Name Description

J. Marriott

Mr. J. W. Marriott, Jr., is Executive Chairman of the Board of Marriott International Inc., since March 31, 2012. Prior to that he was Company's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and its predecessors since 1972. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 1985. He joined Marriott Corporation (now known as Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc.) in 1956, became President and a Director in 1964. Mr. Marriott serves on the Board of The J. Willard & Alice S. Marriott Foundation. He is a member of the National Business Council and the Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council. Mr. Marriott has served as a Director of the Company and its predecessors since 1964.

Arne Sorenson

Mr. Arne M. Sorenson is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Sorenson became President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on March 31, 2012 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2011. Mr. Sorenson joined Marriott in 1996 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998, assumed the additional title of President, Continental European Lodging, in 2003 and was appointed Marriott's President and Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Before joining Marriott, he was a Partner in the law firm of Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C. Mr. Sorenson serves on the Board of Directors of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Carl Berquist

Mr. Carl T. Berquist is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Berquist has responsibility for global finance, including financial reporting, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, global treasury, corporate tax, internal audit, and investor relations. From December 2002 until he began serving in his current position in April 2009, he was Executive Vice President of Financial Information and Enterprise Risk Management. Before joining Marriott in December 2002, Mr. Berquist was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. During his 28-year career with Arthur Andersen, Mr. Berquist held numerous leadership positions covering the management of the business as well as market facing operational roles, including managing partner of the worldwide real estate and hospitality practice. Mr. Berquist holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Penn State University and is a member of Penn State’s Smeal Business School’s Board of Visitors. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.

Simon Cooper

Mr. Simon F. Cooper is President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Marriott International Inc. He oversees the operation, development and strategic positioning of the brands and luxury groups in Asia Pacific. Mr. Cooper served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ritz-Carlton from February 2001 until he began serving in his current position in September 2010, after a distinguished career with Marriott Lodging, including serving three years as President of Marriott Lodging Canada. His first hospitality job was with Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts. Among his many professional honors, Mr. Cooper has served on the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars, Canada Institute Advisory Board and as Chairman of the Board of Governors for Canada's University of Guelph. While he was President and COO of Ritz-Carlton, Mr. Cooper presided over a major expansion of the brand. In 2008 Mr. Cooper was named “Corporate Hotelier of the World” by HOTELS Magazine. In June of 2010, he received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws from the University of Guelph. Born and educated in England, he earned an MBA from the University of Toronto.

David Grissen

Mr. David J. Grissen serves as Group President of Marriott International Inc., since February 2014. He has responsibility for The Ritz-Carlton and Global Operations Services. He became the Group President for The Americas in November 2012, with responsibility for all business activities including operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, human resources, engineering, rooms operations, food and beverage, retail, spa, information resources and development. Prior to this, he served as President, Americas from January 2010; Executive Vice President of the Eastern Region from April 2005; Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region and Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development from April 2000. Mr. Grissen is chair of the Americas’ Hotel Development Committee and a member of the Lodging Strategy Group and Corporate Growth Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Regis Corporation and also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Back on My Feet, an organization that helps individuals experiencing homelessness. Mr. Grissen holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Loyola University in Chicago.

Alex Kyriakidis

Mr. Alex Kyriakidis is President and Managing Director, Middle East and Africa of Marriott International Inc., since January 2012. He has responsibility for all business activities for the Middle East and Africa Region (MEA), including operations, sales and marketing, finance and hotel development. Prior to joining Marriott in January 2012, Mr. Kyriakidis served for ten years as Global Managing Director - Travel, Hospitality and Leisure for Deloitte LLP. In this role, Mr. Kyriakidis led the Global Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Industry team, where he was responsible for a team of 4,500 professionals that generated $700 million in revenues. Mr. Kyriakidis has 38 years of experience providing strategic, financial, M&A, operational, asset management and integration services to the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors. He has served clients in 25 countries, predominantly in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He is a fellow of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants, the British Association of Hotel Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Kyriakidis holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics from Leeds University in the United Kingdom.

Amy McPherson

Ms. Amy C. McPherson is President and Managing Director, Europe of Marriott International Inc. Ms. McPherson joined Marriott in 1986 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing responsible for the Company’s global and field sales, marketing, Marriott Rewards program, revenue management and eCommerce from January 2005 until she was named to her current position. Other key positions held by Ms. McPherson include Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Integration, and Vice President of Finance and Business Development. Before joining Marriott, she worked for Air Products & Chemicals in Allentown, PA.

