Biographies

Name Description

Dan Westbrook

Mr. Dan A. Westbrook is the Chairman of the Board of General Partner of the Company. Dan A. Westbrook is chairman of the board and was elected a director of MH in Oct. 2013, and is a member of the board's Audit, Finance & Risk Committee. He has served since 2007 as a director of Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. and is a member of the boards' Audit, Finance & Risk Committees. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Westbrook served as president of BP China Gas, Power & Upstream and as vice-chairman of the board of directors of Dapeng LNG, a Sino joint venture between BP subsidiary CNOOC Gas & Power Ltd. and other Chinese companies. He held executive positions with BP in Argentina, Houston, Russia, Chicago and The Netherlands before retiring from the company in January 2006.

Mark Maki

Mr. Mark A. Maki is President, Director of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C., General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed President and elected as a director of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Maki will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management, Enbridge and business. Mr. Maki has served as President of Enbridge Management and Senior Vice President of EEP’s general partner since October 2010 and was elected as a director of both companies at that time. Mr. Maki previously served as Vice President—Finance of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management from July 2002 to October 2010. Prior to that time, Mr. Maki served as Controller of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management from June 2001 to July 2002 and as Controller of Enbridge Pipelines Inc. from September 1999 to June 2001. Mr. Maki progressed through a series of accounting and financial roles of increasing responsibility during his 26 years with Enbridge in the United States and Canada.

Terrance McGill

Mr. Terrance L. McGill is no longer President, Director of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was elected president of MH in October 2013 and president of EECI, and a director of EECI and EEQ in May 2006. He served as president of EEQ from May 2006 to October 2010. Prior to joining EECI in 2002 as vice president of Commercial Activity and Business Development for the Natural Gas Segment, Mr. McGill was president of Columbia Gulf Transmission Company and senior vice president of Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation since 1996. He has held various executive positions with Transwestern Pipeline Company and Northern Natural Gas Company. Mr. McGill formerly served as chairman of the Texas Pipeline Association and was a member on the North American Energy Standards Board. He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Southern Gas Association; on the executive board of the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association; and on the Pacific Coast Gas Association executive marketing board.

C. Gregory Harper

Mr. C. Gregory (Greg) Harper has been appointed as President, Director of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C., General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners, L.P. He was Principal Executive Officer and Director of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP., effective January 30, 2014 and February 28, 2014 respectively. Also effective Jan. 30, Mr. Harper will become president, Gas Pipelines and Processing for Enbridge Inc. (Enbridge) (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB), a member of Enbridge's Executive Leadership team and will report to Al Monaco, president and chief executive officer of Enbridge Inc. In addition and effective the same day, Mr. Harper will become a director on the boards of each of Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. (EECI), the general partner of the Partnership, and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C.(EEM) (NYSE: EEQ), the delegate of EECI pursuant to which it manages the Partnership.

Stephen Neyland

Mr. Stephen J. Neyland is Vice President—Finance of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Finance of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Neyland will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management and business, and will also spend time, as needed, on behalf of Enbridge. Mr. Neyland has served as Vice President—Finance of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2010. Mr. Neyland was previously Controller of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management from September 2006 to October 2010. Prior to September 2006, he had served as Controller—Natural Gas since January 2005, Assistant Controller from May 2004 to January 2005 and in other managerial roles in finance and accounting from December 2001 to May 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. Neyland was Controller of Koch Midstream Services from 1999 to 2001.

Janet Coy

Ms. Janet L. Coy is Vice President—Natural Gas Marketing of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. She was appointed Vice President—Natural Gas Marketing of general partner in May 2013. Ms. Coy will devote substantially all of her professional time to business and affairs. Ms. Coy has served as Vice President—Natural Gas Marketing of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2010. Ms. Coy previously served as President of the Natural Gas Marketing subsidiaries of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since the acquisition of Midcoast Energy Resources, Inc. and continues to serve in that capacity.

E. Chris Kaitson

Mr. E. Chris Kaitson is Vice President—Law and Assistant Secretary of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Law and Assistant Secretary of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Kaitson will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management, Enbridge and business. Mr. Kaitson has served as Vice President—Law and Assistant Secretary of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since May 2007. He also currently serves as Deputy General Counsel of Enbridge. Prior to that, he was Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management from July 2004 to May 2007. He served as Corporate Secretary of EEP’s general partner from October 2001 to July 2004 and as Corporate Secretary of Enbridge Management from May 2002 to July 2004. He was previously Assistant Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Midcoast Energy Resources, Inc. from 1997 until it was acquired by Enbridge in May 2001.

John Loiacono

Mr. John A. Loiacono Vice President—Commercial Activities of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Commercial Activities of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Loiacono will devote substantially all of his professional time to business and affairs. Mr. Loiacono has served as Vice President—Commercial Activities of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since July 2006. Prior to that, he was Director of Commercial Activities for EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management from April 2003 to July 2006 and commenced employment with Midcoast Energy Resources, Inc. in February 2000 as an Asset Optimizer until it was acquired by Enbridge in May 2001.

