Name Description

Augustus Griffin

Mr. Augustus "Gus" Griffin is appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer of MGP Ingredients Inc., effective July 28, 2014. Mr. Griffin served as executive vice president of marketing for Next Level Spirits, a northern California-based producer, importer and distributor of premium wine and spirits brands between April 2013 and January 2014. Between November 2011 and March 2013, Mr. Griffin served as brand and business consultant for Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery, Nashville, Tenn., where he performed a key advisory role in that company’s development and launch of Belle Meade Bourbon. Griffin’s career with Brown-Forman, a leading global wine and spirits company with annual sales of approximately $4 billion, spanned 24 years. He joined that company, headquartered in Louisville, Ky., as a merchandising representative in 1987 and later moved into sales management. From 1990 to 1997, he advanced through a series of increasingly important brand management roles in Brown-Forman’s U.S. marketing organization. n 1997, Griffin was named vice president and managing director of Brown-Forman’s Pacific Region, relocating to Sydney, Australia, to lead all aspects of this multi-million dollar operating unit. Chief among his responsibilities was driving profitable results through the oversight of marketing, sales, finance and production. He returned to the company’s headquarters in Louisville in 2001, assuming responsibility for the Jack Daniel’s brand for the Asia Pacific Region. Within a year, he was appointed to serve as vice president and managing director for West Main Interactive, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brown-Forman in the digital and relationship marketing arena. Griffin is a native of central Pennsylvania and was educated at the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Va., where he received a bachelor of arts degree in economics in 1982 and a master’s degree in business administration in 1987. He is a past board member of Hartmann Luggage, a former subsidiary of Brown-Forman.

Donald Tracy

Mr. Donald P.Tracy is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of MGP Ingredients Inc. Don Tracy has served as Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer since December 2013. He has also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of MGP since November 2009. Mr. Tracy’s business career spans over 30 years, more than half of which has been spent in senior level financial and executive management positions. From 2006 until joining MGP, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Emery Oleochemicals, a global chemical manufacturer, and was based in Cincinnati. Mr. Tracy previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Briggs Industries at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina. Before that, he spent four years with Tenaris Corp., a global producer of steel tubes, as Director of Financial Projects and subsequently as Chief Financial Officer of Tenaris North America. Mr. Tracy’s earlier experience included serving as Senior Vice President of the process improvement group of National City Corporation, Cleveland, from 1999 to 2001; senior manager in two large consulting firms from 1993 to 1998; and various finance and marketing positions with The Procter & Gamble Company from 1983 to 1992. From 1979 to 1981, he served as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Tracy earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1979 at the University of Detroit, where he was the recipient of the Wall Street Journal award as the top graduating business school student. He received a master’s degree in business administration with dual specializations in business economics and finance from the University of Chicago in 1983.

David Dykstra

Mr. David E. Dykstra is Vice President of Alcohol Sales and Marketing of MGP Ingredients Inc. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and had most recently served as Industrial Alcohol Sales Manager at the Company since 2006. Mr. Dykstra attended Kansas State University, Manhattan, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1987. He joined MGP the following year, eventually serving as Director of Sales for both beverage and fuel grade alcohol. In 1999, he left the Company to assume the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Abengoa Bio Energy, Wichita, Kansas. He remained in that position until 2003, when he joined United Bio Energy Fuels, L.L.C., in Wichita as Vice President of that company’s alcohol marketing division. He returned to MGP in 2006.

Michael Lasater

Mr. Michael J. Lasater is Vice President - Ingredients Sales and Marketing of MGP Ingredients Inc. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and had most recently served as National Sales Director at the Company since 2010. Mr. Lasater attended Emporia State University, Kansas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management in 1992. He joined MGP the following year, serving as a Territorial Sales Manager in the Company’s former wheat starch business unit. In 2000, he accepted the role of Corporate Accounts Manager for National Starch and Chemical Co., now a part of Ingredion. Mr. Lasater remained in that position until 2005, when he joined Gregg and Associates, a food ingredients brokerage business based in Excelsior, Minnesota, where he spent over five years as a Partner and Sales Associate.

David Rindom

Mr. David E. Rindom is Vice President - Human Resources of MGP Ingredients Inc. Previously, Mr. Rindom was Corporate Director of Human Relations since 1992. Prior to that, he was Personnel Director since 1988, and Assistant Personnel Director since 1984. Mr. Rindom joined MGP as a distillery operator in 1980. Mr. Rindom received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Benedictine College in 1978.

