Name Description

Bong Wong Lau

Dato' Lau Bong Wong is the President Commissioner of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Ernivest Berhad and responsible for the operations of Gymtech group companies. He is the Chairman of Leong Hup Holdings Berhad and President Commissioner of PT Malindo Food Delight.

Chia Nguang Lau

Mr. Lau Chia Nguang is President Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He was Marketing and Operating Director of Ayam A1 Food Corporation (1986- 2002), Ayam A1 Chicken Sdn Bhd (1996-2002) and Leong Hup Contract Farming Sdn Bhd (1993 - 2002). In addition, he also served as a Director in a number of companies, namely Aispuri Sdn Bhd (1997-2002), Ayam A1 Chicken Shop Sdn Bhd (1996-2002), Ayam A1 Food Corporation Sdn Bhd (1986- 2002), Ayam A1 Food Processing Sdn Bhd (1996-2002) and BC Confectionary Sdn Bhd (2001-2002). He serves as a Director of CN Lau & Sons Sdn Bhd (2002 - present), Emerging Success Pte. Ltd (2004- present), Emivest Bhd (2001-2002), F.E Venture Sdn Bhd (1994-2002), Kylen Enterprise Sdn Bhd (1999-2002), Lee Say Sugar Factory (Pte) Ltd (1995 - present), PT Quality Indonesia (2006 - present), Raffles Star Pte Ltd (2000 - present) and also as President Director of PT Malindo Food Delight (2010 - present). Mr. Mazlan bin A. Talib serves as Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk since June 14, 2012. He graduated from Universiti Malaya and obtained Master in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has over 28 years of experience in the field of agriculture.

Abdul Azim bin Mohamad Zabidi

Dato' Seri Abdul Azim bin Mohamad Zabidi is Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. His previous employers include Commerce Property Trust Managers Berhad/ Commerce Asset Fund Managers Sdn Bhd and Amanah Property Trust Managers Berhad. In 1982, he studied at Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, England. He holds Master of Arts in Business Law from London Metropolitan University (formerly London Guildhall University), the United Kingdom. He was the Chairman of Bank Simpanan Nasional, Malaysia (1999-2009).

Rewin Hanrahan

Mr. Rewin Hanrahan serves as Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He was appointed on June 17, 2014. He holds a degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from Bogor Agricultural University in 1989. He has 17 years experience in the poultry industry. He began his career with PT Biotek Indonesia (Biotechnology - agribusiness industry) as Division Manager. He later worked with PT. Tigaraksa Satria / Mensa Prima, which is engaged in the distribution of toiletries and baby equipment under the CHICCO brand (1992-1994) before joining PT. Wicaksana Overseas International / PT Jakarana Tama, a company involved in the noodles industry, as Group Product and Advertising Promotion Manager. Mr. Rewin Hanrahan then started in the feed industry with PT Gold Coin Indonesia (Zuellig Group - Switzerland) from 1997- 2008. He served as General Manager and his last position was as Coordinator General Manager. In 2008, he joined PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk with the position of General Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing Feed and DOC in 2012.

Rudy Hartono Husin

Mr. Rudy Hartono Husin serves as a Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk since June 11, 2015. He served as Secretary from July 14, 2009 until March 16, 2016. He holds Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Atmadjaya. He was with Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2004. After that, he joined the Company as Head of Accounting and Finance Department.

Joo Hwa Lau

Mr. Lau Joo Hwa serves as a Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk since June 11, 2015. He holds degrees in Business Administration, and Marketing and International Trade from Victoria University. Mr. Lau Joo Keat serves as a Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk since June 11, 2015. He holds a degree in Marketing from University of Kentucky in 2002. He joined the Company as Production Manager for breeding, hatchery and commercial farm of Malindo Group in Subang, Purwakarta and Medan.

Tuang Nguang Lau

Tan Sri Lau (Francis) Tuang Nguang is Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He has served as a Director in Leong Hup Holdings Berhad and sits on the Board of Directors of Leong Hup and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. He has more than 28 years of experience in poultry breeding. He constantly upgrades his capacity by attending executive breeder management trainings in various countries, such as Arbor Acres USA, to learn about the latest applied technology in the poultry industry.

Mr. Tan Lai Kai serves as a Commissioner of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant in England. He joined Leong Hup business group in 1990 as an internal auditor. He was involved in the incorporation of PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona.

Yongkie Handaya

Mr. Yongkie Handaya serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk since June 24, 2005. He also serves as President Director of PT Buda Mitra in Denpasar since 1995, President Director of PT Dwiniaga Pratama Sarana since 1993, President Director of PT Bali since 2002 and Director of PT Es Hupindo since 2006.

Bock Swi Koh

Mr. Koh (Raymond) Bock Swi serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He was appointed on June 17, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Singapore in 1973. He began his career as a Consumer Lending Officer at OCBC Finance (1975 -1976) and then to a more advanced career in banking. Among others in the Bank of Montreal (1985-1986) as a Credit Manager and Deputy of the Asia Pacific Regional Credit Office, Bank of America (1985 -1986) as Assistant Vice President for loan workouts and debt restructuring of Singapore clients, Rabobank Nederland (1986 -1995) as Assistant General Manager & Head of Corporate Banking and Arab Bank plc (1999-2008) with his last position as Vice Chairman of the Credit Committee. He also has experience as an Independent Director for TT International Ltd and Chairman of Audit Committee and Director of EBSB Sdn Berhad (in 2012). In addition to the more advanced roles in his career, he also has attended several courses such as The Senior Executive Management Course with Kelloggs School of Business in Chicago (1996), and participated in several investment banking courses in Hong Kong and Paris (1998), as well as credit courses in Canada and the Korea Development Bank Guest Observer course in Seoul.

Brian O'Connor

Mr. Brian M. O'Connor serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He was appointed on June 17, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Economics from University of California, Berkeley. He is a senior leading investment professional with over 24 years of experience in the Asian region. He is a Founding Partner of Falcon House Partners, a private equity firm focused on Southeast Asia and has its headquarters in Singapore. Previously, Brian worked at Lehman Brothers for 18 years, where he was involved in more than 200 transactions. In 1995, Brian was assigned to Indonesia and became the first chief representative of Lehman Brothers. Under his leadership, Lehman Brothers Indonesia was one of the most profitable branches from 1998 until 2000. During his tenure as chief representative of Indonesia, Brian was also appointed as group head of telecommunications and media for Asia and was based in Hong Kong. In 2002, Brian was appointed head of Corporate Finance and M & A group at Lehman Brothers Asia.
