Name Description

Manharlal Ratilal

Datuk Manharlal (George) Ratilal serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of MISC Bhd with effect from August 1, 2011. He has Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accountancy from the City of Birmingham Polytechnic (Birmingham City University), United Kingdom and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Aston (Aston University) in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Prior to joining Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) as Vice President, Finance in 2003, Datuk Manharlal was attached with a local investment bank for 18 years, including five years as Managing Director. Datuk George is the Executive Vice President, Finance of PETRONAS and a member of Board of Directors of PETRONAS, its Executive Committee and Management Committee. He also sits on the Boards of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, Cagamas Holdings Berhad and several subsidiaries of the PETRONAS Group.

Nasarudin bin Md Idris

Datuk Nasarudin bin Md Idris serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Non-Independent Executive Director of MISC Bhd since June 15, 2010. He was the Company's Non-Independent Non-Executive Director from October 11, 2004 to June 15, 2010. He graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Henley – The Management College (Brunel University), UK, and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, USA. Since joining Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in 1978, he has held various positions within PETRONAS Group, including Vice President, Corporate Planning and Development Division of PETRONAS, Group Chief Executive Officer of KLCC Holdings Berhad, Senior General Manager of Corporate Planning and Development Division, Executive Assistant to the President, General Manager of Retail Business of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, General Manager of Corporate Development and General Manager of Group Strategic Planning. He is a Management Committee Member of PETRONAS and a Director of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad. He is the Chairman of several subsidiaries within MISC Group, including Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad, AET Tanker Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian Maritime Academy Sdn. Bhd.

Rozainah Binti Awang

Mrs. Rozainah Binti Awang serves as Chief Financial Officer of MISC Bhd effective April 1, 2013. She holds a Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). She is also an Associate Member of CIMA (ACMA) since 1996. She joined the MISC Group in 2002 and is currently the General Manager, Finance and Project Services for Offshore Business, MISC Berhad. Prior to assuming this role, she held various positions within MISC Berhad, including General Manager, Strategic Planning within the Corporate Planning and Development Division. In addition to her roles within the MISC Group of Companies, she was also involved in several PETRONAS Group initiatives and the Economic Transformation Plan (ETP) by PEMANDU.

Weng Yew Hor

Mr. Hor Weng Yew serves as President and Chief Executive Officer - AET Tanker Holdings Sdn Bhd of MISC Bhd since January 1, 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from National University of Singapore and obtained his Master of Science in Shipping, Trade & Finance from City University Business School, City University London. He began his career with Neptune Orient Lines Limited (NOL) in 1989 and was involved in the commercial operations, commercial chartering strategy and business planning initiatives for NOL and American Eagle Tanker Inc Ltd (AET), a subsidiary of NOL, since its inception in 1994. He joined MISC Berhad in July 2003, following the acquisition of AET by MISC. He was later seconded to London to set up MISC Regional Office and was appointed Regional Business Director (Europe, Americas, Africa and FSU) of MISC in June 2005. Prior to his current position, he was Vice President for Chemical Business after serving the same division in the capacity of Senior General Manager, a position he held since September 1, 2006. He sits as a Board Member at several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Iwan Azlan Bin Mokhtar

Mr. Iwan Azlan Bin Mokhtar serves as Vice President - Human Resource Management of MISC Bhd since April 1, 2009. He holds a Degree in Law from University of Nottingham, UK. He was with the Shell Group of Companies for almost 17 years in various positions, including Regional Human Resource Policy Manager for Shell Downstream based in Kuala Lumpur and Human Resource Advisor for Shell Services International based in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to joining MISC Berhad, he was the Country Human Resource Manager at Shell Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, a technical consulting subsidiary of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. Fadzillah Binti Kamaruddin

Ms. Fadzillah Binti Kamaruddin serves as Vice President - Legal & Corporate Secretarial Affairs and Company Secretary of MISC Bhd. She was appointed as Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretarial Affairs (LCSA) on August 1, 2010 and Company Secretary of MISC Bhd on November 1, 2007. Prior to her current position, she was the Senior General Manager, LCSA, since January 1, 2008. She obtained an LLB (Honours) Degree from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and was further conferred Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn). She began her legal career with the Advisory and International Division, Attorney-General’s Chambers and in 1999, she joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) as its Legal Adviser until 2003. She then served PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) as Senior Legal Counsel, Domestic Operations, before joining MISC Berhad as General Manager, LCSA on July 1, 2005. Fadzillah is also the Company Secretary of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Abu Fitri Bin Abdul Jalil

