Name Description

Francisco Ivens de Sa Dias Branco

Mr. Francisco Ivens de Sa Dias Branco has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 11, 2011 until his resignation from the post of Chief Executive Officer, effective as of May 9, 2014. He has been Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of the Company since May 4, 2009. He began his business career in 1953, when he became Partner in M Dias Branco & Cia Ltda. In 1961, he started its business, and has been, since then, its Chief Executive Officer. During his professional career, he received several awards and commendations, such as the Edson Queiroz Medal awarded by the House of Representatives of the State of Ceara, the Industrial Merit Medal awarded by the Federation of Industries of the State of Ceara (Federacao das Industrias do Estado do Ceara), and the Military Merit Medal awarded by the Brazilian Army.

Francisco Ivens de Sa Dias Branco

Mr. Francisco Ivens de Sa Dias Branco Jr. has served as Industrial Vice President for Crackers, Cookies, Pasta and Margarine and a Member of the Management Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 6, 2006. On May 9, 2014 he will be appointed Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of the Company. Prior to this, he also acted as Industrial Officer and Superintendent Officer of the Company. He began his career at the Company in 1976 working on several of its divisions. In 1981, for his performance in the Company’s industrial area, he was appointed Industrial Officer of the Company, and became Shareholder. In 2002, he contributed to the implementation of the GME Division in the State of Ceara, one of the Company’s plants that manufacture margarine and vegetable shortening. In 2003, he became the Company’s Superintendent Officer, a position that he held until being appointed to his current position. Throughout his career, he received several awards and titles, such as the Edson Queiroz Medal, awarded in 2005 by the House of Representatives of the State of Ceara.

Mark Luyt

Mr. Mark Stanley Luyt has served as Mill Division Technical Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since 2003. He began his professional career as Miller in Zambia. He deepened his technical knowledge in a second apprenticeship program of the company SASKO Flour Mills in South Africa between 1984 and 1986, jointly with the Technical Institution South African Grain Milling Federation School. At this company, he was promoted to Chief Miller (Milling Supervisor), position he held until 1987. Afterwards, he accepted a work contract in Botswana at Sefalana Mills for the position as Technical Manager, mainly focused on the supervision and conduction of the mill and technical development and training of local millers. In 1989, he started working at the Swiss Milling School in St. Gallen, Switzerland, where he graduated as Milling Technician from Universitaet St. Gallen in 1990. After graduating, he accepted a new work contract in Botswana, at Bolux Milion Co Ltda, holding the Mill Manager position until 1992, once more focused mainly on the supervision of the Mill operations, in addition to technical development and training of local Millers. He joined the Company in December 1992 as Production Manager of the Mill located in Fortaleza. He was promoted in 2003 to the position of Mill Division Technical Officer, working at the GMA unit.

Luis Cristiano Prazeires Albuquerque

Mr. Luis Cristiano Prazeires Albuquerque has served as Corporate Administrative Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since May 2008. He joined the Company in July 2006 as Administrative manager of the factory in Salvador, state of Bahia (Grande Moinho Aratu). He has 15 years experience in Financial and Administrative areas of big industries and credit card companies, always working with administrative management, financial management and planning, and process management. He participated in the Executive Development Program of Companhia Brasileira de Moda – Del Rio Lingerie. He also developed Risk Management and Credit Concession process to a credit card company. He worked as a consultant to develop Business Plan, Organizational Structure and Cost Management to a health company. He teaches in company courses of Corporate Finance, Credit and Risk Management, and Financial Math. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidade de Fortaleza, a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) and a Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Maria das Gracas Dias Branco da Escossia

Ms. Maria das Gracas Dias Branco da Escossia has served as Financial Vice President, Member of the Management Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 5, 2009. She has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 6, 2006. She began her career in 1985, as part of the Management Team of the Hotel Praia Centro, a company that belongs to the same group as the Company, and in 1987, she became Chief Executive Officer of Hotel Praia Centro. In 2001, she became Institutional Relations Officer of the Company, and, in 2003, Corporate Institutional Relations Officer, where she worked until being appointed Member of the Board of Directors. She received a degree in Law from Universidade Federal do Ceara in 1985.