Byron Neiles

Mr. Byron C. Neiles Vice President—Major Projects of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Major Projects of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Neiles will devote the majority of his professional time to his roles at Enbridge, Enbridge Management and EEP’s general partner, and will also spend time, as needed, devoted to business and affairs. Mr. Neiles has served as Vice President—Major Projects of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2010. Mr. Neiles was named Senior Vice President—Major Projects of Enbridge in November 2011 and had previously served Enbridge as Vice President in the Major Projects division since April 2008, prior to which he was Vice President of Enbridge Gas Distribution from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Neiles joined Enbridge in 1994.

Kerry Puckett

Mr. Kerry C. Puckett is Vice President—Engineering and Operations, Gathering & Processing of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Engineering and Operations, Gathering & Processing of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Puckett will devote substantially all of his professional time to business and affairs. Mr. Puckett has served as Vice President—Engineering and Operations, Gathering & Processing of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2007. Prior to his appointment, he served as General Manager of Engineering and Operations from 2004 to 2007 and Manager of Operations from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that time, he served as Manager of Business Development for Sid Richardson Energy Services Company.

Allan Schneider

Mr. Allan M. Schneider is Vice President—Regulated Engineering and Operations of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Vice President—Regulated Engineering and Operations of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Schneider will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management, Enbridge and business. Mr. Schneider has served as Vice President—Regulated Engineering and Operations of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2007. Prior to his appointment, he served as Director of Engineering and Operations for Regulated & Offshore and Director of Engineering Services from January 2005 to October 2007. Mr. Schneider was Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Shell Gas Transmission, L.L.C. from December 2000 to January 2005.

William Ramos

Mr. William M. Ramos is Controller of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Controller of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Ramos will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management and business, and will also spend time, as needed, on behalf of Enbridge. Mr. Ramos has served as Controller of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2010. Prior to his appointment, he served as Assistant Controller and in other managerial roles of EEP’s general partner with responsibility for financial accounting, reporting and control from April 2005 to October 2010. Mr. Ramos served in various management capacities in energy-related companies prior to 2005.

Darren Yaworsky

Mr. Darren Yaworsky is Treasurer of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He appointed Treasurer of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Yaworsky will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management and business, and will also spend time on Enbridge matters and affairs. Mr. Yaworsky has served as Treasurer of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since October 2012. He is also Director—Treasury, for Enbridge, a position he has held since March 2011. Mr. Yaworsky has held the following positions since joining Enbridge in February 2008: From 2010 to 2011, he served as Senior Manager—Treasury and from 2008 to 2010 he was Manager—Treasury. Prior to joining Enbridge, Mr. Yaworsky was Managing Director with Bank of Montreal from 2005 to 2008 and has worked in the banking industry since 1998.

Bruce Stevenson

Mr. Bruce A. Stevenson is Corporate Secretary of Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C. General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners LP. He was appointed Corporate Secretary of general partner in May 2013. Mr. Stevenson will split his professional time among his roles at EEP’s general partner, Enbridge Management and business. Mr. Stevenson has served as Corporate Secretary of EEP’s general partner and Enbridge Management since July 2004. Between 2000 and 2004, Mr. Stevenson held management positions with Reliant Energy, Inc. and Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to that Mr. Stevenson was General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Alberta Natural Gas Company Ltd, a Canadian gas processing and transmission company that was acquired by TransCanada Pipelines.

John Crum

Mr. John A. Crum is the Director of the General Partner of the Company. John A. Crum has close to 40 years in the energy industry, with a strong knowledge of engineering, operations and management. Mr. Crum has served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Midstates Petroleum Company since 2011. He also held a variety of roles with Apache Corp., between 1995 and 2011, most recently serving as co-chief operating officer and president, North America. Between 1975 and 1995, Mr. Crum held positions with Aquila Energy Corporation, Pacific Enterprises Oil Company, Southland Royalty Company, Keplinger and Associates and Conoco.

J. Herbert England

Mr. J. Herb England is the Director of the General Partner of the Company. J. Herb England, a board member of Enbridge Energy Management, Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., since 2010 and Enbridge Inc. since 2007, was elected a director of the board of MH in Oct. 2013 and was elected as the chairman of the board's Audit, Finance and Risk Committee in Oct. 2013. Mr. England has been chair and chief executive officer of Stahlman-England Irrigation Inc. in southwest Florida since 2000. Previously, Mr. England was the chief executive officer of Sweet Ripe Drinks Ltd. and held various executive positions with John Labatt Limited in the food, dairy and brewing industries. Mr. England has served on the Enbridge Inc. board of directors since 2007.

James Ivey

Mr. James G. Ivey is the Director of the General Partner of the Company. James G. Ivey has more than 40 years in the energy industry, including extensive experience in the E&P, MLP midstream sectors in both engineering and finance. Mr. Ivey founded Pintail Energy in 2013, and formerly worked for Milagro Exploration as president from 2010 to 2012 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2009 to 2010. He also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cobalt International Energy from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Ivey also held various roles with Markwest Hydrocarbon, Williams Companies, Arkla Gas, Conoco and Fluor between 1973 and 2006.

Edmund Segner

Mr. Edmund P. Segner is a Director of the General Partner of the Company. Edmund P. Segner has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on E&P finance and general management. Mr. Segner currently serves as a professor at Rice University, focusing on civil and environmental engineering. Mr. Segner served in various positions at EOG Resources between 1997 and his retirement in 2008, including president, director, chief of staff and principal finance officer. Mr. Segner also held various positions at Enron between 1988 and 1997.