Mr. Abu Fitri Bin Abdul Jalil serves as Vice President - Offshore Business of MISC Bhd since March 16, 2013. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from California State University, USA, in 1987. Prior to joining MISC, he was the Senior General Manager, Petroleum Operations Management in the Petroleum Management Unit of PETRONAS. Since joining PETRONAS Group in 1991, he had held various positions within PETRONAS both in Malaysia and overseas. He also sits as a Board member of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Faizul Bin Ismail

Mr. Faizul Bin Ismail serves as Vice President - LNG Business of MISC Bhd since August 1, 2011. He is a qualified Marine Engineer specializing in Steam Plant from South Tyneside College, UK, in 1990 and Australian Maritime College, Lanceston, Australia, in 1987. He joined MISC Berhad in 1980 until 1990 as an Engineer serving the MISC LNG Fleet. In the next following year, he joined PETRONAS as Marine Engineer Superintendent and was involved in the LNG shipbuilding project in France until 1994. He has held various positions in PETRONAS, such as Safety Manager, Senior Superintendent and Operations relating to the LNG shipping industry, General Manager of PETRONAS Tankers, Chief Executive Officer of Malaysian Sdn Bhd and PETRONAS Country Manager for Japan. He joined MISC Berhad in 2005 as General Manager of Technical Services Department of Fleet Management Services. In 2006, he held the position of General Manager of Commercial Operations LNG Business and in 2008, he was appointed as General Manager of Business Development LNG Business. He also sits as a Board Member of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Nordin Bin Mat Yusoff

Mr. Nordin Bin Mat Yusoff serves as Vice President - Group Technical Services of MISC Bhd since August 1, 2008. Prior to holding the current position, he was Vice President of Fleet Management Services since April 1, 2005. He graduated from University of Glasgow, Scotland, with a degree in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia. He joined Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in 1989 and had served in various capacities in PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and PETRONAS Tankers Sdn Bhd before joining MISC Berhad as Senior General Manager of Fleet Management Services on April 1, 2001. Prior to joining PETRONAS, he served in Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (formerly Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MISC Berhad and was involved in project management of various new shipbuilding and offshore structures fabrication works. He currently sits as a Committee Member of various Classification Societies and International Shipping Organizations and a Director of Britannia Steamship Insurance Association Limited, as well as Director of various subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group. He is also the Chairman of Malaysian Shipowners' Association.

Mohamed Khalzani Bin Mohamed Saffian

Mr. Mohamed Khalzani Bin Mohamed Saffian serves as Vice President - Chemical Business of MISC Bhd since February 1, 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and Management Information System from Eastern Washington University, USA. Prior to joining the Company, he served the Shell Group of Companies for 17 years in various fields, including Logistics and Customer Service, Supply Chain Strategy, New Market Entry, Supply Chain Management, Business Development and Oil Trading. He also sits as a Board Member of several subsidiaries and several joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Rajalingam Subramaniam

Capt. Rajalingam a/l Subramaniam serves as Vice President - Fleet Management Services of MISC Bhd since September 1, 2008. He holds a postgraduate Masters in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Master Certificate of Competency – Foreign Going from Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MISC Berhad. He gained admission into ALAM as a Cadet Officer in 1983 and subsequently sailed on MISC vessels as a Sea Going Officer. In 1996, he joined MISC Shore as a Marine Superintendent in Fleet Chemical. Between 1996 and 2005, he was assigned in various responsibilities in Fleet Management and Audit Department ranging from Health, Security, Safety & Environment, Vetting, Fleet Operations and Audit. When AET Group became a part of MISC, he became the General Manager of AET Shipmanagement (Singapore) Pte Ltd in April 2005, before being promoted as its Group Vice President Shipmanagement in 2007. He was recently appointed as Honorary Commander of the Royal Malaysian Navy in November 2009, in recognition of MISC’s support to the Naval Reservist Program and his role as Patron of MISC’s Naval Reservist. He has been elected as an Intertanko Executive Committee Member and The London P & I Club Director in 2010. He also sits as a Board Member in several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Yang Chien Yee

Mr. Yee Yang Chien serves as Vice President - Corporate Planning and Development of MISC Bhd since April 1, 2008. He holds degrees in Financial Accounting and Management and Economics from University of Sheffield, UK. He was an Auditor prior to being involved in the equity research and investment banking arena with various local and international financial institutions, such as HLG Capital Berhad and Merrill Lynch (Malaysia) over a span of 10 years. He had since focused mainly on corporate planning work and had also served MISC Berhad for two years since 2003 in which he was involved in the acquisition of the current MISC subsidiary, AET Group (AET). He had also served as Group Vice President of Corporate Planning of AET from June 2005 prior to joining MISC Berhad. He also sits as a Board Member of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within MISC Group.