Geraldo Luciano Mattos

Mr. Geraldo Luciano Mattos Jr. has served as Investment, Controlling and Investor Relations Vice President and a Member of the Management Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 6, 2006. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In 1995, he started to work for the corporate group to which the Company belongs as Chief Financial Officer of Banco Equatorial. In 2000, he began his career in the Company as Advisor for the Executive Officer, where he worked until 2003, when he was appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In 1994, he was transferred to the Government of Ceara, where he was Finance and Foreign Exchange Officer of Banco do Estado do Ceara until 1995. From 1995 to 1996, he was President of the Brazilian Association of Capital Markets Analysts for the Northeast region (Associacao Brasileira dos Analistas de Mercado de Capitais–Secao Nordeste). He is Professor of Finance Courses at Universidade de Fortaleza and at certain companies. He received a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual do Ceara (UECE) in 1985, a Masters of Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 1993 and a degree in Law from Universidade de Fortaleza in 1998.

Mr. Francisco Claudio Saraiva Leao Dias Branco has served as Vice President for Mills and a Member of the Management Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 6, 2006. He began his career at the Company and in 1992, when he became Industrial Officer of the Dias Branco Mill, the Company’s first wheat milling unit. In 2003, he became the Company’s Corporate Industrial Officer of the Mills Division, responsible for the implementation of all milling units in the Company. He has experience in wheat milling, with courses in many countries, such as the Milling Technology Course at the Swiss Milling School, St Gallen, in 1991. He received the Wheat Milling Certificate from the Training Center in Buhler, Uzwill, Switzerland in 1992. Also in 1992, he worked as Intern at Weston Research, Maidenhead, England. In 1999, he took part in the Abitrigo Bread Making and Milling Program promoted by CIGI, Canada. From 1999 to 2002, he was Officer of the Federation of Industries of the State of Ceara, and, from 2002 to 2004, Officer of ABITRIGO. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Fortaleza in 1990.

Ms. Maria Regina Saraiva Leao Dias Branco Ximenes has served as Administration and Development Vice President and a Member of the Management Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 6, 2006. She began her career at the Company in 1980. In 1989, she became Administrative Officer of the Company, a position she occupied until 2003 when she was appointed Corporate Administrative Officer. She is also Administrative Officer of Idibra Participacoes SA, an entity in the same corporate group as the Company that operates in real estate and construction. She received a degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Fortaleza in 1987.

Daniel Mota Gutierrez

Mr. Daniel Mota Gutierrez has served as Corporate Juridical Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since 2009. He joined the Company in July 2006 as Corporate Juridical Assistant. He is Lawyer registered in the Brazilian Lawyers Association since 1995 and section of Sao Paulo State Section since 2004. He is Ex-Manager of Corporate Juridical Advice at Cia de Seguros Alianca do Brasil, Ex-Professor of Christus College (Bachelor in Laws), Ex-Professor of University of Fortaleza (Laws specialization program). He was also Vice-President of the Social Security Commission of the Brazilian Lawyers Association. He is Member of the Civil Procedure Laws commission of this section. He already worked as Lawyer for national and regional authorities in the field of Corporate Law, specifically in the civil, consumer, administrative and labor areas. He concluded a specialization program in Civil Procedure Law at the Universidade de Fortaleza – UNIFOR. He has a Master's from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo.

