Douglas Davis

 Mr. Douglas A.C. Davis is Independent Chairman of the Board of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Board of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. and sits on its audit and compensation committees. He is Vice Chairman of Davis-Rea Ltd, a portfolio management company, and serves on its board. He has been associated with Davis-Rea Ltd. since 1979 and until 2010 was its CEO. Previously he was involved in investment and commercial banking. He holds degrees in Economics and Business.

W. Brian Carter

 Mr. W. Brian Carter is Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. He is a Vice-President, Private Wealth, for Fiera Capital Corporation with over 40 years of experience in the investment industry, specializing in the resource sector. Mr. Carter is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Erik Martin

 Mr. Erik H. Martin is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. Mr. Martin, a certified management accountant (CMA), has 14 years of management experience with a focus on publicly listed resource companies. He has held financial management and/or consulting roles with companies such as Northwestern Mineral Ventures, Olympus Pacific Minerals, Southern Cross Resources Inc. (now SXR Uranium One Inc.), Tiomin Resources Inc. and Pangea Goldfields Inc. (which was acquired by Barrick Gold in 2000). Mr. Martin's key areas of include regulatory and financial reporting, administrative and budgetary management, and accounting process design. He graduated from the University of Quebec at Rimouski with a bachelor of commerce in accounting and received his CMA accreditation in 1996.