Randy Schrick

Mr. Randy M. Schrick is Vice President - Engineering of MGP Ingredients Inc. He has served as Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer since December 2013. He has also held the position of Vice President of Engineering for MGP since June 2009. Mr. Schrick served as President of the Company’s joint venture operation in Pekin, Illinois, Illinois Corn Processing, LLC from November 2009 to December 2011. Previously, he was Corporate Director of Distillery Products Manufacturing from June 2008 to June 2009 and was Vice President, Manufacturing and Engineering from July 2002 to June 2008. Mr. Schrick served as Vice President - Operations from 1992 until July 2002. He was a Director of the Company from 1987 to 2008. Mr. Schrick served as Vice President and General Manager of the Pekin plant from 1984 to 1992 and, prior to that, was Plant Manager of the Pekin Facility from 1982 to 1984. Mr. Schrick joined MGP in 1973 and served in various positions until becoming plant production manager in Atchison. Mr. Schrick earned a bachelor of science degree in physics at Washburn University, Topeka, in 1972 and a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering at Kansas State University, Manhattan, in 1973.

Cloud Cray

Mr. Cloud L. Cray, Jr., is Director of MGP Ingredients Inc. Mr. Cray is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He served as Chairman of the Board from 1980 until 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to September, 1988, and has been an officer or director of the Company for more than 50 years.

Karen Seaberg

Mrs. Karen Seaberg is Director of MGP Ingredients Inc. She has been an executive travel agent with the Atchison Travel Center for the past 20 years and is co-owner of a local Long John Silver’s franchise in Atchison, Kansas. Ms. Seaberg is active in civic affairs at the local and national levels, including the 2004-06 Lewis & Clark National Bicentennial Commemoration, the Atchison Chamber of Commerce and the Atchison River Front/Downtown Development. She served on the Lewis & Clark Trail Heritage Foundation board from 2003 to 2007 and as its national president from 2007-2008. Ms. Seaberg served on the Atchison Hospital Board from 1990 to 2004, and presently serves on the Board of the Cray Medical Research Foundation at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas, a position she has held since 1995.

John Bridendall

Mr. John P. Bridendall is Independent Director of MGP Ingredients Inc. He is a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating and Governance Committee, and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Mr. Bridendall, a private investor and consultant, has worked on an advisory basis with many well known beverage alcohol industry participants, institutional investors, and consumer products companies since 2007. From 2001 to 2007, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for Jackson Enterprises, Jackson Wine Estates International, and Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, a family owned producer and marketer of many fine wines. Prior to joining Kendall-Jackson, Mr. Bridendall served as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Brown-Forman Corporation, a multinational producer and marketer of well-known distilled spirits and fine wine.

Daryl Schaller

Dr. Daryl R. Schaller Ph.D., is Independent Director of MGP Ingredients Inc. He is Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. He currently provides, and from 1996 through November 2001 provided, consulting services through his consulting firm, Schaller Consulting. He was Vice President of Research and Development of International Multifoods Corp., of Minneapolis, Minnesota, from November 2001 through June 2003. He retired from Kellogg Co. in 1996 after 25 years of service. He served Kellogg as its Senior Vice President—Scientific Affairs from 1994 until 1996, and previously was Senior Vice President—Research, Quality and Nutrition for Kellogg.

M. Jeannine Strandjord

Ms. M. Jeannine Strandjord is Independent Director of MGP Ingredients, Inc. She is Chair of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Human Resource and Compensation Committee. Ms. Strandjord has over 40 years of financial management experience and was employed in three different and diverse industries after starting in public accounting on the audit staff of Ernst and Whinney in 1968. For 20 years, beginning in 1985, she held several senior financial and related senior management roles at Sprint Corporation. She managed the successful transformation and restructuring of Sprint as Chief Integration Officer from 2003 until 2005 when she retired. She was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Solutions, a $9 billion division, from 1998 until 2003 and was Controller and then Treasurer for Sprint Corporation from 1986 to 1998. Ms. Strandjord has been a director of American Century Mutual Funds (for six registered investment companies) since 1994, where she chairs the Performance Committee. From 1996 through May 2012, she was a director of DST Systems, Inc., where she chaired the Audit Committee. Ms. Strandjord has been a director of the Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (“Euronet”) since 2001. Ms. Strandjord has been Euronet’s Lead Independent Director since 2010 and is currently the Chair of Euronet’s Audit Committee. She is currently on the Heartland Board of the National Association for Corporate Directors, which she co-chairs.