Luiz Eugenio Lopes Pontes

Mr. Luiz Eugenio Lopes Pontes serves as Corporate Commercial of Mills and Institutional Relations Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos. He joined the Company as Sales Manager at Dias Branco Mill. He played a role in developing the Company’s wheat milling business, working to enter new markets and implement new sales structures, as well as installing new milling units in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Bahia and Paraiba by negotiating land acquisition, tax incentives and other institutional relationships with state and federal governments. In 2002, he was promoted to Sales Director of the Mills Division, and in 2006, following the company’s initial public offering, he became Corporate Sales Officer. He worked at Grupo J Macedo from 1977 to 1985 on projects to create new companies and worked on the Group’s new business restructuring team. He also served as Supply Manager and Assistant to the General Manager at the Aguia cookie/biscuit factory owned by the Group. From 1985 to 1987, he worked in the distribution and transportation areas, and from 1987 to 1990, he was Sales Director at Hollanda Industrial SA. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and graduate studies in Marketing and Sales.

Alvaro Luiz Bandeira de Paula

Mr. Alvaro Luiz Bandeira de Paula has served as Assistant Investments and Investor Relations Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since August 2006. Between 1996 and 2006, he worked as Consultant for Activus Gestao Empresarial. He has been full Professor of the Administration Department of the Economy, Administration, Actuary and Accounting School (FEAAC) of Universidade Federal do Ceara (UFC), having provided several training programs in Finance, Projects and Actuary at institutions such as UFC, Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR), Universidade Estadual do Ceara (UECE), Development and Training Center (CETREDE), Federation of Industries of the state of Ceara (FIEC), Regional Stock Exchange and SEBRAE. Between 1987 and 1996, he was Employee of Banco do Nordeste do Brasil (BNB), where, among other positions, he was Manager of Corporate Business, Exchange Trade Manager and Financial Analyst. He obtained a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Ceara in 1989 and a Masters in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 1996 having also participated in several training courses in Finance, Capital Market, Projects and Foreign Trade.

Luiza Andrea Farias Nogueira Ribeiro

Ms. Luiza Andrea Farias Nogueira Ribeiro has served as Organizational Development Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since May 2006. She has 10 years of experience as Consultant for the organizational development area, developing projects of strategic management, people management and process management in public and private organizations. From 2003 to 2005, she was Executive of Process and People Development of the health services cooperative enterprise of Unimed of Fortaleza. In 1998, she held Executive Office in a group of Honda dealers – Auge Motos. In 1997, she was Marketing and Organizational Development Officer of the health business group Sistema Hapvida. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade de Fortaleza and a Master's in Administration from Universidade Estadual do Ceara (UECE). She undertook the International Executive Advanced Management Program from Amana Key of the State of Sao Paulo and the Managers Development Program from Fundacao Dom Cabral of the State of Minas Gerais, having participated in lectures and seminars aimed at executives and professionals of the organizational development area.

Marcelino Freitas de Carvalho

Mr. Marcelino Freitas de Carvalho serves as Corporate and Management Controllership Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos. He joined the Company in November 2004. Between July 2000 and November 2004, he worked as Consultant of the Brazilian Association of Development Banks, developing various works of strategic consulting for development banks, and as Independent Consultant for companies, in the areas of information technology, controllership systems and product development. He is Professor of Managerial Accountancy, Controllership, Costs and Financial Administration in post graduate courses, having given classes or lectures in post graduate courses of the Universidade de Fortaleza and Uniao das Escolas Superiores do Para (Union of Para Higher Education Schools). He is Author of technical articles and Co-Author of the book Normas e Praticas Contabeis no Brasil (Accounting Rules and Practices in Brazil) published by Editora Atlas in 1991. He gained a degree in Economics from Universidade de Fortaleza in 1985 and a Master's in Accounting from Universidade de Sao Paulo.

Maria Consuelo Saraiva Leao Dias Branco

Ms. Maria Consuelo Saraiva Leao Dias Branco has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of M Dias Branco SA Industria e Comercio de Alimentos since April 6, 2006. From April 2003 to April 2006, she worked as Executive Vice President, Member of the Executive Board of the Company. She created the Company's Historical Center (Centro Historico M Dias Branco). She coordinates actions concerning social issues in communities in the Company’s sphere of influence.
