Ms. Sophie Karzis has been Company Secretary of Medivac Ltd since July 17, 2013. She is a practicing lawyer with over 10 years' experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, and company secretary and general counsel for a number of private and public companies. Ms. Karzis is the principal of Corporate Counsel, a corporate law practice with a focus on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance for ASX-listed entities, as well as the more general aspects of corporate and commercial law. Ms. Karzis is currently the company secretary of a number of ASX-listed and unlisted entities, and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Mr. Craig Hitchins has been Director of Medivac Ltd since April 30, 2013. He has experience in the Banking and Finance Industry having held senior management roles for over 25 years. He has worked with a diverse range of people across various professional disciplines and has achieved a high level of respect in this industry. He was previously employed by Challenger Commercial Lending Limited for 20 years, where he held the position of Head of Commercial Lending. His previous employment included senior management roles with banks. His responsibilities included managing the lending activities of the Fund including new business, arrears and maturity profile, broker and risk management as well as budget determination and pricing. As Head of Commercial Lending his role also encompassed liaising with Internal Asset and Funds Management staff, researchers, industry bodies, brokers and borrowers. Craig was a member of the Mortgage Management Credit Risk Committee, Compliance Committee, Operational Risk Committee and Credit Committee.

Peter Elliott

Mr. Peter Roy Elliott has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Medivac Limited., with effect from March 6, 2014. Mr Elliott holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Auckland and is an admitted Barrister & Solicitor, with more than 30 years of commercial experience including senior executive positions with corporate services and trustee services providers, and extensive involvement in both corporate structuring and corporate compliance work. Over recent years Mr Elliot has continued to provide corporate consultancy services to a limited group of long term clients and has been appointed as a Director of companies listed on AIM and the ASX with particular responsibility for corporate governance.

Rodger Johnston

Mr. Rodger Johnston serves as a Non-Executive Director of MediVac Limited since June 29, 2012. Mr. Johnston is a Non-Executive Director of Republica Capital Ltd. Mr. Johnston has 36 years of professional and commercial experience, having commenced his career as an insolvency specialist at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University. He has served a cumulative 38 years on public company boards in Australia and Asia. He recently resigned after 13 years as a non-executive director of Colombo based Peoples Merchant Bank Limited. He is currently a director of Imagine Un Limited.