David Rodriguez

Mr. David A. Rodriguez is Chief Human Resource Officer, Executive Vice President of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Rodriguez joined Marriott as Senior Vice President-Staffing & Development in 1998 and was appointed Executive Vice President-Human Resources for Marriott Lodging in 2003. Before joining Marriott, he held several senior roles in human resources at Citicorp (now Citigroup) from 1989-1998.

Stephanie Linnartz

Ms. Stephanie C. Linnartz serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Chief Compliance Officer of Marriott International Inc., March 30, 2013. She was named an executive officer on February 14, 2014. She has responsibility for the Company's brand management, marketing, eCommerce, sales, reservations, revenue management, and consumer insight functions and information technology functions. Prior to assuming her current position, Stephanie served as Global Officer, Sales and Revenue Management from July 2009 to February 2013; Senior Vice President, Global Sales from August 2008 to July 2009; and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Planning and Support from December 2005 to August 2008. Ms. Linnartz holds a master of business administration from the College of William and Mary.

Edward Ryan

Mr. Edward A. Ryan is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Marriott International Inc., since November 2006. He joined Marriott in 1996 as Assistant General Counsel, was promoted to Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel in 1999, when he had responsibility for all new management agreements and real estate development worldwide for full-service and limited-service hotels; in 2005 he also assumed responsibility for all corporate transactions and corporate governance. Before joining Marriott, Mr. Ryan was a Partner at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson in Washington, D.C.

Anthony Capuano

Mr. Anthony G. Capuano is Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Capuano assumed responsibility for Global Development in early 2009. He began his Marriott career in 1995 as a part of the Market Planning and Feasibility team. Between 1997 and 2005, he led Marriott’s Full-Service Development efforts in the Western U.S. and Canada. In 2005, he assumed responsibility for Full-Service Development in North America. In 2008, his responsibilities expanded to include the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Capuano began his professional career in Laventhol and Horwath’s Leisure Time Advisory Group. He then joined Kenneth Leventhal and Company’s hospitality consulting group in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Capuano is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Industry Real Estate Financial Advisory Council, the Hotel Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and the Dean's Advisory Council at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Val Bauduin

Mr. Val Bauduin is Chief Accounting Officer, Controller of Marriott International Inc. Mr. Bauduin is currently a Partner and U.S. Hospitality leader of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he has served as a Travel, Hospitality & Leisure industry expert for Deloitte teams globally. He has a strong international background, and has built and led cross-functional (tax, valuation and IT) international professional service teams engaged at diverse client organizations, including several large and well known public hospitality clients. He has supported complex capital market transactions (including initial public offerings, debt issuances, repurchases, debt-for-equity swaps and related derivative instruments), spinoffs and real estate development projects related to gaming and hospitality. Mr. Bauduin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Deborah Harrison

Ms. Deborah Marriott Harrison is serves as Director of Marriott International Inc., effective June 17, 2014. Ms. Harrison has held a number of positions with the Company, including positions in accounting and operations, and more recently as head of Marriott’s government affairs group from 2006 to 2013 and, since 2013, her current position as Global Officer, Marriott Culture and Business Councils. In her current position, Ms. Harrison oversees strategy for the Company’s 76 worldwide business councils and works with the Company’s associates, owners and franchisees to promote and protect Marriott’s culture and legacy, one of its key competitive advantages. She also serves on the boards of the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities, the J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation, and the DC College Access Program. From 2011 to 2013, she served as a director of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading vacation ownership resorts company, which was spun off from the Company in November 2011. Ms. Harrison is a Phi Kappa Phi graduate of Brigham Young University.

W. Mitt Romney

Governor W. Mitt Romney is Director of Marriott International, Inc. Governor Romney most recently was the Republican candidate for the office of President of the United States. He also was a candidate for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination. Before that, he served as the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2003 through 2007. Prior to his time as Governor, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Gov. Romney started his career in business in 1978 as a Vice President of Bain & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1984, he left Bain & Company, Inc. to co-found a spin-off private equity investment company, Bain Capital, where he worked until 1998. Gov. Romney served as a director of the Company or its predecessors from 1993 through 2002 and again from January 2009 through January 2011. He rejoined the Board in December 2012.

