Mr. J. W. Marriott, Jr., is Executive Chairman of the Board of Marriott International Inc., since March 31, 2012. Prior to that he was Company's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and its predecessors since 1972. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 1985. He joined Marriott Corporation (now known as Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc.) in 1956, became President and a Director in 1964. Mr. Marriott serves on the Board of The J. Willard & Alice S. Marriott Foundation. He is a member of the National Business Council and the Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council. Mr. Marriott has served as a Director of the Company and its predecessors since 1964. |

Mr. John W. Marriott, III is Vice Chairman of the Board of Marriot International, Inc. Mr. Marriott is Chief Executive Officer of JWM Family Enterprises, L.P., a private partnership which develops and owns hotels. He was appointed Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors in October 2005. Until December 30, 2005, Mr. Marriott was the Company’s Executive Vice President-Lodging and President of North American Lodging. Mr. Carl T. Berquist is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Berquist has responsibility for global finance, including financial reporting, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, global treasury, corporate tax, internal audit, and investor relations. From December 2002 until he began serving in his current position in April 2009, he was Executive Vice President of Financial Information and Enterprise Risk Management. Mr. Simon F. Cooper is President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Marriott International Inc. He oversees the operation, development and strategic positioning of the brands and luxury groups in Asia Pacific. Mr. Cooper served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ritz-Carlton from February 2001 until he began serving in his current position in September 2010, after a distinguished career with Marriott Lodging, including serving three years as President of Marriott Lodging Canada. His first hospitality job was with Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts. Among his many professional honors, Mr. Cooper has served on the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars, Canada Institute Advisory Board and as Chairman of the Board of Governors for Canada's University of Guelph. Mr. Alex Kyriakidis is President and Managing Director, Middle East and Africa of Marriott International Inc., since January 2012. He has responsibility for all business activities for the Middle East and Africa Region (MEA), including operations, sales and marketing, finance and hotel development. Prior to joining Marriott in January 2012, Mr. Kyriakidis served for ten years as Global Managing Director - Travel, Hospitality and Leisure for Deloitte LLP. In this role, Mr. Kyriakidis led the Global Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Industry team, where he was responsible for a team of 4,500 professionals that generated $700 million in revenues. Mr. Kyriakidis has 38 years of experience providing strategic, financial, M&A, operational, asset management and integration services to the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors. He has served clients in 25 countries, predominantly in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He is a fellow of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants, the British Association of Hotel Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Kyriakidis holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics from Leeds University in the United Kingdom. |

The Honourable Mary K. Bush is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since May 2008. Ms. Bush has served as President of Bush International, LLC, an advisor to U.S. corporations and foreign governments on international capital markets, strategic business and economic matters, since 1991. She has held several Presidential appointments including the U.S. Government’s representative on the IMF Board and Director of Sallie Mae. She also was head of the Federal Home Loan Bank System during the aftermath of the Savings and Loan crisis and was advisor to the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department. Mr. Frederick A. Henderson has been appointed as Independent Director of Marriott International, Inc., effective May 10, 2013. He has been Chairman and CEO of SunCoke Energy, Inc., since December 2010. Since July 2012, he also has been Chairman and CEO of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership, that manufactures metallurgical coke for the steel industry. He also served as a Senior Vice President of Sunoco, Inc., a petroleum refiner and chemicals manufacturer with interests in logistics, from September 2010 until the completion of SunCoke Energy, Inc’s initial public offering and separation from Sunoco in July 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson served as President and CEO of General Motors Corporation (“GM”) from March 2009 until December 2009. He held a number of other senior management positions during his more than 25 years with GM, including President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2008 until March 2009, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of GM Europe, President of GM Asia Pacific and President of GM Latin America, Africa and Middle East, and served as a consultant for GM from February 2010 to until September 2010 before joining Sunoco.