Zawardi Bin Salleh

Mohd. Farid bin Mohd. Adnan

Mr. Mohd. Farid bin Mohd. Adnan serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of MISC Bhd. He was appointed with effect from December 1, 2011. He has Master of International Business Studies from University of South Carolina, USA, and BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. He has been with Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) for more than 20 years. Even though his academic background is Chemical Engineering, he has spent most of his professional experience in marketing and trading functions, in various Operating Units under PETRONAS. He is currently the Vice President of Refining and Trading, Downstream, PETRONAS. He is a member of the Remunation and Nomination Committees.

Kalsom Binti Abd. Rahman

Dato' Kalsom Binti Abd. Rahman serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of MISC Bhd since October 27, 2004. She is a member of Company's Nomination, Audit and Remuneration Committees. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Malaya and Master's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from University of Oregon, USA. During her tenure in the public sector, she also attended management courses organized by Harvard Business School and Stanford University of USA. She had served in various capacities in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, both at Headquarters and Overseas offices, the last post being the Deputy Secretary General (Industry). She currently sits on the Board of Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF), MIDF Asset Management Berhad, MIDF Property Berhad, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad and Lion Forest Industries Berhad.

Halipah binti Esa

Dato' Halipah binti Esa serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of MISC Bhd since April 26, 2004. She is a Member of Company's Audit Committee and Chairman of Remuneration Committee. She was the Chairman of Company's Audit Committee from March 1, 2007 to July 8, 2010. She graduated with a degree majoring in Economics and was later conferred a Master of Economics from University of Malaya. She also holds Certificates in Advanced Economic Management from IMF Institute, Washington, and the Kiel Institute of World Economics, Germany, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Management Program from Adam Smith Institute, London. She began her career in 1973 as Assistant Secretary, Administrative and Diplomatic Services in the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) at the Prime Minister’s Department. She subsequently held various other positions within EPU and became the Deputy Director General Macro from 1999 to 2004 prior to assuming the role of Deputy Secretary General (Policy) with the Ministry of Finance until 2005. Thereafter, she became Director General of EPU before retiring in 2006. She had been a Consultant to the World Bank and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in advising the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on economic planning. She had also provided technical advice to planning agencies in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and several African countries. She also sits on the Board of Cagamas SME Berhad, KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Putrajaya Holdings Berhad and PETRONAS Global Sukuk Ltd.

Beng Choon Lim

Mr. Lim Beng Choon serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of MISC Bhd since August 16, 2012. He is a member of the Audit Committee. He has Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Australian National University, Canberra, ACT, Australia and attended numerous Accenture Management Training Programs in USA and the IMD Leadership Program in Switzerland. He was the Country Managing Director in Accenture, the global consulting, technology and outsourcing giant, before he retired in 2009. He held various positions during his 28 years tenure in Accenture, including that of Managing Partner for Accenture's Resources Industry Group (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Natural Resources) in South Asia. He also had oversight of the Management Consulting practice across industries in ASEAN. He has experience in management consulting which spans strategy formulation, operational consulting and merger integrations and has led complex projects to deliver transformational change for multinationals as well as top Malaysian companies. Prior to moving into management consulting, he was in technology consulting covering IT Strategies and System Integration work. Currently, he serves as a Trustee in the ECM Libra Foundation. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Hong Leong Bank Berhad, PETRONAS Gas Berhad and PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.

Krishan CK Menon

Mr. Harry K. Menon serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of MISC Bhd since August 30, 2001. He is the Chairman of Company's Audit Committee since July 8, 2010. He was Member of Company's Audit Committee from November 13, 2001 to July 8, 2010. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He spent 13 years in public practice with Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad, seven years of which he served as a Partner. He then joined Public Bank Berhad as General Manager and was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President. After serving two public listed companies, he joined Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd as Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000. He is the Chairman of SCICOM (MSC) Berhad, KLCC Property Holdings Berhad and KLCC Holdings Sdn. Bhd. He is also a Non-Executive Director of PETRONAS.