Mary Bush

The Honourable Mary K. Bush is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since May 2008. Ms. Bush has served as President of Bush International, LLC, an advisor to U.S. corporations and foreign governments on international capital markets, strategic business and economic matters, since 1991. She has held several Presidential appointments including the U.S. Government’s representative on the IMF Board and Director of Sallie Mae. She also was head of the Federal Home Loan Bank System during the aftermath of the Savings and Loan crisis and was advisor to the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department. Earlier in her career, she managed global banking and corporate finance relationships at New York money center banks including Citibank, Banker’s Trust, and Chase. In 2006, President Bush appointed her Chairman of the Congressionally chartered HELP Commission on reforming foreign aid. In 2007, she was appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury to the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. She is a member of the board of directors of Discover Financial Services, ManTech International Corporation, and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Ms. Bush also was a director of Briggs & Stratton, Inc. from 2004 to April 2009, of United Airlines from 2006 to 2010 and of the Pioneer Family of Mutual Funds from 1997 to 2012. She serves on the Kennedy Center’s Community Advisory Board and on the U.S. Advisory Board of the Global Leadership Foundation. Ms. Bush has been a director of the Company since May 2008.

Frederick Henderson

Mr. Frederick A. Henderson serves as Independent Director of Marriott International, Inc., effective May 10, 2013. He has been Chairman and CEO of SunCoke Energy, Inc., since December 2010. Since July 2012, he also has been Chairman and CEO of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership, that manufactures metallurgical coke for the steel industry. He also served as a Senior Vice President of Sunoco, Inc., a petroleum refiner and chemicals manufacturer with interests in logistics, from September 2010 until the completion of SunCoke Energy, Inc’s initial public offering and separation from Sunoco in July 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson served as President and CEO of General Motors Corporation (“GM”) from March 2009 until December 2009. He held a number of other senior management positions during his more than 25 years with GM, including President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2008 until March 2009, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of GM Europe, President of GM Asia Pacific and President of GM Latin America, Africa and Middle East, and served as a consultant for GM from February 2010 to until September 2010 before joining Sunoco. Mr. Henderson also served as a consultant for AlixPartners LLC, a business consulting firm, from March 2010 until August 2010. Mr. Henderson serves on the board of directors of Compuware Corporation and is a Trustee of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Mr. Henderson is a certified public accountant.

Lawrence Kellner

Mr. Lawrence W. Kellner is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since July 1, 2002. Mr. Kellner is President of Emerald Creek Group LLC, a private equity firm. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc., an international airline company, from December 2004 through December 2009. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Continental Airlines from March 2003 to December 2004, as President from May 2001 to March 2003 and was a member of Continental Airlines’ board of directors from May 2001 to December 2009. Mr. Kellner serves on the board of directors for The Boeing Company and The Chubb Corporation. He is active in numerous community and civic organizations and currently serves on a number of boards including the Greater Houston Partnership, the Rice University Board of Trustees, the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America and the board of directors for The Methodist Hospital.

Debra Lee

Ms. Debra L. Lee is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since June 14, 2004. Ms. Lee is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BET Networks, a media and entertainment subsidiary of Viacom, Inc. that owns and operates BET Networks and several other ventures. She joined BET in 1986 and served in a number of executive posts before ascending to her present position in January 2006, including President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2005, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to May 2005, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining BET, Ms. Lee was an attorney with Washington, D.C.-based law firm Steptoe & Johnson. She serves on the boards of directors of WGL Holdings, Inc., and Revlon, Inc. She also was a director of Eastman Kodak Company from 1999 to May 2011. She also serves on the board of a number of professional and civic organizations including The Grammy Foundation Board, Vice-Chair of the Advisory Council and a trustee of the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater. She also is a Trustee Emeritus at Brown University.

George Munoz

Mr. George Munoz, CPA, is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since August 1 2002. Mr. Muñoz has been a principal in the Washington, D.C.-based investment banking firm Muñoz Investment Banking Group, LLC since 2001. He has also been a partner in the Chicago-based law firm Tobin, Petkus & Muñoz LLC (now Tobin & Muñoz) since 2002. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 1997 to January 2001. Mr. Muñoz was Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department from 1993 until 1997. Mr. Muñoz is a certified public accountant and an attorney. Harry Pearce

Mr. Harry Jonathan Pearce is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since 1995. Mr. Pearce has been Chairman of MDU Resources, Inc., a diversified natural resources company, since 2006. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hughes Electronics Corporation, a subsidiary of General Motors Corporation, from May 2001 until the sale by General Motors of its interest in Hughes in December 2003. Mr. Pearce had served on the Hughes Board since November 1992. He served as Vice Chairman and a director of the General Motors Corporation Board of Directors from 1996 until his retirement from General Motors in May 2001. Steven Reinemund

Mr. Steven S. Reinemund is Independent Director of Marriott International Inc., since April 2007. Mr. Reinemund has served as the Dean of Business and Professor of Leadership Strategy at Wake Forest University since July 2008. In 2007, Mr. Reinemund retired from PepsiCo, Inc. a multinational food and beverage company, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 until 2006 and Chairman until May 2007.
