Giovanni Lettieri

 Dr. Giovanni Lettieri serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Meridie SpA since August 6, 2009. Previously he held the position of Acting Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer since July 3, 2009 and before that he was Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer since October 10, 2007. He was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board on May 16, 2007. In 1994, he founded Raymond Calitri. He was Member of the Board of Il Mattino. In 2000 he founded Co.s.er. Srl. He served as Member of the Board of Directors at Confindustria Campania, Member of the Credit Committee of UniCredit in Campania, and Chairman of Unione Industriali della Provincia di Napoli, among others.

 Dr. Maddalena De Liso serves as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Officer of Meridie SpA. She was appointed Financial Reporting Officer of the Company on November 13, 2012.

 Dr. Arturo Testa has served as Non-Executive Director of Meridie SpA since September 14, 2010. He also serves as Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.  Mr. Salvatore Esposito De Falco has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Meridie Societa per Azioni SpA since March 23, 2011.
