Name Description

Darjoto Setyawan

Mr. Darjoto Setyawan has been President Commissioner of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since May 23, 2012. He is the Managing Director Mining & Resources of PT. Rajawali Corporation (2005-present) and President Commissioner of PT. Bentoel International Investment, PT. Bentoel Prima, PT. Tresno, PT. Subur Amman, PT. Amiseta and PT. Taman Bentoel (2006-2009). He served as the Executive Director of PT. Ongko Multicorpora (holding company of the Ongko Group) from 1983 to 1996. He was appointed as Vice President Commissioner of Semen Gresik in from 2006 to December 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Natural Science from Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung) and Master of Management from Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management.

Muhammad Ramdani Basri

Mr. Muhammad Ramdani Basri has been President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since June 18, 2008. He served as Corporate Secretary of the Company from June 21, 2006 to June 18, 2008. He has experience in mergers and acquisition transactions for oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and manufacturing industries. He was the Chief Executive Officer of PT Asiana Multi Kreasi Tbk from 1998 to 2002. He is also involved in various social organizations and currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Indonesian Fine Arts Foundation.

Bernardus Djonoputro

Mr. Bernardus Djonoputro has been Managing Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since 2010. He holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bandung Institute of Technology. He was the Planning Engineer in Brisbane, Australia, Director of Marketing at Ernst & Young and Director of Business Development of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has held various positions at American Express from 1990 to 1996 and founded HD Asia Advisory in 2005. Currently, he is the Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners, and is serves as Asia Pacific's Council Member of the Eastern Region Association for Planning and Human Settlement (EAROPH).

Omar Danni Hasan

Mr. Omar Danni Hasan serves as Managing Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He started his career in 1988, assuming various senior positions in several companies in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and securities firms. These companies included PT Akzo Coating Indonesia, Sigma Batara and PT Asamera Oil Indonesia. He was the Chief Financial Officer at PT Centris Multipersada Pratama, and was later appointed as President Director in this various business group. In addition to his experience in operating toll road projects in Indonesia, he also involves in financial structuring and had arranged the funding for the JTSE, BSD and JLB toll road projects. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Master of Science degree in Industrial Management at Adamson University, the Philippines.

Ruswin Nazsir

Mr. Ruswin Nazsir serves as Managing Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Padjajaran in 1984 and continued to pursue his Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Portland, USA. He has more than 22 years of experience in marketing and finance in various companies. He started his career with PT Infodata, followed by PT Bank Nusa International as Senior Vice President for Merchant Banking and Corporate Banking. He has served as a Director in various companies in Indonesia.

Ridwan Abdul Chalif Irawan

Mr. Ridwan Abdul Chalif Irawan serves as Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He was appointed on May 26, 2014.

Cahyo Winarto

Drs. Cahyo Winarto has been Commissioner of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since 2009. He completed his education at the Department of Economics of University of Indonesia in 1981. He founded PT. Yota Hasta and has served as a Consultant at PT. Indo Consult. He has worked with Astra Group from 1991 to 2006 and presently serves as Chief Corporate HR of Bosowa Corporation.

Hartopo Soetoyo

Ir. Hartopo Soetoyo has been Independent Commissioner of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since 2010. He obtained his education from the Department of Civil Engineering at Universitas Diponegoro in 1974 and a postgraduate degree in Highway Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1976. He pursued a Master of Management degree at Sekolah Tinggi Management Prasetya Mulya in 1995. He also attended the Enterprise Management Program at Arthur D. Little, Cambridge, Boston, in 1990. He started his career as a Site Engineer at PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) from 1974 to 1999, with the last position as President Director of PT. PP Taisei Indonesia Construction. He serves as Vice President for Business Development at Bosowa Corporation 200.

John Younger

Dr. John Scott Younger has been Independent Commissioner of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since September 14, 2006. He graduated from University of Glasgow in 1962 and obtained his Master of Science degree from University of California Berkeley in 1964. He pursued his Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Hong Kong in 1989. He started his career as a Research Assistant at the University of California Berkeley from 1962 to 1964. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman at D Group Indonesia, Commissioner of PT. Montraco Nusantara, and President Commissioner and Partner of PT. Glendale Partners. He was a member of the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce and is currently Vice-Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia and Head of its Infrastructure Working Groups. In 2003, he was awarded the OBE. Dr. Younger is a regular speaker at conferences and a columnist of the regional business magazine Globe Asia, and Honorary Research Fellow of Glasgow University and Fellow of the Linnean Society.
