources Group Ltd., since September 1, 2005. Mr. Kevin William Maloney has been the Chairman of the Company since 2005 and was formerly the Executive Chairman and Managing Director of The MAC Services Group Limited (“The MAC”) from 1988 until its sale to Oil States International in 2011. Mr. Maloney serves as an Executive Chairman at Norseman Gold Plc. He was the Founder and Executive Chairman of The MAC. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tulla Group Pty Ltd. He has had an career in retail banking, finance and resources. Mr. Maloney joined Elders Resources in 1981, after spending 20 years with the ANZ Bank. During his time at Elders Resources he held numerous positions including as Chief Executive Officer of Elders Resources Finance Ltd. Mr. Maloney has experience in the resources and finance industries and was heavily involved in all stages of The MAC’s growth, including its move into mining services accommodation in 1996. He has considerable experience in debt and equity raisings for both listed and unlisted companies including many resource companies.

Barrett Sleeman

 Mr. Barrett E.G. Sleeman is Director of THEMAC Resources Group Ltd. Mr. Barrett Sleeman, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Themac Resources Group Ltd. from October 2001 to August 2011, and also served as its President until August 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Themac Resources Group Ltd. until March 1, 2011. He served as a Director of SinoCoking and Coke Chemical Industries Inc. from August 24, 1999 to February 15, 2010. Mr. Sleeman is president of Ernest Resources Limited, a private corporation he controls.

John Cook

 Mr. John Anthony Cook is Independent Director of Themac Resources Group Ltd. John Cook is the current Compensation Committee Chair. Mr. Cook based in Sydney, Australia as an equity consultant with over 40 years of experience as an institutional and high net worth adviser, specializing in raising capital for mining companies. Since 1989, Mr. Cook has been a consultant with Reynolds Stockbroking in Sydney, which later merged with RBS Morgans Limited. Mr. Cook has held director and officer positions with TSX-listed companies such as Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd.

Kenneth Pickering

 Mr. Kenneth Pickering is Independent Director of Themac Resources Group Ltd. Kenneth Pickering is the current Chair of Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Pickering has had a professional career that spans over 35 years with BHPBilliton through to 2010 in various executive and senior management international positions. These roles involved directing natural resources complexes in Chile, Peru, Australia and the U.S. including country responsibilities and world-class project developments.

Joel Schneyer

 Mr. Joel D. Schneyer is Independent Director of Themac Resources Group Ltd. Joel Schneyer is the current Audit Committee Chair, and is a Managing Director in the Minerals, Capital & Advisory Practice at Headwaters Merchant Bank. Mr. Schneyer joined Headwaters from Mercantile Resource Finance, an advisory firm to the natural resource sector that he founded in 1996. Prior to that, he was Manager of Derivative Finance in the metals group of Barclays Bank, and a Senior Analyst in the New Business and Strategic Planning Group, at Billiton Royal Dutch Shell. Before commencing on his banking career, Mr. Schneyer worked as an oil and gas exploration geologist with Celeron Oil & Gas (Goodyear) and IP Petroleum (International Paper), and as a field geologist for the U.S. Geological Survey. He holds a B.A. with High Honours (Geology) from Colgate University, an M.A. (Geology) from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.S. (Mineral Economics) from the Colorado School of Mines. He holds the ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the FINRA Series 79 investment banking license.
