| Zinn, Raymond | Mr. Raymond D. Zinn is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Micrel, Incorporated. He is a co-founder of Micrel Incorporated and has been its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors since the Company’s inception in 1978. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Zinn held various management and manufacturing executive positions in the semiconductor industry at Electromask TRE, Electronic Arrays, Inc., Teledyne, Inc., Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation and Nortek, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. |
| Wallin, Clyde | Clyde Raymond Wallin is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Micrel, Incorporated., since January 2009. Ray Wallin has more than 25 years of experience in the high technology industry. Mr. Wallin most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Neterion, from 2008 to 2009 and Tallwood Venture Capital from 2007 to 2008. He was then promoted to position of Director of Micrel's Western Sales Territory including Global Account responsibility for Cisco. Prior to the acquisition, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Kendin from 1996 to 2001. | Schie, David | Mr. David C. Schie is Vice President - Analog Business Unit of Micrel, Incorporated., since April 14, 2009. Mr. Schie has served as Vice President of Analog Engineering and R&D since May 2007. Mr. Heneghan has more than 25 years of experience in financial and executive positions in the semiconductor and high tech industries. He recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation from its inception in August 1999 until he retired in June 2005. From 1996 to August 1999, Mr. Heneghan was Vice President and Controller of the Semiconductor Business at Harris Corporation (“Harris”).
