Name Description

Darrell Rader

 Mr. Darrell A. Rader is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. He is a businessman. He is a director or officer of several public companies, and participates on the audit committee of certain of those companies.

Cale Moodie

 Mr. Cale J. Moodie is Chief Financial Officer of Minaurum Gold Inc. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Underworld Resources Inc. prior to its acquisition by Kinross in 2010. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer to Full Metal Minerals Ltd, Brixton Metals Corp. and Entourage Metals Ltd. Prior to Underworld Resources Inc., Mr. Moodie acted as Chief Financial Officer and was a Director for Sierra Geothermal Corp., which was subsequently acquired by Ram Power in 2010. Mr. Moodie worked in public practice accounting at KPMG LLP's Vancouver Industrial Markets Group for a number of years where he focused on audits of public mining and resource based companies. Mr. Moodie is a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

David Jones

 Mr. David M. Jones is Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Arizona (M.S. 1987) with 30 years experience in mineral exploration and project management. As Chief Geologist of Teck's Nukay Project from 1994-1999, Mr. Jones is credited with the geologic modeling that led to the discovery of the Los Filos gold-skarn deposit, which became Mexican gold producer (Goldcorp Inc.) in 2010. Application of his model to other properties in the region dramatically expanded the conceptual extent of the Guerrero Gold Belt and led to the discoveries of El Limon and Los Guajes, also gold-skarn deposits. He co-founded Minera Mariposa. His exploration work led to the acquisition of the portfolio of gold properties in and around the Guerrero Gold Belt acquired by Minaurum from Minera Mariposa and Minera Zalamera.

Peter Megaw

 Dr. Peter K.M. Megaw Ph.D., is Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. Dr. Megaw was an audit committee member for Candente Resources from 2005-2007. As a director of public companies, Dr. Megaw has become familiar with public company financial statements and the accounting principles used in reading and preparing financial statements.

 Mr. Michael J. Williams is Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. He has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies since 1998. He is currently a director of Underworld Resources Inc and president, chief executive officer and a director of Full Metal Minerals Corp.

Richard Brissenden

 Mr. Richard W. Brissenden is Independent Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. Mr. Brissenden has been a Chartered Accountant since 1972. Mr. Brissenden attended the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and graduated from the Directors' Education Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation in 2011. Mr. Brissenden is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Canuc Resources Corporation, Lexam VG Gold Inc. and McEwen Mining Inc. (formerly Minera Andes Inc.) and is a member of the Audit Committee of Corona Gold Corporation, Focused Capital Corp., and Ryan Gold Corp. (formerly Valdez Gold Inc.). Amongst others, he was a Director (1991 - 2009), Chairman (1991 - 2006) and President (2006 - 2008) of Excellon Resources Inc. and a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Hudbay Minerals Inc. (formerly Ontzinc Corporation) from 2003 to 2006.

Lawrence Talbot

 Mr. Lawrence W. E. Talbot is an Independent Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. He is a mining lawyer with over 26 years of experience representing of clients in the mining industry, from individual prospectors and junior and mid-size explorers and producers through to mining companies, in both the hard-rock and industrial mineral fields. He has experience acting for public natural resource companies and providing advice on all aspects of their businesses, including corporate finance, securities and regulatory matters, corporate governance and shareholder issues, and all aspects of corporate acquisitions, takeovers, divestitures and reorganizations. Mr. Talbot has been a director, and member of the audit committee, of a number of public companies similar to the Company and, in such roles, he has had experience with the review and understanding of the accounting principles relevant to public natural resource companies and interpreting and assessing the financial statements of public natural resource companies, and has been involved in the development and analysis of internal controls and procedures for financial reporting.

 Dr. Stephen Zimmermann is Independent Director of Minaurum Gold Inc. Dr. Zimmerann is a senior partner at Wehrli Zimmermann Gleixner & Partners, a law firm based in Zurich.
