Walden Rhines |
Dr. Walden C. Rhines is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Mentor Graphics Corporation. Dr. Rhines was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1993 to 2000. He is currently a director of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (manufacturer of semiconductors), and served as a director of Cirrus Logic, Inc. (manufacturer of semiconductors) from 1995 to 2009. Dr. Rhines is currently in his fifth term as chair of the Electronic Design Automation Consortium. He is also a board member of the Semiconductor Research Corporation. He has previously served as chair of the Semiconductor Technical Advisory Committee of the Department of Commerce, and as a member of the boards of directors of the Computer and Business Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (CBEMA), SEMI-Sematech/SISA (a semiconductor equipment suppliers board), University of Michigan National Advisory Council, Lewis and Clark College and SEMATECH. Prior to joining Mentor, Dr. Rhines was Executive Vice President, Semiconductor Group of Texas Instruments Incorporated from 1987 to 1993. During a 21-year career at Texas Instruments, he held numerous executive and management positions. He was co-inventor of a patented invention that is fundamental to solid state lighting and DVDs. |
Gregory Hinckley |
Mr. Gregory K. Hinckley, CPA., is President, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Mentor Graphics Corporation. Mr. Hinckley has been President of the Company since 2000, and was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 1997 to 2000. He continued to function as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to July 2007, and again became the Chief Financial Officer in December 2008. He is a director of Intermec, Inc.
